I originally posted this a while ago but decided to edit it cause I changed, and it was inaccurate. This isn’t in a particular order btw.
Maki Harukawa -  Maki has always been the most relatable character to me. Her entite arc always hit a bit too close to home. I have grown a lot as a person, but can’t help it but relate to her still. I always found her whole thing with kids relatable as well. I “hate” kids, or at least sorta. I guess I more so hate the idea of them? But I still usually end up taking care of them.
Toko Fukawa -  I am indeed an INFP so her whole bit about fantasizing I found relatable. Also her viewing the world through a grimy and pessimistic lense is quite similar to me. Then there’s the part ab her being a writer
Mona Megistus - It’s not just cause I’m into astrology, I swear. I always found her relatable but after seeing her mirage andd all that jazz, I felt so much stronger ab her. The bit about her always being broke - not cause she didn’t earn any money but because of her expensive habits hit me right in the gut.
Fischl - Again, I’m an INFP who writes fan fiction. I constantly live inside my own fantasies. Idk what else to say. Also can we talk ab when she randomly breaks character? Cause I loved tht
Diane Nguyen - Another writer, who is shocked? She doesn’t write a lot of fiction but I relate to that part of her as well. All though with Diane, it’s mostly about her state of mind and mental health.
Jinx - Oh Boy, here comes the abandonement issues. She is one of the ones I’m a bit insecure ab kinning. When I say I’m a Jinx kinnie it’s not cause I’m so quirky that i relate to a murderer. I think the way her untreated anxiety and abandonment issues turned into something much much worse. This one hurt me to type out fellas
Reko Yabusame - Once again, the thing with kids comes up. I like taking care of people weaker than me, a lot like Reko. It’s not a power thing, but more like a “that could’ve been me” thing, cause I know what it’s like to feel powerless. I also gotta say her interest in music also speaks to me. She’s up there with my highest kins.
Robin Buckley - She likes boobies, I like boobies. No, but seriously, I always found her relatable but after s4 I consider her a kin. Idk how to go into depth here, it just is what it is. I can say that I have the tendency to not be able to shut up once I star yip yapping away, so there’s that.
Tsukimi Kurashita - One of my lesser known kins, but doesn’t mean I kin her any less. Another Infp to add to the list while we’re at it. I may not be obsessed with Jellyfish but I do have obsessions and ambitions. How she acts in public, her awkwardness, everything.
Marceline - Music is one of my passions as well as writing. I am such a sensitive person but that can be hard to show in a healthy manner. Music has helped me so much in that regard. I also am into pink girls who are into science.
Lapis Lazuli - The trauma of it all! The isolating yourself because you don’t know how else to cope part! I just want to see her happy because everything about her is painfully relatable.
Catra -  Soooo again, we have abandoment issues. She’s also in love with her childhood best friend. She also copes with being super destructive having no regard for how that may affect those around her or even herself, as multiple of the characters above.
Rue Bennett - Again with the very destructive coping mechanisms. How she acts. I’m not an addict but my own behaviour has led me to living quite the similar life to her.

Ok hear me out: SDR2 boys with an s/o who is like the Ultimate Nail Artist, an they either a) do a nail look on themselves for their bf, or b) gives their bf a manicure. This would be AWESOME! ILYSM
SDR2 boys with a SHSL Nail Artist S/O
YES. yes. it's me i'm the nail artist s/o
i actually had acrylics a lot in hs but i decided to finally stop getting them because every time i did i just ripped them off each time. i'm like - addicted to ripping off acrylics like it feels so good and satisfying dni yes it tore my nail beds open but yes them shits recovered in months time.
these are shorter than my stuff usually is and i apologize i am struggling with thinking of specific non bullet point scenes to add.

Hajime Hinata
❤ I think he would be opposed to have his nails done at first. If he's still attending school then it would be a definite no - he doesn't want other people to see it. But if he's grown man with his own job and shit then he doesn't care that much about people seeing it - he's matured. I mean - nothing like acrylics of course. But maybe if you want to do stars on his nail beds or a light pink color then it would be fine. He loves it when you hold his hand for minutes on end. The whole hand touching is super his-type-of-affection.
"Don't you love it?" You ask, intertwining your fingers with him, something that catches him off guard - his nails are still drying!
"I do." His voice is a big more monotone than you intended it to be, but the kind words still make you smile. You glance at his nails once more (like you've done one million times in the last hour) before kissing each of his knuckles.
