There’s Unlimited Power in Numbers

Hello Bee-utiful

Thank you Christ for leading me to the truth of your word. Thank you for even bringing the truth of God to humanity and sharing it no matter the cost.

When I tell you this stuff is real and it works.. boy oh boy do I mean it.

And if you're not getting those consistent results, day after day after day. Then you have missing puzzle pieces.

One of the greatest gifts we've been given is the ability to partner with others.

Partnership significantly increases us and our capacity to do great things.

"Again I say to you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven." Matthew 18:19 KJV

This message is going to be direct.

Straight to the point.

It's going to be like taking a shot of vodka - no mixer - no chaser.

And if you've never done that.

Compare it to taking some nasty tasting liquid medicine - with nothing to rinse it down.

Ok.

If you want extraordinary results but you haven't gotten there yet - you need partnership.

If you have played the game of hit and miss and never gotten consistent results - then you need a partnership.

If you know there's a lot of stuff about success, entrepreneurship, goal setting (and acheiving), personal development, marketing, networking, etc. that you honestly don't know - then you definitely need a partnership.

The skilled practice of envisioning: Our emotions are sparked by what we see, our emotions create our results. This is powerful, this is why media is so effective (i.e. the news, commercials, etc.)

I learned to use these practices to bring the desires of my heart into full-blown manifestation. This is so surreal!

The manifestations started happening almost at the speed of light lol. I can "think it" one day, and it's happened the next.

Like the $10k I set my faith on - one week later I received the call from someone hiring me for my servies.

This has worked for finances as well as physical healing and relationship restoration.

The Power of Goal Setting

As I embark upon this 30 day challenge which deals with mindset and taking daily action. I discover more and more of my purpose. Which is to help others believe in the unseen God, experience His awesomeness and get to know themselves along the journey.

Out of repetition, people tend to do the same thing over and over again. Sinking corporations often die because of "This is the way we've always done it" mentality. Being innovative and vanguard are things we must allow from ourselves.

As adults, we must give ourselves permission to be like a child. Christ said, "In order to enter the Kingdom of Heaven, we must be like children." I want you to stop and think... What attributes can you name of a child? - Children let their imaginations run loose - They say what's on their mind - They almost always live in the now (you know the "I want it now" mode) - They love unconditionally - They forgive easily - They're not confined by time

When you think about it, time tends to not have an importance to them unless their goals depend on it (i.e. a parent says, "You can have it tomorrow") Then they expect it. They always live their life with expectations. As should we. What they don't know is, they're living life pure. Just the way it was intended to be lived.

I'm currently in a 30 day challenge. It’s 30 days of believing (it’s actually a practice). Intentionally setting my goal before me every single morning, every single night and several times throughout the day. The last time I set a goal like this was 3 months ago. The goal was to bring in an additional 10k. Within a week, I received an unexpected phone call from someone wanting my services. They had a situation arise that led them to need my assistance.

And guess what. The amount totaled 10k!

The way it came was totally unexpected. I mean it was expected for the 10k to come, but not in the vehicle that it arrived in. I couldn't have guessed this person would've been the vehicle. In our MyBizMyWay.net community, we have a training session on goal setting. And believe it or not, there is an art to setting goals (if you really want to achieve). I am a firm believer in the power of goal setting! It has been one of the most powerful techniques that myself and anyone else that is successful in their business has used.

So how do you know you've arrived? If you've never identified where you were going?

Answer: You don’t. That’s why goal setting is a MUST.

On a personal note: Here's another example of how goal setting has given me a desired result.

Last month I decided that I wanted to take my health and wellness more serious. I signed up for a diet challenge at DietBet.com. Within 21 days, I had melted away 10 lbs of fat. My success was contributed to and in direct correlation to my goal. The next contribution was community. I knew daily exercise and meal planning hadn't been a strength of mine. I hadn't quite mastered it, so it was critical that I joined forces with others who would inspire, motivate and even challenge me to reach my goal. And I did! I reached my goal. And I won money doing it. Since then, my confidence has soared and now I'm ready to do it again.

Did it cost me?

Yes. But most importantly, I'm worth it. This is my life. I'm only given one. So what's an investment of $50, $100 or even more to actually get results?

I learned something. You give in order to get. And most of the time, it's money. You see, you're receiving is in direct proportion to your giving. Whether it's time, energy, skill, money, etc.

