The BDS movement has added Microsoft as a whole to their priority boycott target list. This is because of their direct involvement with the occupation’s oppression and genocide of Palestinians.

Don’t get rid of any Microsoft products you already own, just cancel any subscriptions to them that you have and don’t buy any products from them (unless it is secondhand of course, in which you don’t give any money to them).

Yes, this includes popular franchises such as Minecraft, Halo, and so on.

If you need a brand new computer, get an operating system that isn’t Windows. If you don’t like Mac, it’s about time to start listening to those Linux nerds you rolled your eyes at.

Boycotting is one of the most effective things you as an individual can do. BDS works, this has been proven time and time again.

Last night was terrifying beyond words.

The explosions were so loud, it felt like our ears would burst.

The ground shook violently.

Our hearts were pounding like they would explode from our chests.

They bombed a UN-run health clinic right next to us.

There were displaced families inside, and dozens of tents around it.

People were given just 20 minutes to evacuate and run for their lives.

It was a nightmare. Most left behind the few belongings they had and fled in panic.

Death was breathing just steps away.

Even places that are supposed to be safe are being destroyed.

The war is intensifying, and so is the hunger.

We’re not just hungry, we’re starving.

What you hear in the media about aid reaching Gaza is a cruel illusion.

Trying to reach even a loaf of bread can cost your life.

Prices are beyond reason, and there’s barely anything left to buy.

Gaza is being slowly strangled.

two million people starving to death because it's geopolitically convenient and we're all expected to go about our day normally like the casual cruelty on display for the past two years has been so insane to me like i'm not even trying to make a point it's just truly something i can't wrap my mind around

I am now on my fifth day without food… surviving only on water Not because I’m fasting by choice . I do this to save whatever little food I can for my family.

I am a young man from Gaza, 23 years old. I lost my older brother, who was the breadwinner for my family, in this genocide. Our house is still destroyed and we live in a rented house that could collapse at any moment. This is the house

We have 5 children, my sisters, and we are now living through a famine that history has never witnessed.

These are my little sisters who cry every day, needing bread, and I swear to you from my heart that we do not have flour, and the price of a kilo alone is around 75 euros.

As you all know I'm a good friend of Mohammad Ayesh ( @moayeshblog ) and I've seen him work tireless to help others at the expense of helping himself and his own interests. From his work with @gaza-evacuation-funds and @ihyaafoundation. And I'd like to advocate for his own fundraiser right now.

The living situation in Gaza is catastrophic and he is no exception. He is still a very young man but he's shouldering the huge responsibility of his family, by going out every single day to find what little food is even available in Gaza to provide for his family. Only 1 kilo of flour is 30 dollars. That's just enough to make around 12 small loaves of bread. And this needs to feed 8 people for a whole day. And that's just a small glimpse of the daily life that Mohammad is living with his whole family.

Mohammad posts regular updates on his blog @moayeshblog so please follow him there where he is posting updates. And most importantly, please check out his fundraiser. He is relying on donations to provide for his whole family and those donations are very very slow at the moment.

My friend from Gaza sent me a message saying, "Do you know, my friend, that my neighbor, the rich old man who used to distribute sweets to children in the old neighborhood, died of hunger today?" I paused for a few seconds, then asked her, "How?" She said, "He went out this morning looking for something to feed his little granddaughter. He found nothing but some flour scattered on the sand. He sat down to pick up the flour from the ground. After he finished and walked only fifty steps to the beginning of the street, he fell to his feet, without complaining or speaking. He suddenly fell." My friend said, "When people approached to see what had happened to this man, they noticed him muttering a few words, saying, 'She's been fasting for three days. Don't let her die of hunger like me.' Then he died." At the end of the message, she wrote, "Can you write about him?" Because he didn't die alone. In Gaza, people are killed as if they were nobody. Tell the world that this man was one of many and tell them that I have started collapsing in the street for no reason like this old man even though I am in my twenties and that I need donations to help my young children because these days we have never seen anything like this before. My stomach is empty for more than 50 hours. Donate here.

The famine in Gaza has reached catastrophic proportions. People collapse on the street out of hunger. They resort to going to literal killing fields for maybe a bag of flour for their family.

i don't know how to phrase this but it feels so horrible seeing palestinians having to request strangers here for donations. they are having to put photos of their kids in hopes that it tugs the heartstrings of someone who sees it and then donates to them.

we've seen nearly 20 months of genocide and we've lost so many thousand people from gaza. i genuinely do not understand anyone who doesn't feel genuine heartache and grief for palestine.

gaza was so full of life and light. it physically hurts to see the aftermath of the destruction led by the occupation. homes and schools and hospitals and parks are all rubble now.

despite all this death and destruction, palestinians are trying to survive and maintain hope for the future.

i request you to donate to alaa amsse, a mother of two young children. she is fundraising to feed her family and take care of basic necessities. there is a famine and she needs firewood to keep her family warm. her fundraiser has been verified.