You chuckle. "So pretty, Hajime."
Your eyes meet his and you're surprised about how flustered he looks.
❤ He's powerless against you if you beg to paint his nails.
❤ If the two of you are still attending Hope's Peak and one of his classmates asks to see his painted nails he will say no and walk away all embarrassed.
❤ He likes looking at them all the time, though. He'll just stare down at his nails and get butterflies thinking about you.
.
Nagito Komaeda
❤ He slays. Whatever you want to practice on him, he'll allow it. He can get you touching up on his hands for hours at a time and he gets a cool nail thing out of it? Excellent. No con. Do you wanna give him acrylics? That's fine - any color and any shape and even length. He likes the coffin shaped ones the best. With him you mostly practice stiletto - even though you don't really need practice you still like to make sure you're still on top of your game.
❤ You can hear it - the click clack from even the other room. It makes you press your face into your hands. Maybe you shouldn't have given him acrylics.
❤ Despair Komaeda - I can imagine him bragging to Junko about having better nails than her lmfao.
❤ He clacks his acylics around and taps them against stuff LMFAO.
❤ Will just sit there wiggling his fingers and listening to the sound of his acrylics hitting each other.
❤ He stops wearing socks because they're such a bother to put on with the long nails.
❤ When he types on his phone it always makes him smile with amusement.
.
Teruteru Hanamura
❤ Can't do the nails. They'll stress him out too much work-wise. If it were his decision, he would love to have nails. He thinks they look so pretty and they're especially special coming from you. But he needs sanitary hands to be a cook, and he isn't too content with always having gloves in the workplace when that can easily be avoided anyway - he'd be worried about the nail polish chipping off. And if he had to choose acrylic shapes then he would have them be oval or almond - they'd match his finger shape. Even though he won't let you do the cool art, you can still give him a very subtle manicure just for nail health.
❤ You doing his nails means he gets to sit close to you.
❤ You find he really likes just looking at your face - which is mostly because he still can't believe somebody as beautiful (and talented) as you genuinely likes him.
❤ But literally like he does not stop looking directly at you and it gets a little uncomfortable once you actually notice.
.
Nekomaru Nidai
❤ Finds your art absolutely beautiful. When he's talking about you he always calls you an artist. Which, you are, but people always assume you're a painter or a musician. Nail art is the last thing that comes to their minds. But when he shows them pictures of all the collections you have - they see what he means. It is a masterpiece. Sometimes you wear these for yourself, to which he beckons you over so his teammates can see your glamour.
❤ He literally brags about you all the time like he is so prideful to be with you.
❤ He's never like "I chose a good one" but instead "a good one choose me".
❤ See the two of you are like a salon smh you do nails and he does massages.
❤ Ya'll can quid pro quo.
❤ And also Akane is going to be literally in love with you and think you are perfect for Nekomaru.
❤ She's going to force him to let you do his nails.
.
Kazuichi Souda
❤ He is hesitant to compliment it - but god does he think it's beautiful. Sometimes he gets in his own head about manliness and the 'proper' way to act. Even though there's no evidence to back it up, his mind convinces him that if he compliments your nails that you'll think he's too feminine, or think that he's being annoying. Throughout these bad thoughts, he still sits by your side and watches you do art. When it comes to customers, he's not very social, instead just nervously bouncing his knee while he stares down at their hands.
❤ You'll finally just offer him to sit in the client's chair and let you take a look at his nails.
❤ He's surprised at how with a quick glance you can immediately know what he does with his hands.
❤ ^ It's almost the same with how he works with cars - one long look and he can diagnose pretty easily.
❤ Once he gets used to having his nails painted (and realizing like no one cares other than him) then he'll like a touch up once a week, thank you.
❤ He takes care of his nails a lot better now that he's with you.
❤ Whenever he fucks up his nails on something mechanical he will get very sad.
❤ Souda has five letters and his hands have five fingers just saying.
.
Gundham Tanaka
❤ All your gloomy works are his favorite. He thinks of it as you spreading the occult. To him, all the colors you use have a more complex meaning - and the animals are symbolism of some kind. If the client wants pastel colors he try to convince you to paint some sort of thing like a rabbit on it to symbolize lust and sacrifices. His favorite art of yours is one of a graveyard with the moon in the air. It was so melancholic yet so beautiful - he almost wanted it on his own nails.
