Life update

So I’ve been very inactive (again) BUT here’s a little life update for anyone who’s interested ~

I turned 20 on the 18th - so weird, I feel 14 not 20 lol

I finished uni for the semester!

I got accepted yesterday to study in the UK for September semester of this year!!!!!!!!!

^ Along with that I also bought flights to visit my cousin in NYC as well as flights to Scandinavia to travel for a bit before going to the UK! - I’ve been saving up for soooooo long and the time is finally coming ahhh

My sims gameplay will be back soon! I haven’t played in ages but Island Living and a modders Witches and Warlocks pack is inspiring me to play again :)) - for any new followers the beginning of my gameplay is here.

SIMS 4: Simlish Film Posters 

Awhile back I had the idea to try and see If I could recreate some famous films’ posters with sims 4 and I ended up making 13 of them. And since these kinds of simlish posters have been made for the sims games before by both EA and players, I decided to convert mine for the sims to have in the game as paintings as well.

I want to thank @femmeonamission whose “Great art Series” worked as inspiration for me to do these in the first place. Also thank you to everyone who commented and gave me encouragement while I shared the pictures of the posters in my earlier posts.

@aroundthesims​ kindly offered to make these as posters for Sims 3 and will be sharing them on her site. Also I’m converting these to Sims 2 this weekend.

Includes:

2 Versions (Framed & unframed)

the frames have 3 color options: Black, Gold & Silver (and each will appear as its different object)

3 Sizes for both versions: Small, Medium, Large

13 Canvases (film posters) for every style and size painting in the set

So in total this will add 12 files / objects into your game

I’ve tested it in my game and it seemed fine, but it’s also the first time ever that I try to make something for my game, so I could have messed up really badly. Earlier I was thinking that my game was really lacking in the painting department, so I decided I’ll start make my own. Expect to see more in the future, I guess ;

I’m in bed sick with a virus of some sort and I’ve been playing the Sims Medieval. You’d think I’d use this time I’ve taken off of work and uni to build up my queue again but no. Although I have just completed 2 huge essays so go me haha. 

The Sims Medieval was just as much part of my childhood as Sims 3 was, I LOVED it! I finally got it again and I’m having a blast with it. This game has so much depth wow
