He conduct classes first for just 99rs and promise you to give microsoft Certification. But you will be fooled by them. Instead of teaching more in his three hour classes. He brain wash half of its class time about further courses and promise you about free stuff , resource and good job. Course or any certification means to learn only not to listen for further courses instead of learning. He does not have open forum, any valid email , any valid contact number. Always his number is switched off. they don't respond on whatsapp as well. He has different website which are not secure as well. He hides all chat in meeting for others during their fake classes. Only those comments are visible for some time which is only in favour of him. Pease #beware of this type of #scammers. He will convinced in his class to buy course which cost 1.5 lacs in just 14000Rs with tax. He will say its refundable if you dont like it. He promise you to get job for you but guys he is a big fraud. He wont refund any amount. we have done the payment of rs7198 as one installment for a master course. then we got to know about this scam. we asked for refund on same day but they are not responding till now. Guys you wont get any confirmation about anything. And his team don't respond after taking money. He will give you basic courses. which you can opt from any platform like udemy in just 499rs. Go for valid platforms only. Dont get involve in this. Please Spread This. So that No one become victim of him.

ED conducts searches in 16 locations across 3 metros on money laundering charges

The agency has initiated a money laundering investigation on the basis of an FIR filed on February 02, 2019, which was filed by Suresh Venkatachari.

The Directorate of Enforcement (ED) has searched 16 premises across Chennai, Mumbai and Delhi covering office and residential premises of a few firms and their promoters under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002.

They are Securekloud Technologies Limited, Pro Fin Capital Services Limited, Quantum Global Securities Limited (QGSL), Unity Global Financial Services Pvt Limited, and Desert River Capital Pvt Ltd. In this matter, the searches conducted led to the seizure of Rs 1. 04 crore in cash, gold and diamond jewellery, the identification of immovable properties of more than Rs 30 crore and other movable assets in various DEMAT accounts as well as the seizure of incriminating documents and digital evidence.

The agency has initiated a money laundering investigation on the basis of an FIR filed on February 02, 2019, which was filed by Suresh Venkatachari, the promoter and CEO of Securekloud Technologies Limited.

PMLA investigation revealed that the directors and beneficial owners of these share brokerage and financial services companies have transferred the shares worth Rs.160 crore off-market and subsequently sold the same to generate huge proceeds of crime, the agency said in a statement on Friday.

“The investigation also revealed that the complaint lodged by the Promoter of STL was misleading as he and his CFO are involved in the larger conspiracy of the cheating public by way of inflating the books of the company, diverting funds of the company to the unrelated business activities of the companies having stakes of CFO and CEO of STL (Securekloud),” it added. Further investigation is under progress, the agency said.

TCS jobs scam: 6 employees fired, bans many staffing firms

Tata Sons Chairman N Chandrasekaran said on June 29 that the IT and consulting company, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has sacked six employees after finding them guilty of accepting favours from certain staffing firms in the appointment of contractual workers.

“We have sacked six employees and also banned six staffing companies,” he said in response to questions from shareholders.

He said, “The company received two separate whistleblower complaints — one pertaining to appointment of business associates or contractual workers in the US, and one in India, in late February and March, after which it investigated the allegations.”

“The company will look at the whole BA (Business Associate) supplier management process and see what the weaknesses are and will completely tighten the process to ensure that we do not have such incidents,” he said.

Recently, a veteran of 30 years, Sivakumar Viswanathan has been appointed as new head of the Resource Management Group (RMG). After a whistleblower blew the lid on unethical practices at the hiring of contract workers the former global head of the recruitment arm E.S. Chakravarthy has been sent on leave.

Resource Management Group oversees the hiring of contract workers and internally deploys people to projects. The company has sacked 15 people from the RMG divisions in the US, Canada, and India’s Bengaluru and Hyderabad.

“TCS has started auditing all contract staffing vendors working with the company,” said an industry executive aware of the development.

“All their procurement and RMG teams across geographies have been asked to file reports of every hire over the last 2-3 years and mention which division and vendor have sourced them and at what price.”

RMG at TCS plays a vital role as the division deploys 1,400 engineers to a project every day, averaging a placement a minute.

The company’s headcount as of March 31, 2023, stood at 6,14,795. In the previous quarter, TCS in Q3FY23 posted a decline of 2,197 people in its employee base, and TCS headcount stood at 613,974 as on December 31, 2022.