❤ He asks you every day to see the work that you did - he wants to see pictures so after ever job, you take a picture of the nails and save it in a folder of "Gundham hasn't seen these one yet."
❤ ^ When you show him I can imagine him being like "good... good.. yess... excellent."
❤ He won't personally want his nails to be painted all the time because he's worried the animals might accidentally ingest it.
❤ Wants to know if you'll do animal nails.
.
Twogami
❤ He likes that thing - it's individualistic. It makes you more special compared to everybody else, and he admires that about you: how unique you are. Everything you do is unique. Even each nail look - they never look the same. They're irreplaceable, just like you. You're so consistent with your ability yet so unpredictable, it's a security but also a thrill. He couldn't imagine choosing to be with anybody else other than you.
❤ I imagine he would not let you do his nails because it'll mess up his whole perception of the person who he's trying to be.
❤ But once he finally stops trying to pretend to be other people, he's going to allow himself to have that individuality.
❤ ^ Probably likes white tips. Or polka dots.
.
Fuyuhiko Kuzuryuu
❤ Everything with stripes is his favorite. He loves the look of stripes no matter what color they are (but of course, his favorite color of stripes is white). Basing colors off of him is very easy, he likes wearing the same suit everyday, so when you come home with your nails matching his color scheme, he notices immediately. He takes your hands into his own and kisses your knuckles. He can be so affectionate when you flatter him enough.
❤ Takes no shit from other people if they to make fun of his nails. He will get Peko to beat the shit out of them.
❤ Also you and Peko can bond over you doing her nails! Fuyuhiko insists.
❤ Him and her can get matching nails.
❤ Omg imagine if his clan got a specific nail look to identity each other.

Danganronpa Trigger Happy Havoc: Another Ending
Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc - alternative ending where the survivors learn they’re in a tv show, just like in V3
As Requested by: @princeasimdiya12
This is an alternative ending where the original 6 survivors of the franchise have to cope with the fact that they’re all fictional characters in a tv-show.
Warnings: Cursing, anything that may be triggering in the OG game might be here, so read with caution
I tried my best with this, and I really enjoyed writing it. I hope whoever reads this may enjoy it. I am uncertain if this is completely what was expected, but this is my interpretation<3
Junko Enoshima had just been revealed as the mastermind and the ultimate despair. Everyone felt shivers going down their spines, as they saw the true face of who had put them through hell, but the worst was yet to come.
Then the truth was revealed. Of course, they should have had a tiny clue. The cameras, the way Monokuma always seemed to be referring to a larger audience. They were the first generation of many to be put on a tv-show about a killing game. They weren’t even forced to participate, they came there by choice. Their current personas were fictional, in reality they were just normal people.
“I, Byakuya Togami refuse to believe this! That I am a mere nobody? Good one Junko.” the tall blonde man said with an ever so confident grin on his face.
“Yeah, there’s just no way!” Aoi Asahina exclaimed with her arms crossed.
The Ultimate Despair just laughed at them as she changed her stance once again.
“Huh, ya don’t believe me? Want some fuckin’ proof?” She said in a raunchy tone. As if on cue, a tv screen appeared before them.
What, or rather who appeared on the screen was Makoto Naegi. He was talking to a man, whose back was turned towards the camera.
“Do you consent to the contract, knowing the risks involved?” the mysterious man said.
The Makoto on the screen nodded firmly. He stood there stunned as he saw his former self consent to the unimagineable. This had to be edited, right? Yet deep down, he knew it wasn’t.
The next person to appear on the screen was Yasuhiro Hagakure. He was asked the same question and also agreed.
“This has to be fake dude. It’s edited or something.” he laughed nervously.
Junko once again switched up her posture.
“Does it fill you with despair? To know you consented to see each other be killed?” She said in a cutesy voice.
So, the videos continued, it showed them all consenting to be on the show. Somehow, they all still remained ignorant, but not for long. Makoto’s eyes lit up. A lightbulb might as well have appeared above his head.
“I may know a way to confirm if it’s all true. If we’re really all nobodies. There is someone here who doesn’t share our memories. So maybe *she* knows?” Makoto exclaimed looking at Toko Fukawa.
She shook her head and even shivered at the thought of having her take over. Deep down, part of it was that she didn’t want to know the truth. She had already felt enough despair.
“Switch, now.” Byakuya exclaimed in a stern tone.
