She was a bit different about getting a cat at first because of her job and sister and was afraid something bad could happen to it, but that wasn't quite the case. Though, she would do anything to make you happy, so she was content with getting a cat in the end of things.

Plus with her originally being an orphan anyway, adopting was something she always had her hopes on doing; a pet is a great way to stop!

She knew about your constant anxiety and did her best to help, but sadly with her job she couldn't be there 24/7, so she's glad you have someone to help you when she can't be there. It truly puts her worry at ease.

She grew to love the cat too, and was happy you were confident enough to bring it everywhere with you.

Though when she saw you run home crying with your kitten from school...She knew something was up and anyone who hurt you like this was going on her hitlist....But first she had to go and check on you!

You emitted sobs from your room. Your cat nudged against you, looking up at you; trying to comfort you. Normally this would help, but the issue was being laughed at for having the kitten. Since you ran home early because of the incident, your shared dorm with your girlfriend was just you and your cat since Hopes Peek was still in session. So who could this be? You slowly got up and sniffled. You tried to look sort of presentable, even though you were still very much upset. Opening the door, you looked up; it was Mukuro! Mukuro always had a very neutral expression, even when you started dating; but you could always tell her true expressions, anyway. She seemed worried, and you could figure out why. "(Y/N)? What happened...? Did you get hurt?" She questioned walking into the dorm room and lightly shutting the door behind her. Mukuro seemed extremally calm, she always did after all she deals with stressful situations being a soldier and all. Though, this calmness didn't mean she wasn't worried, she was always worried and caring about you. You busted out in tears again, jumping up and wrapping your hands around the other as you continued to cry into your girlfriends shoulder. Mukuro was a bit stunned at your sudden movement, but she hugged you back scooching over onto the ground just holding you in her arms for a minute. Your cat purrs and walks over to both of you, rubbing their face on both of you. "You don't have to tell me if you don-" Mukuro was cut off by you looking up at her and beginning to explain how you were getting bullied today and mocked for bringing your cat to school with you. "I'm so weak! I don't deserve to be an ultimate!!!" you mumbled into your lovers chest at the end of your explanation. Mukuro could only rub your back and leave a kiss on your head. "You're not weak my love, far from it. You don't deserve any of the words they dare say to you. I'll take care of them, don't worry." She said that last part more quieter than the rest. You sniffled and wiped away some tears and gave Mukuro a sweet smile, you honestly felt a lot better hearing her soothing voice ring throughout your ears. Your cat came up to you with a small meow while you petted the feline. "Thank you...I love you" you said to both your cat and your girlfriend.

The next day at Hopes Peak when you brought your cat, you were expecting the bullying to continue...Instead the kids that were making fun of you aren't anywhere to be seen. Just your girlfriend walking over to you and kissing you on the cheek as she walks you and your cat to all your classes. In reality, those kids were definitely checked off on Mukuro's hitlist.

You and Kaede both agreed to getting a cat, as it fits both your cozy lifestyles

Your panic attacks always worried her, though Kaede was amazing when it came to helping you through them; she used to have performance anxiety so she gets the feeling.

Super happy you found another great coping mechanism to use when you get all stressed out.

Since you both went to different schools, bringing your cat for comfort really helps you get through the day

Though because of that the bullying started and today you just couldn't take it anymore

So here you were on the bathroom floor next to your cat that was trying to comfort you, crying your eyes out

Kaede bent down to your level, frowning. She knew about the bullying and always tried her best to cheer you up, and most of the time it worked. This time, you seemed to be too stuck in your own head. Kaede didn't know what to do but hug you and put her hands through your hair in the hope of soothing the tears pouring out of your eyes. "I just wish I didn't have anxiety..." you mumbled in between sobs, your cat just lying on your lap, also not knowing what to do. Kaede was speechless, her mind fumbling over how to respond, but she responded in the only way she knew how: through music and song.

Kaede slowly got up from the ground your eyes tracing her movement as she went over to the other room where the piano was. You rubbed your eye and sniffled, curious on what she was about to do. Your girlfriend started playing the piano, it was your favorite song! Your cat perked up and started to trail around Kaede's feat as she started playing. You smiled getting up and wiping dried up tears, her playing always made you happy and this time...It made you confident and cared about. "Thank you Kaede." you whispered just enough for her to hear once she finished her song. She nodded in approval before giving you a peck on the cheek.

The next day at school the bullying continued, but you were no longer letting it get to you. You were confident bringing your cat with you and simply ignored those who were bothering you. You always remembered Kaede's piano playing when you were anxious about having your cat with you all the time and it truly just made you feel better. Thus, because of your ultimate pianist girlfriend; you feel much better about having your support kitty!

It was actually Hiyoko who wanted the cat in the first place since she never got to have an animal growing up

Of course you agreed, as cats are just the cutest and it would make a great addition to the family.

You always kept your anxiety pretty well hidden since that's just how you were, but you did notice when the cat was around it always helped your mind to be put at ease.

So you started carrying the little guy everywhere with you

Hiyoko didn't mind, she actually secretly thought it was so cute and was happy you both got along

You were only teased at school when Hiyoko wasn't around, since even the bullies feared to be bullied by her wrath

Nobody but you would ever see this caring side to her, but she also didn't care if people saw it. Her focus was on you and only you. You sniffled and explained the mean things people had said to you and that it was just too much. She was surprised anyone would dare talk to you that way; you were perfect and the only person who understood her. She had a pouty face on; she was definitely not mad at you but rather at them.

"How dare those pig-faced bitches say anything mean to you? They're such losers, and how is it that they go this low? Hmph." She pouted, crossing her arms, and you giggled. The insults you thought were very creative and cute made you feel a bit better. Hiyoko smiled back at you and helped you up on the floor. Grabbing your hand, she started walking away with you before starting to speak once again. "Cm'on. I'm going to make them say sorry to you!" Your eyes widened; this is Hiyoko were talking about, so it's bound to be insults until they're crying apologies to you. Hiyoko knows how to hit all the weak spots.

You showed her the people that were being mean to you, and she crossed her arms, kimono draping. She looked pissed, and the bullies stopped in their tracks. "You pig-slut losers! You should carry a plant around with you to replace the oxygen you waste! Were you born this stupid, or did you take lessons? I’d slap you, but I don’t want to make your face look any better. Now, see that door? Say sorry and go to the other side of it." She spurted at them, and it seemed to work, as they quickly apologized to you and did as she said. Maybe they were afraid of the amount of bullying Hiyoko would have done if they didn't, as what she said was just a sample. Hiyoko pouted and then looked at you with a smile. "Now, wanna go and get candy? We can get cat treats as well!" She tilted her head as you nodded and smiled back at her.