Since we (adults) need to be reprogrammed, this can be a difficult practice. You hear it in church. Give and it shall be given unto you. Money is usually one of the hardest things for us to part with. But trust yourself. Love yourself. Invest in You. Then you will be invested in.

Being a part of the 1% - NOT the 99%

Sometimes.

No.

ALL OF THE TIME, you have to assess and understand the situation you are in.

There is a force that is trying to hold you back. It is trying to keep you discouraged and down about EVERYTHING. It DOES NOT want to see you (or me) WIN. 

Period.

Now I love being motivational, inspiring and always ready to say the right words that uplift mankind (or womankind wink, wink).

But.

You know "being nice" all of the time - for lack of better words, is not always effective. Actually, it can create a sense of of false reality. It can disregard accountability. And stop people from being successful. Now, Kim is in no way saying "be mean" because that is never the answer. But you MUST BE "REAL", "CANDID", "STERN", "STRAIGHT UP". Yes! This is what I'm talking about. If you (and I know you do) consider yourself the 1%, then you need to toughen up Bee-utiful! Yes, Kim too! As a matter of fact, this may have been one of my most difficult practices. Being tougher on myself as well as others. Raising my level of expectation. 

As an Entrepreneur, it is vital that we know how to seek assistance, encourage ourselves and even kick ourselves in the butt (not beat ourselves up, just light some fire to get us into action or discipline).

Part of it is mindset. Part of it is focused discipline. The rest is action.

I've worked with people in government jobs and non=profit agencies, and while they may be some very good-hearted people with (seemingly) equally good intentions. They can also be some of the biggest complainers, most lazy self-entitled individuals to work with. Now Kim you're being mean. Nope. I'm being real. There's something very unique about working in the private sector (especially sales) and even more so as an Entrepreneur (aka biz owner). Those individuals possess an innate (or developed) ability to hustle. And that attitude is what's required to stay in the game. And Win.

Again, Entrepreneurship is NOT for a lazy, self-entitled, seeking to get something for nothing kind of person.

No. It's for visionaries, go-getters, passionate and transparent people who have a tenacious desire to "create" to "make things happen". Not whine. Not complain. Not blame outside circumstances.

No. People like You and Me. That see it. Own it. Beecome it. Live it.

In that order.

Having a company that's five (5) years old is a BIG deal to me. Choosing to be in the 1% of people who are financially successful is a choice that we make. It doesn't happen overnight. It happens over days, months, years of staying the course. Being mentored. Silencing the naysayers and consistently removing the distractions.

So stay awake. Get up every single day and move toward your vision. You are part of the 1%, so act as if it's already happened. And when you continue putting one foot in front of the other, moving non-stop. YOU WILL. I repeat, YOU WILL reach your destination and have lots of fun on the journey.

These are the same practices that have been making me an Expert, Authority Figure, Sought After, Super Star! No, Seriously lol. I have been graciously invited to attend two (2) private events (100% paid for). Asked to be a speaker on a panel to share my entrepreneurial journey. And showcase my company to a network of over 700 people (again, at no cost). And all of this is happening this month. Next month is already booked with engagements and invitations as well.

Lesson learned. Once we say "Yes". Bee Ourselves. And keep putting one foot in front of the other. Tada! The magic happens. Miracles breakthrough. People come to you. Opportunities hunt you down. And the money is made.

Perfection is the Web of Deceit

I remember when I used to think that perfection was the same as being detail-oriented. However, I quickly found out that perfection can rob you of your money flow which is ultimately a big reason that you’re in business. For so many years I would pride myself on being very detailed and going the extra step to make sure EVERYTHING was perfect.

Though I strongly believe in excellence and doing things to the best of your ability. I've also learned that striving for "perfect" can hinder you from reaching your ultimate goals/outcomes in every area of your life including your business (again which is your money). Think about it this way, if you're searching for the perfect spouse, you'll never get married. And if you're searching for the perfect scenario to work your business, you'll never get rich.

I mean really, who are we being perfect for anyway?

The other day, I was fortunate enough to go on a tour of the West Virginia Governor's Mansion. It was beautiful! But one thing caught me by surprise. And it wasn't just once or twice that I noticed this. Here I am standing in a house that is insured by multiple tens of millions of dollars. I'm literally standing in a house that has lodged some of the most powerful people in the state of West Virginia. And one thing I noticed that will stick with me for a looooong time was...