With that, Toko sneezed and switched to her alter, Genocide Jill. Everyone looked paler than ever while waiting for the killer to open her mouth.
“Well, what are ya looking at? Speak up ya plebs.” she spat as her loud cackle rang through the room.
At first, nobody said a thing, so Togami took it into his own hands. That way, they were guaranteed an answer.
“Ahem. Do you have any memories from before the killing game?” he asked sternly, keeping it simple.
“Well, duh! Don’t we all? What, don’t tell me I’m the only one?” she said in her typically energized tone.
“Well, can you TELL us about it or are you going to waste our time?” Byakuya asked impatiently, sounding more and more irritated for every word he said.
“Anything for you master~” she said in a weak tone whilst hugging her own chest. She stood there, zoned out for a bit as they all waited her explanation.
“Whoopsies, lost myself a bit there. But can you blame me?” She laughed again.
“Well, all I remember is life as it was. I, of course was still a friendly neighbourhood serial killer but I don’t remember any of you, except for the pathetic girl I share a body with” she cackled as she took a deep breath.
“Well, your talent. Was she or was she not known as the ultimate wirting prodigy?” Byakuya exclaimed in an annoyed tone as he adjusted his glasses.
“Oh THAT? It’s pretty much all BS. Y’know, fake it til you make it. Miss idiot swimmer girl would know all about that wouldn’t she?” Genocide Jill said with a cackle yet again.
This time Byakuya didn’t hit her with another question. Even Aoi was too stunned to reply to the remark that was made about her. So it really was true. Even if she was a serial killer, they had to trust her word. She would have no reason to lie after all.
“Hello? Did you all start glitching or something? Master, you look sad, want me to make you feel better?~” she exclaimed in her usually desperate tone, but was only met by more silence.
They were all filled with despair. What did this mean? Everything they had experienced. All of the death, the despair, the mistrusting each other. Had it all been for nothing. For the sheer entertainment of the world? It did make sense why nobody came to help them. Their heads were all at different places.
“Hey, if you’re still brimming with hope after this, I’ll let ya leave. I’ll even endure the ultimate punishment myself. However, if even one of you choose not to leave, I’ll punish all of you! You’re all nobodies anyways!” Junko said in a snarky yet confident tone. It was almost ignorant.
“I refuse this truth. I am a Togami. I am no normal person. I am special!” Byakuya said, his voice almost cracking.
Junko just laughed at his remark.
“Byakuya Togami? Sure, that’s you. But you’re a nobody. You’re just some poor guy from the countryside who wanted to feel important.” she said in quite a monotone voice, showing no remorse.
Byakuya’s face turned pale, and his knees were shaking so bad, it looked like he could collapse any moment. Deep down he knew it was true. He had nothing he could say in order to refute it. Then another video started playing on the tv-screen.
Togami appeared on the screen. He was wearing a suit full of holes, and his glasses were held together by a piece of tape. He looked much weaker than the Byakuya that was standing at the trial grounds.
“I am Byakuya Togami. I guess I always wanted to be someone. Right now, I have nothing. That’s why I am joining Team Danganronpa. If you’ll have me. It’d be a dream.” he said in a diffident tone as the screen faded to black.
He, who had put himself on a pedestal above others was really just a common weakling. How was he supposed to accept this reality? He couldn’t be a nobody, not him. He just stood there, lost in his own thoughts.
“Well, well well, will you look at that. Looks like someone is filled with despair!” Junko said with an evil cackle.
“Master.. Talked to me~” Genocide Jill said in a sympathetic tone, even for her. As she was about to cry, she sneezed which caused her to switch back to a confused looking Toko.
“S-so... How’d it g-go?” Toko stammered in an ever so nervous tone.
“Ah, just in time peasant! You are up next!” Junko said in a British accent and as she giggled, the TV lit up.
Toko Fukawa appeared on the screen, looking even more awkward than she usually does.
“Toko Fukawa is nothing but an i-idiot. I never did anything succesfully. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a s-single good grade. I just want to be recognised for something. I t-think people would appreciate me more if I were more... s-smart.” the frail figure on the screen exclaimed.
Toko was shaken by what she saw and heard. She didn’t think highly of herself, but at least she could always rely on her talent. Now she couldn’t do that either. Was she really just a waste of air? A good for nothing nobody? She hid her face in her hands as she stood there. She didn’t want everyone to see her eyes fill with despair. She already felt pathetic enough.