You already had your feline friend before you started dating Fuyuhiko

It was surprising to you how gentle and caring he was towards your pet. You didn't think he liked cats but he actually really does

You never really carried your cat around before your relationship bloomed, but your anxiety started to get bad and Fuyuhiko was always at dangerous jobs so he wasn't around alot unfortunately

Though when he is around, even though he's not best with his words he gives the best physical affection that always eases your mind

Honestly people were scared to even talk to you because of your boyfriend, but those unknowing of who your boyfriend was was quick to tease and pick on you. Not a good idea on there part

You didn't want to worry Fuyuhiko with this since he has enough on his plate, so you just silently sobbed to yourself when he was away

A few tears trickled down your cheeks while you were in your shared dorm. Your boyfriend was already gone for whatever the Yakuza had going on at the moment, and he wasn't expected to be home until much later. The bullying earlier really got to you and stressed you out; you weren't sure what else to do but cry and curl up in a ball. Your cat was in the other room asleep; you didn't want even your fluffy little fur ball to see you like this. After a few moments, the door opened quietly. Usually,  you would be taking a nap at this time, so Fuyuhiko probably thought as much. When your boyfriend walked in, you tried to quickly wash away your tears, but Fuyuhiko already saw the emotional distress you were in.

His eyes widened, he crouched down to your level, and he gave you a hug. "Who the fuck did this to you? Are you hurt?" He panickily asks, trying to be as quiet as he can to not scare you or make your anxiety worse. You nodded and sniffled, afraid to talk, but you knew it would only worry your boyfriend if you didn't. You took a deep breath, looked up at Fuyuhiko, and made eye contact. Soon enough, you were crying your eyes out, explaining your situation to your beloved. Fuyuhiko's eyes turned to anger. How could someone dare even say a word to you without his permission, nevermind say something so filthy? He took a deep breath, controlling his anger so as not to take it out on you. He kisses you on the lips lightly as you melt into it. "I'll handle it; don't worry, Y/N. I fucking promise you." He whispered into your ear.

The next day, you brought your cat to school as always, expecting the bullies to come and torment you again, almost forgetting Fuyuhiko's promise, until he tapped you on the shoulder. You turned around and smiled at him, pecking his lips with a kiss. He wasn't usually at school because of his job, so it was a happy surprise. "By the way, Y/N, Peko is handling those fuckers today, so she won't be here," he whispered into your ear as your eyes widened. It was a good day to have a Yakuza boyfriend!

He says yes to whatever you want, you are his little hope bagel after all!

But.....A pet? After what happened to his dog he wasn't sure if he deserved to take care or even be around another animal; afraid his luck would do something to it

After a lot of convincing him that it'll be okay, you both agreed to get a kitten

You got a white kitten that looked very similar to Nagito in a weird way, it was comforting to think even when the short minutes when Nagito was away you still had a piece of him

So you started to bring the kitten everywhere with you!

Nagito also suffers from anxiety, so if anyone he understands it the best. He's overjoyed you found a great coping mechanism

Plus he doesn't think he's good enough to comfort you, so this also puts his mind at ease.

Nagito regularly got bullied at school, and it's usually you that would stand up from him but since you started bringing a cat with you...Things started to change

You're a really sensitive person and don't know how to deal with being picked on so you just start crying

Nagito was a clingy mess, so of course he was with you when you overheard some kids talking bad about you and your cat, and he was there when you started to tear up. Nagitos’ heart broke. How dare someone bring despair to his precious hope? You tried not to weep In front of your boyfriend, not that you were afraid to show weakness but the fact that you couldn’t stand him being a big worried mess about you. Your boyfriend stayed calm and took your hand and guided you out of the school. You didn’t ask what he was doing as you were ecstatic to leave the school and destress. Your cat was on Nagito’s shoulder, curious about how to make you feel better. You and Nagito walked to the car, Nagito in the driver’s seat and you in the passenger seat. He frowned, looking over at your saddened and stressed out state. You had no words as when you were upset and stressed; talking wasn’t a thing you did. Nagito hugged you close and tilted his head. “It’s okay, my hope. Everything will be okay. You’re so strong and beautiful, please don’t listen to their despairful words,” he said softly as your cat climbed onto your lap and curled up, purring. You pet your kitten, then giggle and pet Nagito's hair. Later that day, Nagito drove both of you home. He had a plan of how to handle those people who were picking on you, but for now, he decided to keep your mind off of it. Thus, you Nagito and your kitten all cuddles on the couch together and watched your favorite movie. “... I love you,” you mumbled to Nagito as you cuddled into his chest, snuggling your head into him. His face turned red with blush as you cuddled onto his chest.. You said this a lot to him, but he won’t ever believe he has such a hopeful, significant other that truly loves him. “I love you too.”

The kitty would always seem to make you happy just as much as Kokichi did. He had to admit he was a SLIGHHHHT bit jealous but he still was happy for your small little friend

Kokichi was either hated or loved at school, no in between, but everyone knew that you were his queen/king/royalty because he would talk about you ALL the time

So those that didn't like him...Well also didn't like you, but until you started bringing your cat around they had nothing to make fun of you for

You were used to teasing by Kokichi, but this is straight out bullying with the cruel words they said to you

He just held your hand on the way back to both of your dorms. Your cat went off to eat, and Kokichi grabbed your wrist with concern. “… What happened?” he asked in a worried tone, tilting his head. “W-what do you mean?” you acted dumb trying to ease your lovers’ concern. “Don’t lie to me, please tell me” a small tremble in his voice at this point; you just sighed and frowned before telling him everything that’s been happening and you started sobbing at the end of your explanation.

Shock swept over Kokichi. He knew people hated him and he couldn't care less, him and D.I.C.E would just prank them all the time anyway, but he draws the line of them messing with his queen/king/royalty. The rest of the night was filled with special attention from your little supreme leader. He was a clingy mess, and you loved it! He gave you many pecks on the cheeks and did everything in his power to distract you from what happened, besides he plans to have D.I.C. E give them the worst prank he can think of tomorrow, making sure they never dare make fun of you for having an emotional support animal again. While you both were cuddling, your cat wanted to join as it pounced onto the bed and curled in between you two, meowing and being a cutie. “See! It’s dividing me from my queen/king/royalty. I told you it’s evil!!!” Kokichi states, giving a pouty look to your cat. All you could do was facepalm at his shenanigans. He was such a loveable goofball.

