So here's a little foreword for this illustration. First of all DARK RISE SPOILERS!!! Do NOT look if you haven't read it. Illustration under the cut. TW: blood

Second: I started this as an illustration for a class I was taking which was about understanding values and I used the memories and feelings I had of this Dark Rise scene as a base to practise that. I didn't read the scene again before starting to draw, so a lot of it is not like in the book. I also changed the colors to practise the actual exercise for the class. So yes... I hope this doesn't create any drama about like "It's not like in the book!!" I'm aware, apologies! I will probably draw a more accurate fanart of Dark Heir at some point in the future.