“Do you feel that? That’s your body filling with despair. Isn’t it fuckin’ awesome!?” Junko said, blushing and even drooling a little. She was enjoying watching them fall, one by one.
“Stop it. We’re not gonna lose to you!” Aoi exclaimed, her eyebrows furrowing with anger. But nothing good happens when you challenge despair head on. The screen lit up once again, this time showing a bleak looking Aoi Asahina this time. She was the opposite of her cheerful self.
“My name is Aoi Asahina. I can only call myself an under-achiever. I was always expected to be the best as the eldest sibling in the household. That just didn’t hold up. My little brother beat me at everything. No matter how hard I tried, I always failed to top his performance. So this is me, deciding to be someone who is better. Maybe I can finally be the best at something. Even with the risks involved, it’s worth it.”  the depressed girl on the screen exhaled as it faded to black.
Aoi couldn’t help but put her hand across her mouth. She was shivering almost as bad as when she had found her friend, Sakura’s body. She had never expected to feel anything like that again, and yet she did. Not only did this mean she was a nobody, but it meant her closest friend had died for nothing. Was she even her friend? She too, must’ve had a fake story like everyone else. Could she even trust any of the people standing beside her? She too, was lost as these thoughts flooded through her head.
“Aw, look at her trembling. This is wayy too entertaining.” Junko laughed again as Aoi stood there, still frozen with despair.
“Hey, you can stop the prank now dude. I know this is all a joke. It’s not funny if I already know you’re tricking me.” Hiro said as scratched his head, still ignorant to what was going on.
Junko just laughed as the screen lit up again, this time showing Hiro’s video.
“Is it on? Oh it is? Well, I’m Yasuhiro Hagakure. I’m basically broke and I have a lot of debt to pay off. I tried fortune telling but I’m no good at it. People always see through my act. So i guess, going on TV doesn’t sound like such a bad idea. By working with Team Danganronpa, I can become an actual fortune teller, instead of some petty thief.” he said with a nervous smile as the screen faded to black.
Hiro had no choice but to believe what he saw on that screen. The content he had been shown had caused him a sense of Deja Vu. He knew he had money trouble, but he couldn’t have imagined they’d be so dire. He was scared, shocked and felt this melancholy emotion sneak up on him as he realized the reality of his situation. He had all brushed it off as a prank earlier but this was too real, even for him. He stood there in silence. He could almost hear his brain creaking from the weight of the thoughts on his mind.
“Gosh, you’re dumb if you thought it was all a prank this whole time. Moving on-” Junko said but before she could finish, a cold voice stopped her.
“I believe you. You don’t need to show me my video.” Kyoko said, looking down.
“Duh, why wouldn’t you? That’s not the point here. It would cause you less despair if I didn’t show it to you, and we can’t have that, can we?” Junko said as she pouted her lips.
Kyoko looked away from the screen as her former self appeared on it. She didn’t have an ounce of confidence in her, that much could be seen just by looking at her posture.
“Kyoko Kirigiri. I have nothing. When I say nothing, I’m not talking about money, but rather family, love, friends. Those are things I don’t posses. Everyone I used to love are all gone. I want to forget about it. Up until recently, I did have someone. My dad was found, murdered. I want to know who did this. I may never know, but maybe I can feel like I do. We can all pretend I know how to solve my troubles. It may be a lot to ask for, but I think it could make your show interesting.” the purple haired woman said as a single tear ran down her cheek. The screen faded to black once again.
Kyoko could no longer keep her usually cold composure. She was shivering violently and looked almost sick. Her reality hadn’t been stretched too much, which may have been part of the problem. She had hoped to be someone else entirely, but she wasn’t. She found out she was more of a coward than she had imagined, but her real life wasn’t too far from her fictional one. She stood there, looking weak for the first time in a class trial. This only added to the despair they were all feeling.
Makoto looked around at his friends who had all lost hope. He still held on to what he had but his faith would be tested in a few minutes.
“So, how do you feel? Being totally helpless while seeing everyone you care about enter a state of despair. Isn’t it great?” Junko said as she cackled loudly.
“We won’t back down. I’ll find a way to make them hopeful again!” The short man yelled in a determined tone.
“Oh, please! Spare me the monolouge!” Junko said as she laughed, once again.