Are you ready for this?

It was that in almost, if not every room that I toured, the lines between the crown-molding and the wallpapered or painted walls were not perfectly straight lines. LOL! I know right!

Why was I even looking?

Well the truth is that I have secretly beat myself up over the imperfections in my paint jobs at home. Or my videos. Or my selfies. Or anything else that is not exactly right. But there are always lessons to learn in life and in business and STOP SEEKING PERFECTION is one of them.

You are human, You are fallible. But You are also brilliant and amazing in every way. If the Governor can deal with imperfection, yet still be one of (if not the most) powerful person in an entire state. Then why can't you and me as business owners, creators, entrepreneurs deal with it too.

Perfection is not the end goal.

Results are!

If you're not getting results, maybe you're focused on the wrong things.

Maybe you're not taking action daily. Or maybe you're waiting on it to be the perfect time. You know, the "When I get this I'll do it" or "When this happens I can do it".

News flash!

The if's and when's usually never happen the way we planned, so instead of "when" and "if". Just Do It! Just Jump! Just Walk. Just Move. And don't let perfection trick you into it's web of deceit, because you'll never get there in the areas that matter most. At least not on this Earth, as long as we’re in the physical form.

Remember this...

There are people doing BIG things. Making BIG money. And there is absolutely nothing perfect about them. But they are being free. Free to create. Free to be themselves. Free from perfection.

P.S. I'm learning that there are many contradictions in life. Striving for excellence and pushing to be impressive can appear as a form of perfection, trust me I know. And how about the saying "We should always do our best". Doesn't that sound like a subtle way of saying perfect lol. But these are targets, which are good for humanity. However, don't ever stop your message from getting out there or your business from getting started or your product from being created all because it wasn't perfect. You'll learn along the way. Is it Coincidence or a Divine Encounter?

Check this out.

A) is this a coincidence...? OR  B) is this a divine encounter??

So, on Tuesday I was in the Dermatology office and before they called me back this 60 year old white lady came in. I remember looking at her and thinking..Hmm I wonder who she is. She caught my attention because 1) there was only 3 of us in the waiting room and 2) because she looked of importance like someone I should know or get to know.

So after my appointment I went by the Dollar Tree to pick up some Valentine's candy for my son's class party. As soon as I walked in, guess who I saw... Yes. Her. Standing at the register. 

I started to say something to her like "I guess we had the same thing in mind" (referring to shopping) or "Now that's twice in about 30 minutes" (you know just a small acknowledgement).

But. I didn't say a word. It was kind of like I was frozen. My mind was thinking but I couldn't get the words out quick enough. Then, that moment passed into the - if I say it now it would be awkward moment lol. So I didn't. I just followed my husband to the candy section minding my own business.

Now this was on Tuesday, February 14th aka Valentine's Day.

Let's rewind back to Monday, the day before, when my realtor (who is a good friend of mine) messaged me to set up a day to view a property that I asked her about two weeks prior. We agreed to meet up on Thursday, February 16th at 4:30 pm. The very next morning after I was thinking about a mutual friend of ours (mine and the realtors) the mutual friend sent an email to us both wanting to get together over a meal.

We quickly decided on Thursday, February 16th at 5:30 pm for a dinner date which would be after the viewing of the property.

So the trend I'm noticing here is how we are thinking about each other at the exact same time. Is this a divine set up?

Okay now let's fast forward to Thursday, February 16th the day we’re set to view the property and have dinner.

After viewing the property, my realtor friend agreed to wait on the listing agent to pick up the key. I had to wait too because I rode with my realtor. When the listing agent arrived I couldn't help but to keep staring at her. Then I asked "Did I see you the other day at the Dermatologist office?" She said "Yes! Your name is Kim." So you know I'm thinking Whoa...this is weird. How on Earth does she know my name? Was she working behind the front desk and I didn't know it? She must have heard my mind talking because that's when she said "I heard them call your name." Then she said "It was Valentine's Day and you were wearing a red dress." At this moment I'm still stuck in amazement and O.M.G. all at the same time. I don't know whether to be flattered or creeped out lol. Looks like she noticed me just as much as I noticed her. This was the woman that I saw in the Dollar Tree and she knew my name, yet we had never met.

Is that God preparing us for a relationship? Was this a spiritual experience that we were having? Was this happening because of my desire to purchase a property that she has a desire to sell? Is this favor? Perhaps a magnetic force that only the spirit understands...that only exists in an invisible realm? 