He noticed immediately and started to purposely avoid you for his sake of not making a fool of himself in front of you and If he wasn’t able to avoid you he’ll just act like he doesn’t give a shit about you and would purposely be rude to you

Peko would notice this right away but at the first she just assumed that he didn’t like you in general but once she noticed that he would ignore you and avoid you, she knew something was up

She would question him about it and bro would completely shut her down about the thought and tell her you were just so annoying he wanted to not be near you and he thought she brought the excuse

She didn’t buy it for shit

He finally given up and told her about you and his feelings, she would just tell him to confess but he would tell her it more easier when you say it than do it

He obviously shuts her down about the idea of confessing to you and just says he’ll continue to treat you the same way he usually does until the feelings goes away

It never did, if anything the feelings grew more and more

Peko finally convinced him to at least try talking to you normally and he did but he couldn’t help be still be rude to even if he was just trying to start a simple conversation and you replied with a dry answer or was thinking of what to say did too long

Bro didn’t even noticed that he had feeling for you, like he just thought the feeling were just a feeling of being near someone you really care about as a friend but no it more

He wasn’t really used to feeling that way about someone since he usually treated everyone like their his little siblings or just friends or close friends but when he first started feeling this way about you it just didn’t feel like a friendship or family kind of love

Was really confused about it and didn’t want to immediately just to conclusions and believe he has feelings for you so he just kept believing he saw you as just a closer friend than he does to others

That act went on for a bit til you started being physically affectionate in a platonic way, such as placing a hand on his shoulder and sitting a bit more closer to him than usual he kept his cool on the outside but the inside of him was a mess

After mentally shutting out the thought with all his might, he finally came to the conclusion that he had feelings for you and didn’t know exactly what to do with it

He didn’t want to confess right away and just gave the thought some time so instead he’ll start being you small gifts from his travels

Would definitely ask you if you would like to come along and travel with him, and say he’ll bring you to amazing places across the world or just bring to where you pacifically want to go

He would get awkwardly embarrassed if someone called him or said he looked like a womanizer in front of you since he didn’t want to look bad in front of you

Definitely tells you about his sisters and asks if you would like to help him look for them, he would be really happy if you did say yes to it

He didn’t notice it right away

Like he just assumed you being so nice and caring towards him just made him feel embarrassed and what not so he just ignored the feelings

But they kept coming back and every time when he’s near you and when you complimented him, he can’t but feel a heart warning feeling in his chest and feel flustered around you

Not for long he came to the conclusion that he liked you in a romantic way but he felt really bad for it, he was insecure about himself and how others viewed him while you were someone that everyone enjoys being around and he felt like him having feelings for you would ruin your friendship

Kaede and Kaito catch on real fast

Kaede was so excited when she founded out he had feelings for you and would telling him to confess right away and would say that both of you look cute together

He was flustered by the idea of him and you being together but the idea of you two being a cute couple just made him feel even more happy of them though

Unlike Kaede, Kaito didn’t tell him to confess right away but instead would try to give Shuichi some confidence about asking you out and would tell him he shouldn’t feel bad for a having crush on you and would tell him to ask you

Obviously he appreciated both of them trying to help him but he told them he wasn’t mentally ready to ask you out yet

If you and him aren’t that close of friends he’ll definitely admire you from afar, will absolutely hate it if Miu or Kokichi caught him and called him out on it

He would sometimes write little love poems about you but would never give them to you and kept it in a small notebook, Kaede would definitely tell him to give it to you or let her give to you. He obviously shut down the idea

If he gets too into a poem and seems really long, he’ll end up reading it later and cringe at his own love notes for you

Kaito would help him out by trying to get you two to become closer friends and would invite you to workouts with him and Maki and Shuichi

Would convince Maki and then purposely leave you and him alone together, bro was not ready to be alone with you and he felt nervous and excited about it at the same time

After Kaito done that over a couple of times more, both you and him got closer and he was actually starting to feel a bit more comfortable and confident when talking and asking you to hang out

He would die happily if you just started physically touching him in a platonic way, just simple gestures like putting a hand over his or sitting closer would lowkey just make his day lol

♡ Eye contact becomes very difficult for him to maintain. While Fuyuhiko’s usually able to maintain eye contact no matter the circumstance, something about looking at you now seems almost impossible. He tries, he really does, because truthfully you’re so perfect he wants to keep looking, but he can’t.

♡ He can literally feel his eyes wobble as he begins to lose focus and, disguised with a nonchalantly stubborn huff, turns away.

♡ He doesn’t want to let his guard down, he doesn’t want to look stupid.

♡ Definitely gets goosebumps, and the shivers.

♡ His whole body tenses up whenever he sees you, a sudden heaviness latching onto his chest.

first off, i just want to say i am so sorry that you had to wait for so long, i just got back from my two year long break. second, im also sorry, however, i do not write for korekiyo, so i simply didn't include him. i do apologize for not asking if you wanted to replace him with another character, this request has been pending for so long that i decided against it. third, this is more a story in bullet point form than actual headcanons. despite all of this, i hope you can still enjoy this long awaited request.

at first, kiyotaka will admit that he was quite intimidated by you. seeing someone extremely taller than him isn't an everyday occurrence. yes, many other people were taller than him, but not by such a large degree, usually.

however, if he stood next to you, he'd seem like an overgrown child. so, naturally he was on-edge whenever you were near him, since you could probably easily beat him up if you wanted to.

but he had to remind himself that he was the ultimate moral compass! it doesnt matter how strong or large you are, he will discipline and scold you when it was needed. he will never back down from a fight when it comes to morals, even if he could easily lose that fight.

when you two first met, he decided to make the polite decision to introduce himself. once he was done with his maticulously-worded greeting, (that he had planned last night) he was expecting you to respond in a rude tone, filling the delinquent expectations that he had made of you based on your appearance in his head. but instead...

he was met with the biggest, tightest, and closest hug of his life. his first thought was to hug you back, which he was about to follow, until he remembered that you were in a public space and this would technically be considered as pda.

once he realized that revelation, he immediately pulled away from the hug, scolding you about touching people in public without permission. while your hug was extremely warm and welcoming, he forced himself to keep up his own rules.

you just stood there, very still while he gave you a lecture about being physically affectionate with someone you barely know. he also proceeded to go on a mini rant about the negative effects of pda, but you werent listening to any of it.

you were mainly just focused on how he seemed very passionate about keeping the peace, which made him look weirdly cute. people often look very adorable to you whenever they were talking about something they cared alot about, which is what ishimaru was currently doing.

you interrupted his planned speech about keeping ourselves civil, to compliment him about how cute he looked. taka immediately stopped in his tracks, looking at you like you just spoke a forbidden sentence.