“Or what? You’re going to show me my video too?” he said with determination in his voice. Junko laughed at his question.
“Oh, wouldn’t you love that? To know why this is happening to you, an ordinary high schooler? Well, too bad. Your case is a little different.” she said with a huge grin on her face.
“Silly Makoto. You were always a nobody. I don’t know why you wanted to come here. You really had no reason to. People come here to become something but you? You didn’t even want a real talent.” she said in her monotone voice.
Makoto couldn’t believe it. That he’d choose this, and with no good reason at all. But before he could think, the screen lit up.
“My name is Makoto Naegi. I am just a regular guy. There is nothing special about me. I couldn’t say why I’d want this. I’m going to make new friends just to watch them die. I wish for my character to have the talent of ultimate luck. I don’t think I’d want it any other way. I want you all to see the real me.” he said, keeping his usual posture.
He couldn’t even begin to comprehend what he had just seen. All of his friends were in despair over not knowing themselves. Meanwhile, he was the same loser he always had been. He hadn’t changed from who he used to be, so he couldn’t say he had developed much as a person. He chose to watch his friends die. He chose this path for himself. All he could feel was a bundle of shame gathering up in his stomach. Was all hope lost? Surely, an ordinary person would think so. But Makoto had been thinking. He had been thinking throughout the entire killing semester. What if he didn’t have to be an ordinary loser? What if he could be the one to guide his classmates towards hope? Hell, maybe he couldn’t do it, but he could try. He couldn’t just do nothing. Not after everything. Yes, they were all fictional. But they didn’t have to be.
“Look at you all, engulfed with despair. It almost kills me to see you like this. Looks like it’s the season finale. But I can’t say we’re finished just yet.” Junko’s laughter echoed throughout the quiet room.
“No, that’s wrong!” a certain protagonist yelled with much determination.
Junko was caught off guard by this. She really believed she had succeeded. Instead, she had failed to snuff out all of their hopes. In fact, she may have helped fuelling it.
“Everyone, we can’t lose hope now. You all have a reason to get out of here and live!” he yelled at his still shaken classmates.
“I am a nobody. The Togami dynasty is a lie. My life is a lie.” Byakuya muttered, his pupils dialated and his voice breaking at every other word.
“Byakuya, that doesn’t mean you can’t be something. Let go of the past! Build your own dynasty! Let’s prove to them that we can be whatever we want. Don’t let them destroy your hope!” Makoto cheered, encouraging his friend.
Makoto was right. He could be someone. He didn’t have to sit back and do nothing. He would build his own dynasty. A better dynasty than the one he formerly thought he was a part of.
“Oh shut up, you’ll never be anybody. You’re just some broke peasant.” Junko sighed.
“No, I am more than that. I am Byakuya Togami, and I will build my own dynasty! I will not lose to the likes of you. I’m going to see this game through the end. That much, I promise.” he yelled in his a confident tone with the usually sly grin on his face.
Junko looked disgusted. Her plan was starting to fail and this was only the start.
“Toko! Get ahold of yourself!” Makoto yelled, glaring at his other friend.
“W-why Should I? I am even more p-pathetic than I thought. I’m not e-even a nobody. I c-can’t even write a novel or score a good grade. W-what do I do successfully?” the frail girl said in a shaky tone.
“Toko, you just need to believe in yourself. I think you tell amazing stories. Why don’t you tell ours? You could be our messanger once we get out of here. Let’s build a better future together. A future where we can be whatever we want to be!”  Makoto shouted at her, his eyes lighting up once more.
“No, no, no! Don’t listen to him, he is full of shit!” Junko yelled, pulling at her own hair in frustration.
“O-okay. I know we can d-do it. Hmph, It’s not like I n-needed you to believe in me or anything. I was sold o-on the idea of g-getting out of here as soon as you convinced M-master.” She said in her usually irritated tone. She definitely was back to her former self.
“How can you believe in yourselves? People died because of us y’know. Sakura. Were you ever even my friend? I let people die because I didn’t feel good enough. How can I forgive myself, or any of us?” Aoi sniffled as she wiped the tears off of her face.
“Aoi, you don’t have to forgive yourself for you. But I think our friends, especially Sakura would have wanted us to move on. The connections we made in here, can be as real as we want them to be. Let’s escape together and live, for our friends.” Makoto said in a calmer and more sympathic, but still hopeful tone.
