I find it quite revealing that in most cases of conversion of political ideology it seems to be those on the left who convert to conservatism or libertarianism rather than the reverse.  For example, I don’t believe I’ve ever met a Marxist who claimed they used to be a die-hard libertarian and every leftist-turned-libertarian I know never has slipped back to being a leftist.  I believe liberty is just that captivating.

Hey what do you think about Trumps recent statements on Muslim immigration (no more muslims allowed to immigrate to America)? Wont that just create a false sense of security, since terrorist can act like they are jews or christians or whatever and immigrate to the US and commit act of terror anyways? So would his plan even actually stop terrorism?

Yes, Trump has made his bed and now he has to sleep in it.  We’ll see if he tries to walk back his comments though.  Up to this point he seems be using outrageously populist rhetoric to boost himself when he’s dropping in the polls.  I don’t know if that will still work for him here or not though.

Look, I’m against bringing Syrian refugees into this country for a myriad of reasons, but to claim that all Muslims should not be allowed to legally emigrate here is too much, completely unnecessary, and is in bad taste.  You are correct though.  Banning new Muslims is about as asinine as banning all new guns.  It doesn’t really solve the problem and offers a false sense of security to the country.  It doesn’t address the homegrown terrorism concerns for sure and Trump’s (and Hillary by the way) proposal to put surveillance in “certain” mosques is completely unethical and a violation of privacy without any probable cause.  

As I’ve been saying from the beginning, let Trump ruin himself.  He’s a one-man wrecking crew on his own campaign and if the media would stop sensationalizing him all the damn time, he would have dropped out of this race a long time ago.  Let’s stop paying attention to him and maybe he’ll go back to his tower so we can start talking real conservatism before this primary is over.

Regarding any crime, male-to-females had a significantly increased risk for crime compared to female controls (aHR 6.6; 95% CI 4.1–10.8) but not compared to males (aHR 0.8; 95% CI 0.5–1.2). This indicates that they retained a male pattern regarding criminality. The same was true regarding violent crime.

In other words, MtF’s were seven times more likely to be convicted of violent crimes than women, and just as likely as “cis” males to be convicted of a violent crime.