"...pardon?" kiyotaka asked, but it sounded more like a flustered squeak he made out of surprise. you repeated your comment about him, watching his face slowly turn more red, realizing that you were being serious about what you said, and that you weren't mocking him like others do.

after the initial shock wore off, he reacted exactly how he expected you to, which was scolding you passionately again. however, it didn't sway your mind, he still looked very adorable to you while he was practically going teacher-mode on you because you called him "cute."

what you didnt expect, however, was what he said right when he finished telling you off. "thats all! i hope you have learned your lesson!... and while i don't agree with your methods of doing so, i do appreciate the compliment." he added the last part on with a rushed shout, then immediately left, trying to hide his red face from you.

from then on out, you actively seeked taka, and tried to befriend him, which he accepted. you still don't tone down your affectionate-ness and compliments at all, but he seems to be scolding you less and less. in fact, he seems like he anticipates them now, which makes you happy. little did you both know, that this friendship would lead to so much more.

gundham is the same as taka. he was intimidated by your large stature, and general... bigness. however, gundham tanaka is no coward, he will challenge anyone who dares compete against tanaka the forbidden one!

he walked up to you, with extreme confidence, and started his usual menacing speech about how he was a more powerful entity compared to you "mortals". before he could even finish the first sentence, you interrupted with a sentence that caught his " mighty" act off guard.

"aw, you're so adorable! like those hampsters that are on your shoulder! you're almost as cute as them!" were your first words to him. before his mind would even catch up to the strange sentences you just uttered to him, you grabbed him and pulled him into a bear hug.

gundham needed a solid few seconds to compose himself before he speaks at all. the devas are all squirming in his scarf, also caught by surprise from the strong hug you gave them. once he does process the situation enough to not look like a shocked puppy, he immediately starts thrashing in your large arms.

"release me from your armed trap at once, mortal!" he says in a mix of rage and panic. you quickly let him go, feeling a slight pain from how haphazardly he was moving in your grasp, and also because he didn't seem like he wanted to be hugged, if the sentence he spoke to you was anything to go by.

when he was released, the first thing he did after dusting himself off was restart his original speech of him being the supreme overlord of ice, but this time, he added that you are a very bold human for having the gal to touch someone so "highly superior" with such carelessness.

...or something along those lines. you weren't sure. your ears were only processing a muddled version of a few of the words he was saying, the rest was a blur. mainly because you weren't really paying attention to what he was going on about, you were just focusing on the cute, confident look on his face. along with the cute hamsters resting cozily in his scarf.

gundham stopped talking once he realized that you weren't looking him in the eye, or even anywhere near his face. you were staring at his neck, so he looked down to see his friends, then shot a sharp glaze at you after realizing why you weren't paying attention to his great speech.

"why are you looking at the dark devas of destruction, mortal? rather than listening to the words im gracing you with? you are not worthy to be in their presence, or mine." he continued death glaring at you, crossing his arms while waiting for your answer to his question.

"oh- im sorry... my lord? i was just admiring how cute and fuzzy the... dark devas? looked!" you gave the hamsters a small wave while speaking. you didn't know why he was speaking strangely and giving his pets such uncommon nicknames, but you didn't mind. you thought it was a little cute, actually.

of course, gundham was used to the compliments towards the devas. however, he wasn't taking the adjectives "cute" and "fuzzy" very well. they were evil! they were his partners in crime! how dare you call them such belitting names? before he could scold you again, you quickly swept the rug from under him again.

you quickly butted in, and started unconsciously showering him in compliments. calling him well-spoken, cool, dressed nicely, had cool hair, handsome, and such. you also added how his voice was very pleasant to listen to, and that his eyes were very expressive and clear.

as the flattering statements added on and on, he got more and more flustered. his slight stuttering from being caught off guard by the first two quickly because full-on sputtering with his face almost becoming as red as mahirus hair.

before you could make him even more speechless, he took the very little confidence he had left to attempt to make his usual "super big and bad evil" goodbye statement, but a very shortened and messy version escaped his lips instead, with him quickly scattering away before more of his pride was taken away by your giant cursed goodness.

while you were left confused as to why he left so suddenly, you quickly bid him adieu, continuing on with your day in hopes that you two would meet again, and maybe, just maybe, you would get along with each other.

little did you know that he was secretly plotting your demise for daring to treat him like that, muttering his evil plans to the dark devas, feeling that he needed to avenge them because of how you described them as if they weren't his wicked subordinates!

...deep down though, he would be lying if he said he wasn't looking forward to seeing your large, smiley self again. you were one of the few people who didn't scrutinize his personality, and he greatly appreciates it. maybe, when you acknowledge how truly devious he was, then, you could be acquiantances. or something deeper than that.

lets be honest, fuyuhiko would really really dislike you when he first meets you. he has this ideology that people who are positive and kind are fooling him, trying to catch him off guard and trap him with their fake happiness. given his family and who he is, he was taught to be skeptical of almost everyone, so it wasn't much of a surprise when he was skeptical towards you.

everytime you even attempted to get near him, he either yelled at you to back or else he'd shank you, or peko would step in, quickly telling you to leave with her hands already on her sword handle in case you try to push it.

you would try for weeks to even have a slight chance of talking to him, because he is the only person out of your class that you haven't had a personal connection with. heck, you even started to have a slight bond with peko when she wasn't busy protecting fuyuhiko!

if you were being honest, you were genuinely starting to give up on having him warm up to you. you knew that no matter how hard you try, some people will still find ways to dislike you. you thought that this would be one of those unfortunate cases, and you were on the edge of accepting it.

until that one night. you were having trouble sleeping, and nothing seemed to be working. you knew that it was probably too late for anyone to be awake right now, so you decided to take an evening stroll around the school. maybe the walking would tired you out.

you walk out of your dorm, only to see kuzuryu starting absent mindedly at the stars in the late night sky. he looked so... at ease. the sound of a door opening and footsteps started him, and his attitude quickly did a 180, turning aggressive.

"what the hell are you doing sneaking up on me like that?! are you gonna try to fool me again, huh? with your fake smiles and over-the-top hugs?" he yelled, paying no mind to the fact that it was 4am, and he could wake someone up.

you reassured him that you weren't going to hurt him, but to be honest, you were hurt at the accusation that it was fake. you wanted to speak your feelings, but you felt like that would make him more on edge, so you just ignored that hurt for now.

disregarding your word, he told you to stay far away from him, pointing at the very end of the balcony he was leaning against. you did what you were told, not wanting to agitate him further. to be honest, this is probably the nicest he's been to you so far. usually, he'd just tell you to fuck off, so you weren't about to let this rare opportunity to talk to him slip pass you.

after a few moments if silence, you decided to ramble a bit, maybe that'll warm him up to you. you talked about everything you could, random stuff you thought of, all the way to deep philosophical conversations that would make you ponder at night.

