got my period for the first time in a year.... schedules filling up quick, im getting short tempered with the people i love, the corners of my mouth feel heavy and my throat is full and i am so so very tired

but this will pass because it's just hormonal messes and i am okay and i will be okay

i have had tikka masala for everymeal today: with soft boiled eggs like luz taught me for breakfast, with pita chips and greek yogurt and honey carrots for lunch, with rice and honey carrots and grapes for dinner

and it made me happy <3

its always scary to me how you can just do anything like i could spend the last of my money right now to ride a train for 3 hours and then just be stuck out there and walk around until i die of exhaustion
