Red Mouth
2914 Christian Ave. Portland, OR 1997. Witnesses describe a pale humanoid form with a red mouth exhibiting rapid, unnatural movement within the mirrors of the house.  Feelings of extreme dread and unease are usually exhibited before seeing the entity (along with a potent smell that is described as ‘lake water’).

Children of the Belfar Tunnel
The abandoned Belfar Tunnel is renowned for its peculiar phenomenon of child-like specters that fade in and out of physical existence. Cases of these tunnel sightings date as far back as 1936, when the tunnel was constructed as an air-raid shelter.
The children are devoid of any facial features, except for a toothless mouth that extends to exaggerated proportions. They emit a low growling sound and can induce dizziness and paranoia.

The Atticus Institute (2015)
This is a found-footage type film about a 1970s psychology lab in Pennsylvania where a case of demonic possession took place. The institute was created to find people with supernatural abilities and it focuses on a woman who has powers that the military wants to utilize. The found footage/documentary genre is one of my favorites so, if like me, you enjoy it too, check this out. It’s not on netflix but it is on hulu.

for the horror ask! -how about short(er)-form internet horror like scp stuff or like message board horror being passed off as real, and the junji ito story about the human-shaped holes -the trope of people slowly turning into horrifying creatures -uhh hm like 6-10. want be Spooked -and uhh warnings for just like nudity n stuff. if you're turning into a horrifying monster, at least cover up-
If you haven’t heard me tell you to watch Local 58 enough, good lord please watch Local 58. Some of the best, spookiest internet horror I’ve ever seen.
Clearly you’re already aware of the SCP Foundation but since there are over 4,000 entries I’m guessing you haven’t read them all, here’s a list of some of my favorites.
Finally if you like the Enigma of the Amigara Fault, I’d recommend more of Junji Ito’s short comics. His long form comic, Uzumaki, is also basically nothing but people slowly turning into horrifying creatures.
EDIT: OH! WAIT! I forgot to mention that some of Junji Ito’s work contains nudity. Going to check a couple things so I can tell you which ones.
Junji Ito work with no nudity at all:
Voices In The Dark (My favorites: Glyceride, The Dark Drinks Blood and The Earthbound)
Some recommendations from this horror collection that I read a long while ago, can’t remember every story in there: Hanging Balloons,Gravetown, A Deserter in the House, The Window Next Door, The Long Dream.
Junji Ito work with a small amount of nudity, or collections where some stories have nudity and others don’t:
Uzumaki (One panel shows a non-sexualized image of a curled up guy whose butt is visible, one panel shows a non-sexualized, scary naked woman whose breasts are visible but whose lower area is covered.)
Layers of Fear (You have to look for it, but there’s some discarded skin in one panel that has visible boobs.)
Fragments of Horror (Dissection Chan and Haunted Wood Mansion both have nudity. In one panel in “Nanakuse Kyokumi” (which is the worst story anyway) you see someone’s butt. The other stories contain no nudity) (My favorites: The Blanket, Lingering Farewell, Dissection Chan, Black Bird, Whispering Woman.)
Voices In The Dark 2 (One panel in Anything But A Ghost shows breastfeeding, all other stories have no nudity)