Peko apologized and made it clear that she wasn’t going to kill you and had Fuyuhiko’s help clear it up as well

Seeing how it could’ve been you instead of Mahiru who died, and by accident form Peko of all people, made him even be more worried about your wellbeing and had you close to him at all times even if it was just you going to the bathroom

He never had you stray too far away from him ever, he would always say that he would protect you from all evil with the help of his dark devas

You were never seen apart from each other even from when you both woke up on the island, especially since you two were dating for a while and even before the island

It was just a coincidence he saved you, Hiyoko sucked up and went to ask you for help on tying her kimono and you told her that you remembered there was a large mirror over at the live house and you told her you would gladly carry it over to her cabin so she can keep it

Hes been on edge since he woke up on the island and even more worried when he saw you were unfortunately here as well on this hell island

Everything was going smoothly, there had been no murders so far and the little party they were having had been going well as everyone was having a great time talking and eating

You on the other hand, had been worried especially since you thought it was such a coincidence that only one pick had gone missing but Byakuya’s and Hajime brushed it off and Hajime comforted you with saying that nobody will kill someone in broad daylight and it probably just went missing

it was when you were so excited about a test result you got and engulfed fuyuhiko in a tight hug, that the guy began to notice the changes in his attitude towards you. his hand rested on your back, chuckling as you cheered for yourself.

"a perfect score! 'hiko, i got a perfect score!" you gasped, wrapping your arms around his neck in great surprise. he nearly stumbled back by your power, catching himself against his desk. "i can't believe it!"

"get the hell off me. why are you clinging to me?" he huffs, patting your back. your warmth was so inviting.

"because you helped me stay on top of my work." you claim, pulling back just enough to see his face. your hands lay on his shoulders as you smile wide. "you dropped off the assignments to my house, remember?"

"y—yeah? well it doesn't mean shit..." he mutters, turning away. truthfully, he never did that himself. the teacher knew that he lived the closest to you and asked him to do it. but he just got one of his lesser-threatening lackies to drop them off.

when you pull away, he almost misses it. but he tries to not convey it, wondering if peko noticed it. hopefully she hadn't, he wouldn't hear the end of it.

as he waves back at you, he leans against his desk, smiling at himself at little. you were so lively that it made him feel excited for you. it was a well-deserved score, that's for sure. but when he realises that his heart is beating faster than before, he becomes worried. did... you do this? did you make him feel this way?

the thought of you made his face burn even more, making him feel his cheek. luckily the rest of the class was too busy discussing their own scores to notice (except for peko for obvious reasons). when he feels his chest, his heart beating quickly, he understands.

perhaps you've become so close to him that he hadn't noticed it before. the way your laugh emits a smile from him, or how when you hold his hand for even a second, he finds himself missing the warmth not even a second after you let go. oh no... he's got it...

"what? no, don't do anything, peko, geez." he huffs out, leaning his chin in his palm. he watches the student you're with suddenly laugh at something you said, placing a hand on your shoulder as they double forward. "who is that? with y/n?"

peko raises her brows. "you are worried for them. have you grown fond of y/n?"

his cheeks say it all. blushing red and looking baffled, he glances at his bodyguard and scoffs, "no! they're... they're okay, whatever, fuck i don't know."

"was... that really necessary?" peko sighs, tilting her head. she looks back at her master with a confused expression. "i don't know if you had noticed before, but mx l/n is not a threat to you. you are allowed to enjoy their company."

"ugh... whatever..." fuyuhiko grunts, standing up straight and fixing his uniform.

"please talk to them soon, if they believe something is wrong between you two then..." peko requests, fixing her sword on her back, "perhaps they will go off to hug someone else? you should tell them how you feel."

fuyuhiko glares at her, blushing profusely. she definitely saw his reaction back in the classroom last week...

but he does as she says, understanding his protector.

"oi. c'mere for a second." fuyuhiko calls out, pointing his eyes at you. you and your friends turn around to him, making the yakuza sigh and look away, a little embarrassed.

sonia, nekomaru, akane and kazuichi immediately turn to you.

"what?" you say to them, furrowed brows.

"obviously he's talking to you!" akane says, pushing you towards him, "we'll see you tomorrow!"

you wave at them as they exit the classroom. it was time to leave, and as the classroom empties out, it is just the two of you.

"what's wrong, 'hiko?" you question, leaning against the desk in front of him. he stands up straight, fixing his collar as you tilt your head at him. "where's peko?"

he had told her to wait with the driver at the front of the school, informing his bodyguard of his plan. to confess... today. to you.

"she's left already. uh, that doesn't matter." he says, shaking his head. you stare at his face, noticing how stressed he was. what was going on with him? he clears his throat, standing up straight with his short stature. his hip knocks against his desk. "i wanted to talk to you about—"

"fuyuhiko!" you gasp, moving closer to him. he freezes up, watching as you gently push him aside to look at his desk. "ah, your essay! you spent all of lunch finishing it!"

he follows your line of vision, seeing the juicebox he was drinking now spilt over, its contents all over his finished paper.

"f—fuck!" he swears, picking up his essay and trying to shake it dry. but it's futile. "god damnit... i can't catch a fucking break..."

"ah... this isn't good." you sigh, putting the drink in the trash. you grab the tissues from the teacher's desk and begin wiping up the mess. fuyuhiko feels so guilty; he messed up his assignment and now you're cleaning it up for him. you look back at fuyuhiko, gathering the soiled tissues. "hey... i can help you type it out again. i'm pretty fast on the keyboard. as long as you have your drafts?"

you're so nice to him that it makes him feel even more guilty. he's the leader of a dangerous gang... and you're the sweetest person he's ever met. how could he ruin your life?

he feels ashamed to have ever thought you and him could work out.

"no. shit... no, it's okay..." he responds, scrunching up his wet paper and throwing it out on the way to the exit. "sorry for wasting your time."

fuyuhiko hates the two sides of the coin. he wanted to tell you, how much he likes you and how much he wants to be with you. he wants to tell you how much he admires you. but how could you ever accept his feelings, when you're an angel sent from heaven? you don't know how he feels about you, and it's like a race fuyuhiko can't stop running. he's willing to suffer, to love you without you knowing, even if it means that you will never date.

the next month is quiet for the two of you. fuyuhiko watches you from afar, admiring how you talk to the class and how you offer your help to everyone. he hates the differences between you two because you could never truly date, but... at the same time, that's why he had fallen for you. you're different from him and that makes it even better.

you notice his change in behaviour, how he takes different hallways to avoid you, and how he purposefully leaves the classroom as soon as possible just so you couldn't stop him. so when you finally corner him in the school garden, alone (you had bumped into peko who had went to the bathroom and asked her where he was), you know that this could be your only chance.

"what the hell do you want?" he asks coldly, looking down at his book. he has a leg over his knee and he leans back against the bench. he tries to hide his nerves, but his hands shake.

"what's up with you lately?" you ask, crossing your arms. you're pissed off. he glances at you quickly. "you've been avoiding me for weeks on end, no explanation? did... did i do something?"

when he stares at you, you know he's stumped. but he just turns his body away from you. "i don't fucking know, did you? leave me alone."

it's then that you've decided that you've had enough. why was he so... so annoying? with no explanation! you said that, right? you told him that? could he not tell that you were irritated with his attitude? you just couldn't understand how he could seemingly like your company one day, and then decide you're the plague the next!

in your frustration, you yank the book out of his hands and hold it up.

