*slides in* Wheeee! It’s still Day 7 over here in PST and our final prompts(from the poll) were A Wedding and A Carnival. So @nomadsky decided to mix it up and do a wedding at a carnival! Our boys get hitched at the Choco Mog Festival, but just like ten years before, the road to Altissia not an easy one. Go check it out!

And with that, our Gladnis week collab is finished! I had a blast and can’t wait to create more with @nomadsky and @billionhighways, I adore you guys! Now…back to our regularly scheduled Gladnis 😜😜

…the voice is sadder than he’s ever heard it, sad enough he almost makes the effort to respond when arms go around his back, stroke his hair, when that face he loves rests against the fabric that separates their eyes.

This is it. This is the truth they have to face.

Day 6 – Tears and weeping

Welp, I hurt my feelings pretty bad drawing this, and I hurt @nomadsky and @billionhighways too when they had to write something based on it. We’ve got two beautifully heartbreaking stories today that touch on Iggy’s recovery during those three weeks after the events in Altissia. The first story from @nomadsky tells of the moment Ignis first wakes up. A different take from @billionhighways details one of the hazy moments in between. Definite angst-warning for the tenderhearted, but know that Gladio is there to comfort Ignis after his sacrifice – even if they all could use hugs during/after those trials. 😭😭

Also, the muses have aligned and this totally fits the Day 6: Battle Wounds prompt for @gladnisweek!

Day 5 - Night Terror.

This pic was inspired by @nomadsky‘s epic story about a rumored “night terror” that’s been eluding the hunters. What do the boys discover when they go to track it down themselves? (Seriously, this is such an awesome story! There’s action, romance, and Gladnis teamwork that shows the boys already being quite the Power Couple way before they even leave Insomnia ;)

Also, don’t forget to check out @billionhighways‘s sweet fic where Gladio persuades Iggy into seeing the monster flick “Night Terror” – though by the end, I’m not sure who regrets it more! XD I loooooooooved this, it put a big ol grin on my face and I might still totally draw a certain scene for it later <3 <3
