Today was a really great day. We watched rhythmic gymnastics olympics with my daughter and it totally made me forget about food.
Weigh in: 64,6kg
Breakfast: skipped
Morning snack:
a bag of chips - 414 cal (that was planned)
2 rice cakes - 76 cal
Total: 490 cal
Lunch:
Rice and peas - 147 cal
Dish with chickpeas and zuchinni on it - 157 cal
Cabbage - 28 cal
Total: 333 cal

So today's total was 953 cal. It's good for me now.

It's so hard being home alone with my child. It's the first day.. I want to be thin but also want to set an example of healthy eating for her bc I do not want her to have an ed... I don't know how I will manage this week.
So my lunch is
200g cooked lentils with a little oil, spices and mustard - 174 cal
2 slices of bread - 124 cal
I also ate my daughter's leftover baked potatoes (pic in another post) - 213 cal
So my lunch is 511 cal in total. A little bit too much for a lunch, but I ate really little for breakfast. Also I will eat little for dinner, so it will be ok.

My daughter is home. She left this on her plate..I didn't want to thow it out so I ate that. It's 213 calories, just baked potatoes. It's my lunch. Maybe I'll eat a little bit of lentils later.

So my spouse found this blog... They couldn't read much,only see my pinned post bc they don't have a tumblr.. But I had to change my pinned post and I delete my UGW. They were worried bc I want to be 38kg (BMI - 14). So what can I say to them to calm them down a little bit about that?

This is my lunch. Low in calories, doesn't look like it, so not suspitios at all.
360g cooked and smashed patisson - 112 cal
4 lentil balls - 49 cal
Total: 161 cal, 7g protein.
For the lentil balls I cooked lentils, blended it, then I grinded some white rice, mixed it with the lentils and spices, made balls and baked it in the oven.