"the fuck? give it back, moron!" he scoffs, reaching to grab it from his position.

you hold it away from his reach, placing a hand on his shoulder and pushing him back against the bench. his back hits the wood with an 'oof' and he stares at you, burning cheeks and glowing pink. you rest your hand on the bench right behind his shoulder, now towering over him.

"h—hey!" he stammers, getting redder and redder by the second.

"look at me. what did you want to tell me that day? in the classroom?" you say, looking determined. you were sick of playing games now, you needed to force it out of him. "remember? i want to hear it now."

"tch, you're... you suddenly grew a backbone or somethin'?" he huffs out, trying to look away but he can't seem to stray from your eyes, "it doesn't fucking matter anymore, that was ages ago."

"it matters, to me. was that the reason why you suddenly became so cold to me?" you ask, tilting your head at him.

he can't tell if you truly know and you are just teasing him now, or if you were actually curious. but he feels his heart racing at this point, he doesn't know if he can keep his frustration in.

"because—!" he begins, catching himself. his voice grows rougher, but you don't falter. "i just—ugh, you don't even..."

you watch him fail to collect his thoughts, making you grow a little sympathetic. you sigh, letting go of him and placing his book back into his hands. instead of leaving, you sit down beside him, close he notes, and face him.

"you can tell me, 'hiko. i'd never judge you." you state.

he knows that, he's damn sure you'd never judge anyone, but he needs to find some confidence. taking a deep breath, he closes his book and places it to the side, finally facing you. you begin to rest your expression.

"that day... i wanted to tell you about—about how i feel about you." he says, roughly putting his words together. you raise your brows. "listen, it's not like i want you to do anything 'bout it, but i—i really... really like you..."

your lips part slightly as you listen to him. fuyuhiko grows anxious at that.

"like i said, i don't expect a fucking thing! i just wanted to tell you, alright? you don't need to say a thing!" he huffs out, waving his hands, "i, uh, i'd really appreciate it if you just didn't tell—"

"i really really like you too, 'hiko." you respond, holding his hand now. he's frozen, suddenly closing his mouth to stop his rambling. you give a small smile at his reaction. "i won't tell anyone, trust me. i... i can't believe you ignored me for something like that, fuyuhiko. how silly."

"sh—shut up..." he says, clutching your hand as your chuckle, "i didn't wanna' tell you because we're so different."

"well, i like you because you're different, fuyuhiko. you live an exciting life and you always have something to say. it's never dull with you, and i love that." you admit to him, trying to calm him down a little. he offers a smile too, a little one but it's still present. you suddenly stand up, tugging him along with you. "c'mon. i'll treat you to lunch, okay?"

he sheepishly shrugs his shoulders. "whatever... i'm sorry."

"it's okay." you say, smiling softly. he still looks upset with what he's done, so you lean towards him and press a kiss to his freckled cheek. it grows warm beneath your lips, making you grin again. when you pull away, he drags a hand to cover his face. "you're so cute."

"shut your mouth!" he scowls, marching forward and holding your hand. he trudges along, you following behind in a fit of laughter. "you're the worst!"

Fuyuhiko

Fuyuhiko had sat beside you on your bed as he traced the scars on your arm with the tip of his finger. Neither of you had spoken a word to each other. It was a comfortable silence almost as if nothing needed to be said.

You had been with Fuyuhiko for some time now and you knew he was with people particularly you especially you. Fuyuhiko cared for you above all else you mean so much to him and he wants nothing more than to see you happy and safe. So to know you were dealing with pain and this how you were dealing with it.

It saddened and hurt him but that sadness and pain was nothing compared to what you must have been going through. He wasn't the best with his words so he decided to say nothing for now. Instead, he cuddled up to let you know he was there for you.

(Look at you cuddling with one of the most feared men in Japan. What would his subordinates think if they saw him like this?) You cuddled him resting your head on his neck letting out tears you didn't know you were holding back. He soothed you wrapping his arms around you to bring you closer.

You wondered if you should say anything but you decided against it. You were just glad to have Fuyuhiko here with you glad that someone finally knew. You just stayed in his arms as you continued to cry knowing that with him you would be safe.

Nagito

From his appearance, people might see Nagito as very aloof. However, that couldn't be further from the truth as he was a very observant person. For example his S/O there are things he would pick up on about you that others wouldn't.

So even if you were lying to him he wouldn't push it and would wait until you were comfortable to talk with him. Nagito cares about you and is very considerate of your feelings. He would know what and what not to do and you would let him if he overstepped any boundaries.

One of your favorite things is simply being with Nagito knowing that he's right there with you. Whether that be in the comfort of your own home or at the park with him. You always enjoyed going to the park with him having a picnic together or watching the clouds.

Being with you feel at ease and that you can forget the troubles of everyday life. If Nagito is good at topics for conversation but if you didn't pursue them he wouldn't bring them up again after all he isn't a person who pries. Nagito loves hearing your voice even if you're rambling he doesn't care he just loves to hear the sound of your voice.

Hopes and dreams Nagito has heard it all from you and he's happy that you've shared them with him. But as for now, you were lying on the grass looking at the clouds as you spoke to Nagito. Your smile he loved was something so precious to him and he'd do whatever he could to protect you and your smile.

Kazuichi

Kazuichi felt as if something had been different about you as of late. It was summer and you had been wearing bagger clothing for such warm weather. Of course, Kazuichi had known you for a while after all you were his S/O so he knew how you liked to dress yourself.

It's not only your clothing that has changed but your behavior around him and other people. You had become more closed off and quiet. Kazuichi was worried about you and he had asked you if everything was okay but you brushed him off.

He could only watch as you changed and not for the better. Kazuichi just knew something was wrong and that you were in pain. It was hurting him to see you suddenly change like this and not knowing the reason why.

That was until one day Kazuichi walked into your room without knocking and caught you self-harming. For a moment none of you spoke a word to each other as you just stared. "Y-Y/N" Kazuichi spoke in pure shock as if he couldn't believe what he was saying.

The look in his it's something you wished to have never seen from him. After a while, he approached you on the bed hugging you. "Don't worry I'm here for you my princess/prince."

Leon

Leon was worried about you he noticed a change in your behavior as of late. You had become more closed off recently and stopped showing up to classes. He had noticed that your clothing had also changed with you wearing longer shirt sleeves.

He was worried and he wasn't sure what to do or how to approach you about his concerns. So Leon decided to ask some of your friends about you and how you have been recently. He had asked them for help as he and your friends were all very worried.

So for the next while, both Leon and your friends had begun to pay closer attention to you. While not asking what was bothering you directly. You were now in your bedroom and you were sure you were alone now to start doing that again.