“No, everyone betrayed you. You can’t even trust yourself. Why would you listen to anything he has to say?”  Junko said, sounding more and more desperate.
“I want to believe in my friends. I want to believe in Sakura. Her death can’t have been in vain. I have to go on for her!” Aoi said, and when she said this her voice shifted from sad to hopeful. Her entire face lit up. One could tell she was fully prepared to beat the mastermind.
“Hey Hiro! Snap out of it!” Makoto yelled, snapping his fingers. Just then, Hiro flinched and came back to reality.
“I don’t wanna do this anymore dude. I don’t really understand what’s going on, but it’s our fault right?” So, why should I even try to get out of it?” Hiro said in an out of character calm yet shaky tone.
“Hiro, come on! You always kept our spirits up. When we get out of here, you can give me a tarot reading. That’s a done deal. But first, you have to chin up and help us all! Let’s beat the mastermind and get out of here together!” Makoto stated as he smiled at the fortune teller.
“You came here and brought death upon your friends! Can you really live with that!?” Junko snarled at him.
“Tarot reading you say? I may not be a real fortune teller but maybe I can just become one bro. Can’t be that hard. Besides, I just have to get it right 30% of the time.” Hiro uttered cheerfully.
Makoto smiled at all of his friends, brimming with hope. Well, almost all of them. Kyoko was still lost in thought.
“...”
She wouldn’t know what to say. Makoto smiled at her, trying to seem encouraging.
“Hey, Kyoko. What’s on your mind? You’re kinda hard to read.”  he said as he wondered what might be going on in her head.
“I’m really just alone. I can’t understand why I’d want this though. I didn’t think I minded it, but looks like I do.” she muttered to herself.
“Kyoko, you never have to feel alone again. You have us, and I know you’re smart enough to understand that! We’ll build a future together, all of us!” he raised his voice.
“No, Shut the FUCK up! Nobody wants to hear you talk, twerp! There is no hope. Kyoko Kirigiri is a fucking loser, along with the rest of you!” Junko screamed.
Kyoko stood there, thinking to herself for a bit. Makoto and the rest of them had all started to mean something to her. She wasn’t ready to just let them go.
“I refuse to participate in Danganronpa. I’ve seen enough people die here. Makoto is right. You are all my friends, maybe I even consider you my family. We’ll get out of here and build a better future for ourselves.” Kyoko said with the faintest hint of a smile on her usually cold face.
“There you go Junko, we all refuse to play your games. This show ends now. Time to draw the curtains!” Makoto said, all of them brimming with hope now.
They all waited for the mastermind to say something. Would she be angry? How would she react to losing? They couldn’t possibly imagine it. They didn’t have to wait very long to find out either.
“Well, that was balls.. and I went through all that effort too. Oh well, guess it had to end sometime.” Junko said in a completely calm manner, which shocked them all.
“That’s it? You’re not mad?” Aoi exclaimed in an angry surprised tone.
“No, I lost, which means I gotta face punishment. This is like, an overdose of despair!” She said in an almost lustful tone.
They all stood there looking at each other, not quite knowing what to say.
“Well, this is the end of Danganronpa. This will be one hell of a season finale. It sure took an interesting turn! It’s been fun but I believe that it’s punishment time!” The Ultimate Despair said as she giggled to herself like a high school girl In love, and pressed the red button in front of her. Before anyone could say anything, her execution had started.
They all hated what she had put them through but part of them couldn’t help but feel sorry for her. They couldn’t replace her despair with hope in the end.

Y/N Y/SN was shaking after having witnessed Mikan Tsumiki, the ultimate nurse be executed. They caught themself shivering with despair. Even in a crowded room, they felt alone. The world kept spinning, as they found themself in the last place they’d want to be. They almost felt invisible. Could they even trust anyone anymore? Everyone looked distraught. They had all just seen their friend become someone else entirely. Could this happen to the rest of them? The taste of paranoia was something they all had grown all too familiar with.  The students all stood there in silence, doubting each other before they each went to their cabins.
As they laid their head upon their pillow, Y/N kept thinking things like “Why does this keep happening to us?” or “What did I do to deserve this?”. They kept closing their eyes and imagined what life would’ve been like if it wasn’t for the fucked up situation they found themself in. The thoughts kept spinning around in their head, gnawing at their mind. After what felt like hours they got up. They let their legs take them to the beach, where they sat down by the water. They put their arms around their knees and stared out at the blue, glittery ocean which reflected the shiny stars. Even when their surroundings were peaceful, they felt the despair sinking into their back. For on this island, there was no such thing as peace. If they felt hopeful, that corrupt bear, Monokuma would crush it. They sat there for a while until they felt a light tap on their shoulder.