You know, one of those moments when things seem coincidental. Yet when you step back and look at it, you see the hand of God. You see everything in the universe that He created responding to you. Including other humans. You see your FAITH in action working behind the scenes moving things into place. And that desire, the thing you want and are believing for is coming to past. Right before your eyes. Kind of scary isn't it? Yes, I know. That's when most people just stop and don't take the time to acknowledge what is happening in the unseen spirit realm. Instead of becoming more aware and grateful, they dismiss it as coincidence instead of purpose and destiny.

Ladies and Gentlemen.

That is how the impossible becomes possible. Although this property has a big ticket on it. I believe it's mine. I know I'm worthy of it. So even though I was uncomfortable asking to go view it (because of fear and judgement from others). I knew I needed to. And once I made that commitment, the stars began to align in my favor. This Universe that God created began to send the very thing I desire right to me.

Take action on your FAITH.

Don't think about it too long. Just do it. Live as if it's already yours and it will come to past in the physical realm.

Awesome things are manifesting daily for me.

My success board includes designer clothes and traveling to exotic countries and abroad.

Last week I purchased 4 BCBG Max Azria dresses which were regularly $400 for only $48 total because the store that I just happened to go into was closing. I went into another one of their stores about two days later and everything was regular price or just a small sale but nothing like what I got. Yesterday I was able to book a vacation with round trip airfare and lodging for six days to Iceland, London and Paris for only $702. Yes. I will be getting a massage in the Blue Lagoon in Iceland, Taking pictures of Buckingham Palace and Kissing my Husband in front of the Eiffel Tower. Dreams do come true. I am living my dreams and you should too.

Prayer really works...but there is another step that you must take!

A friend of mine is in the hospital. And after a series of repeated texts from him, I decided it was time to pick up the phone and call him.

Prayer really works!

(Sometimes you just need someone to stand in the gap for you and pray or use their faith on your behalf.) He immediately started speaking negatively about his situation. But let me tell you like I told Him - You hold the Power! and it's in Your Words. You literally (and myself too) speak our world into existence. Parents do it to children. Teachers do it to students. We do it to ourselves. That old saying "If you don't have anything good to say, then don't say anything at all" or in other words..Keep Your Mouth Shut lol.

Well, it's so true! I've seen people not get jobs, promotions, relationships and money all because of their negative words of doubt. Because when we say bad things or even things that sound innocent but are not positive and full of life, then we are working against ourselves. Literally, it's like you've been building a house brick by brick and stone by stone but EVERY TIME you say something negative against your life, against your situation, against your loved ones, against your dreams and aspirations....

Bee-utiful, it's like taking a sledge hammer to your bricks one layer at a time.

Here's a good practice. Say for example you're in your creative mode and that business idea pops up oh so vividly in your brain. I mean, you are up and wisped away into fantasy land, into a heavenly place because in that moment you are being how God created you. And that's limitless, fearless, expansive and abundant. Then, later you tell someone your grand idea. They look at you crazy. They may even ignore you or say something like this "Now how are you going to do that?" or "How much is that going to cost? Can you afford to do that?" So guess what you do later on that week, month or even day...?

Start letting those opposing thoughts and words crumble your dreams. You begin to second guess yourself. Then you grab that sledge hammer instead of another brick and begin to knock down what you've already created. 

See, everything you create, is first done in your thoughts. Then manifests with your words and actions. So the next time someone asks you about your grand idea or how your business is going, you begin to speak out of doubt. And guess what....nothing manifests into reality. Because you just took a sledge hammer of doubt to your creation.

Stop doing that my friend!

Stay in your creative mode. Make a habit of it. Make a practice of it. Give it your daily attention and purpose. Bee the Creator that You Are! And for goodness sake, stop living like a pauper. You are a Queen and a King. You are a Ruler! There is a Kingdom out here awaiting for you to step into your position of authority. The Earth is literally waiting on your command and you've been speaking the wrong command...therefore getting that exact thing you spoke.

You tell your life what to do. How to be. What you want.

Remember, God created You in HIS image and in the image of God HE created You. (Genesis 1:27) Now, put your name in there. God created ____________ in HIS image and in the image of God HE created _____________.

P.S. You don't have to struggle with this anymore. Give yourself permission to think differently. To act differently. To be successful. Because the choice is yours.