However, before you, Leon grabbed the knife out of your hand. "Y/N what are you doing?" Leon asked you in shock as if he couldn't believe what he was seeing. "Why would you do that Y/N?"

Leon put the knife aside and sat on the bed next to you. "B-because I..." You could barely get the words out as tears fell from your eyes. Leon pulled you into a tight hug as you rested your head on his neck.

"I love you Y/N please whatever is bothering talk to me. I love you and I'd never judge you. You shouldn't have to resort to this I'm here for you okay? Please remember that forever and always."

Liar disease

He was so annoyed, because out of all the people why did it have to be you? And it’s the fact that you can’t even say the truth and constantly lie even to his face pissed him

Stays with you at all times Kind of he wants to stay with you and keep you and your health in check but at the same time he doesn’t want to catch the disease and just cause more trouble so basically he checks on you at least every once in two hours

Really wants to stay by your side, but your unnecessary lies just keeps annoying him and make him even more worried since you way the opposite of what you mean, one time you told him “I hate you, I don’t ever want to see you or your stupid ass face again” bro was literally taken aback and was about to ask you if he did something wrong but then remember it was the disease not actually you There were still times when he believed your words and Mikan or Fuyuhiko had to remind him that’s it’s the disease talking not you

But if you’re health gets really bad, he’ll try to be with you most of the day without catching the disease. Will constantly ask Mikan if you’re getting better or worse, he obviously hopes for the best and tries to help you even if he might be getting in the way at least he’s trying his best to be helpful and assist you

Doesn’t even want to think about you dying. He doesn’t believe it, he doesn’t want to believe it. He’s trying everything he can to be helpful and make sure you’re getting better but when Mikan tells him you’re pulse is getting weaker. he doesn’t want to believe but when Monokuma says the disease is deadly…..Why did it have to be you?

Now he can’t leave your side even if Mikan or Fuyuhiko tries to tell he’s risking himself to the disease, he can’t leave you alone when you’re about to face death

Seems like his prayers have been answered because when Mikan tells him that you’re doing better, he went inside your hospital room and saw you were able to stand and speak better he wanted to hug you but he knew better since you were just doing better but still have the despair disease

Was going to ask you if you were genuinely doing better both mentally and physically but you just responded calling him ugly and told him to get his stupid self out of your room bro was speechless but then remember it was just disease talking. He just can’t wait til this damn motive is over man

- Fuyuhiko

Gullible disease

If violence against Monokuma wasn’t a rule, he already would have kicked Monokuma across the island, he already lost Peko not so long ago but for you to now be used for a motive is the last thing he needs

Hates how you’re so different from your original personality and that you’ll do anything anyone tells to do without hesitation, he literally sticks by you the entire time even if it’s contagious he rather not like you be alone in the state you are in. He’s worried someone might take advantage of your gullibility

There’s time when he does something reckless and you usually scold him for it but right now all you did was not even comment on it and just wait for him to tell you to do something. He hated how you aren’t your regular self anymore even if you’re scolding could be annoying at least you weren’t gullible and polite all the damn time

Even though he knows it won’t work there was this one time he tried to tell you to stop listening to others and just stay in bed and not do everything you’re told, to see if it would work obviously it didn’t because Hajime came in and told you to lay in bed and you did it right away with no questions asked

He won’t will constantly as Mikan if you’re doing alright and if you’re getting worse of course he’ll worry about it but try to keep a cool head and will do everything he can to help you or assist Mikan with you.

He’s worried that you might die if you’re condition keeps getting worse and the fact that Monokuma said the disease was deadly wasn’t helping even more. He already lost Peko and if you’re gone too he doesn’t know what he’ll do with himself

Once Mikan tells him and Hajime that you’re doing better, despite his own wounds he never ran so fast to go check on someone. Despite you having the disease still at least you were not on the verge of death and is able to stand and speak better.

He can’t fucking wait for the despair disease motive to be over so he can’t get his original lover back

- Nagito

Coward disease

When he walked into the dining hall and saw how you were bailing your eyes out he was so confused and concerned but once Monokuma explained the entire despair disease thing he just got even more worried and slightly annoyed

He really wants to stay by your side in the hospital but the others made him stay in the motel, of course he finds his way leaving his motel room and going to the hospital to check on you. Mikan is worried that he might end up catching the disease but he just brushes her off and says it’s better off that you’re okay even if he’s not

The others noticed him going back and forth to the hospital and the motel and they scolded him since he can cause the disease to spread more and now some of them are keeping their eyes on him. Now that he’s unable to see or visit you, he’ll always ask Mikan or Hajime or Fuyuhiko whoever is on the dial about how you’re doing and tell them to make sure you don’t cry so much despite it can be helped

He feels so bad that he can’t help you in your case, he really wants to be by your side and keep your health in check but he doesn’t want to cause anymore problems for anyone else. Constantly says that it should have been him with the disease instead of you

If he finds out you’re getting worse, regardless of what the others say he’ll find a way to get to the hospital and see you and came to the hospital early in the morning when no one should be there. He tried that and then unfortunately for him, Fuyuhiko was in the hospital lobby then sent him back to motel

He’s worried for you, but he can’t do anything to help you so all he can do is wait and hope for the best, he thinks it’s his luck’s fault that you got that despair disease and he actually think you might actually die. He really upset about it if it happens and just keeps clinging onto the hope[Hope in general] that’s you’ll make through it and get better

Seems like the hope he been always hoping for came in and now Mikan told him over the dial that you were doing better and that you can stand and walk around in your hospital room ofc and that you can talk better but you were still crying and what not. He was really glad and wanted to see you but he didn’t want to just be a burden and cause more issues so he just told Hajime and Fuyuhiko and Mikan to keep you safe and keep your health in check

He is really glad that you’re doing better but he’s not satisfied, he wants you to be fully better. He wants you back in your original state and mind without the despair disease. All he can do is hope always hope that this motive will become boring to Monokuma and he’ll take it off and give the cure or just wait for someone to finally do the unforgivable. He doesn’t want it to happen of course but he is desperate to go back to you again and see that you’re okay.