They flinched a little as they turned around. They would’ve expected to see someone like Chiaki, or even Kazuichi. Who they didn’t anticipate was a one eyed Yakuza. Even with his one eye, his face expressed immense worry. His eyebrows were furrowed, but his face didn’t express a single ounce of anger.
“Hey Y/N, didn’t expect to see you here. You don’t look like you’re doing too well. I actually wanted to speak with you, if you don’t mind?”  The Yakuza uttered in a tone of worry which matched his expression. He stood there, arms crossed, looking down at Y/N.
Their Y/EC eyes lit up as they gazed at him in surprise. He had just been through what seemed like hell, and wanted to talk to them? This almost felt like a strange fever dream, so they pinched their own thigh to find out that they were fully conscious. The stinging pain confirmed that.
He’d look away for a moment, a light pink shade tinting his face, not used to people looking at him, all puppy eyed. It was impossible to demolish what he was thinking that exact moment.
“Hey, I JUST wanna talk. You fu-”  He stopped himself from insulting them as he sat down beside them. They both sat there for a few moments in awkwardness.  Where would he even begin? He wasn’t used to getting sentimental. His presence didn’t feel cold for once, and Y/N took notice of this. Something seemed different. Was it his eye? It was like something behind it changed, almost like when the seasons change. When winter turns to spring and cold becomes warm. He let out a soft sigh.
“I guess I apologize for being a fucking jerk. No stabbing myself included this time.”  He said in such a sincere tone, it was almost unbelievable. Y/N didn’t look at him. They didn’t quite know how to react and just kept looking at the ocean.
“You don’t need to say anything. I just noticed that you seem different lately. It’s like you lost your soul.”  He expressed with a deep sigh. He almost seemed annoyed. Y/N stayed quiet. The scent of the salty ocean lingered in the air as he kept talking.
“I just don’t want you to lose hope. I don’t know if it counts for anything, but I thought I lost everything. You will feel like shit. I just hope you won’t let it eat you up from inside. I don’t want to lose more... friends.”  He paused at the last bit. His voice cracked a little but he quickly pulled himself together. Y/N didn’t really understand why he chose to open up to them, but they knew there had to be a reason. They felt less alone. He may not have been the most open person but deep down inside, he had a warm heart.
It was quiet again, and when Y/N lifted their head, they found the Yakuza staring at them. They nervously scratched their neck as Fuyuhiko tucked one of their lose Y/HC hairstrands behind their ear. This led to their face turning beet-red. Fuyuhiko let out a small, comforting chuckle as if on impulse. Seeing them flustered like that made him feel something. As if the ice in his heart was melting. This led his own face to be tinted red.
Still blushing, Y/N finally opened their mouth.
“Thank you. I don’t know when things will get better, but I will try to survive. If not for myself, for everyone else.”  They said, almost choking on their own words. They were on the verge of tearing up, but did their best to keep it together. They weren’t used to a lot of affection.
Before they knew it, Fuyuhiko had Y/N in a tight embrace. His body felt warm against theirs. They felt whole, if only for a moment. This was the peaceful feeling they had longed for. Their hearts beat in harmony as the rest of the world became background noise. There was only them.
“Shit.” Fuyuhiko said as he chuckled and slowly pulled away. With this, the world returned. The fucked up situation they found themselves in dawned upon them, but they weren’t alone.
They sat together, hands intertwined. When Y/N returned to their own cabin, and went to bed later that night, they were comforted by his scent as they slowly drifted off to sleep.

Introduction
I am an 18 year old student, and I go by They/Them. You may refer to me as “Dudette” or “Kory”. I’m pretty new to using Tumblr (as of 02.12.2022) , so this will probably be a pretty exciting journey for me. Be aware of the fact that English is my second langauge. That will not stop me from trying my very best, but may lead to grammatical mistakes.
This is more like a side hobby for me. I’m just using it for fun, but will take my readers seriously. This is a safe space. If you ever need to talk, my pms are open.
I suffer from poor mental health, so as of now, I am unable to create a posting schedule. This may however change in the future.
I hope we can all get along:)