Despite the initial shyness and confusion once Gundham start a relasionship he does know that he loves and holds close to his heart that person (not everyone can get close to the forbidden one after all), it will take him a while to ge used to be in a relationship but even if is a slow process you can see that he actually actively seaks your company and is always happy to be with you (he doesn't even have shame to express it, but he does it in his own way)

Is just normal to care about someone is important for you, and he won't really be an exception nor even try to hide the fact that he cares about you (although, he normally just insist that he has to protect his beloved from the unworthy mortals or even from his cursed powers, even when you seem to be immune to them)

Even when he can be dramatic and eccentric he genuinely cares about you, he tent to pay close attention to you either for worry or simply apreciation, he finds some difficulties to express himself and interact with others but since he have always being taking care of diferent animals he is more more used to pay attention to the reactions, he honestly doesn't care much about others reactions and just be himself, but he cares about yours so he is contantly paying close attention to you

There is a high chance that Gundham reach the conclusion of you not being exactly emotionally alright, even if you say that you are fine he can see the sadness on you, he isn't exactly strange of such feelings but he doesn't want to be pushy or assume the worst from the start, so is more likely that he tries to remember you that you have him here for you if you ever need help and even encorage you to speak to him if there is something bothering your mind, he will use his powers to help you delete the burden without a doubt

It doesn't matter if he found you when you were already in this state or if you broke down at his side, Gundham will imediatly try to help you out, and he is actually surprisingly good at helping you calm down by trying to create a comfortable enviroment and taking your mind out of whatever was bothering, still he won't stop you from venting all you need

Honestly, seeing you like this make him feel anxious and in distress, but he push aside his own worriy to fully focus on helping you calm down, because when you finally calm down then he calms down too

Fuyuhiko is having a hard time to adjust to be in a relationship, even when he won't be in one if he isn't 100% that he loves you and this is what he wants he is just feel troubled because he doesn't want anything bad happening to you because of him, so he mainly show his affection and love by indirect ways

For being the powerful yakuza he is Fuyuhiko has learn to read the body language of the people and to always pay attention to his surroundings, so even when he feels bad for watching your every move so intensely he just can't help but do it from time to time, specially when he suspect that something is off with you. It actually be a little difficult to hide your depression from him for how much attention he puts on you, however there is a high chance that he doesn't think that is for depression but for feeling uncomfortable or even treaten by your surroundings (is more likely that Peko is the one who think on the posibility of being something more emotional)

Fuyuhiko fears that something could happen to you so he tries to asure your safety as much as he can, directly or indirectly, he does even try to bring you the feeling of safety and security when he is around, that could lead you to feel comfortable enough to just let all those emotions you have being bottle up explode

Seeing you having a mental breakdown will be totally shocking for Fuyuhiko, he really wants to ensure your safety so watching you explore like that it just trigger him too much, he probably will just assumed from the start that you have been attacked or someone or something have threaten you, but when you start saying all those things that your mind tells you that come from the depression Fuyuhiko will be shocked again, he will even stop and just stare at you while the frustration and anger build inside if him; he is not mad at you, in the slighest, he is mad at himself for not noticing this sooner, he is mad at himself for underestimating your condition and letting himself being blinded for all those times you said you were fine, he may don't know what is like to be depressed, but he can see how much distress this causes you and he knows how bad this kind of pressure can affect a person

Fuyuhiko wants to help you but he himself is feeling in so much distress by just seeing you in this state that he doesn't really is able to think on something that can help you right now, so he just decide to try to bring you the feeling of comfort and safety again, holding you close (if you let him) and just let you vent all you need, he probably will end up showing some vulnerability too by showing you how worried he is for you

Ayer this episode Fuyuhiko will remind himself that you aren't alright quite a lot, if he wants to protect you he has to do it from that voice on your head that tells you all that horrible things too, even if he doesn't know how he is determinated to help, and the first step is to search for profesional help (he will kinda force you to seak the profesional help but he insist that is for your own good and that he will be there with you in every step of the way)

After that day Fuyuhiko will be constantly asking you how you feel and will pay even more attention to you, however he will be a little awkward and nervous about approaching the topic, so he is kinda trying to motivate you to talk about it (and seaking Peko's help too because he just feel a little incopetent in this topic)

For Kokichi starting a relationship means a big step because is letting someone to be close enough to have the opportunity to see him in vulnerable moments, and even if he doesn't express it much he will want for you to feel comfortable enough to do the same (he actually expect it, as if he was trying to confirm that is alright to do it by your example)

Kokichi really wants to make you happy and be a good boyfriend, he cares for you enough to let you be close to him, so he doesn't really want anything bad happen to you and that lead him to pay a lot of attention to you (also because he wants to see your reaction to diferent situations, specially his jokes and pranks)

But more than offended Kokichi is worried, he isn't stupid nor insensitive, he knows how much damage can do to a person things like anxiety and depression and it hurts his heart knowing that you aren't just suffering from this but also you are trying to handle it alone

Kokichi is already incredibly worried about the posibility of something serious happening to you due the depression, so when you have a mental breakdown because of it is like if the world were falling apart, is just that Kokichi feels like he already knew this would happen but didn't did anything about it and now you are in this state!

Despite feeling frustrated and even slighly guilt because of it Kokichi will try to keep his composture and imediatly help you, and he is actually good at it but what he does depend on how bad is your actual stage is, going from trying to distract you, taking your mind off of whatever your mind is telling you and making you focus completely on him or to actually trying to help you catch your breath just enough to don't drown or something and let you vent

However, if the case is that he had found you when you were already having a mental breakdown it will be more difficult for him to stay composed because it hit him harder, still he will try to help you calm down at the same time as he tries to calm down himself

After this experience there is no way Kokichi will let you keep hiden and bottle up your emotions like that, even if he has to be pushy he will be constantly asking what and how you feel because he doesn't want you to push yourself to the edge like that ever again

Kokichi will indirectly suggest for you to seak help, the ideal is to seak profesional help but if you don't feel ready for that then at least let him and your other friends help you. As well, Kokichi will try to have more affectionate features with you, direct and indirect displays of the inmense affection he has for you because he doesn't want you to never forget that there is someone on the world that loves you and want you to be alright (specially when he knows you are feeling specially down)

You really are the cutest and weakest yakuza in the world, it makes you wonder how you manage to live among all these yakuza. Your father is tired of you acting like that and jumped at the chance to toughen you up and that's how you ended up on a mission with the tsundere heir of the clan. The same guy who looks like a chihuahua when he bellows like a skunk when you tell him he has a baby face and who ends up resorting to violence.

You always stay silent during the mission, carrying your dagger to the point that it completely annoys your partner. "So you're giving birth, yes?!" he said, really annoyed. "Who gave me such a hard time?!" you apologize like Mikan: "Ahhhhhhhhhh sorryy … » totally panicked: "It's just that dad wanted me to go on missions with youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuus!" he sighs for a long time: "Come on shut up! After that day, Fuyuhiko saw fit to marry you which no one understood the reason for this decision, Natsumi decided to annoy him, not understanding why he chose you, he answered her that often wolves disguise themselves as lambs.

She didn't understand anything he said except the other mission where the beast killed a lot of enemy yakuzas traumatizing at the same time the proud Natsumi.

Now, she avoids giving you alcohol or pushing you to the limit and was killed by Sato in the academy of hope while trying to assassinate Mahiru to have a place in his brother's class. Surprisingly Sato was killed afterwards and never found. The only thing that was found was her half-eaten heart before Japan fell into the pure and deep despair launched by Junko Enoshima and her remnants of despair.
