EVERYONE LISTEN UP BECAUSE THIS IS THE TRUTH

Here's my theory on Hylia, Demise, and the three golden goddesses. I see that a lot of people paint Hylia as a villain, and while that's a fun idea, it's just... wrong. Some people argue that she just sits around and watches the cycle continue without really helping. But they completely forget that she shed her divinity. She isn't a goddess, only the ghost of one. She became a mortal and died a mortal death. So she doesn't have very much power, and in botw, she has a bit of a role in helping. She gives Link heart containers, and I sort of headcannon that she puts them everywhere in the other games for Link to find. Just like she did in sksw.

In reality, the real villains were the golden three. Not really villains. They're just at fault here. It's said that Demise came from a time before Hyrule was created. Monsters roamed freely in the void, being chaotic and such, until the three golden goddesses appeared and created Hyrule over them and the triforce. Along with the triforce, they created Hylia to watch over and protect their creations. Hylia was simply just doing what she was asked, what she was created for. Demise was angry that him and the other monsters were forced to live in order, but he also wished to take the power of the triforce for himself. Neither are really at fault... sorta. Demise reacted violently, and Hylia only did what she was asked and protected her people best she could. Yes, she used Link, but it's literally shown in the game that she had no knowledge of this as Zelda, and she felt guilty as well for something she didn't really do. She isn't perfect, but she's not evil. STOP THE HYLIA BASHING YALL. 😡😡

so what if. Sky was a half-blood. Or more specifically his mother was some kind of incarnation of Farore of smth? like

Farore seems to be associated with lightning in some way and in the final fight with demise Sky can call upon lighting and not get killed by it?? you get what i mean?? maybe its his connection to Farore that gives him lightning immunity👀

Today's rant:

I. Absolutely hate how most of the LU fandom has characterized Sky. I'll find something that says "sky's just a perfect little sweet angel who's slow and wouldn't hurt a fly and never gets angry"- blah blah blah.

HAVE YOU PLAYED SKYWARD SWORD??

or at least seen a few things from the game??? He killed a god. (plus there's a theory that he's the spirit of the fierce deity mask that i adore) like. people treat him like he doesn't know what a hard adventure like the others have had is like. He very much DID have a hard adventure. The silent realms? Ghirahim? Losing Zelda again and again? PLUS the emotional torture he must be going through during his LU time when he realizes he has been traveling with pretty much the outcome of Demise's curse. He must be going through so much self-blame and guilt every time he looks at one of the other chain members. plus if a member starts talking about their adventures i can imagine that he feels like it was all his fault. (even tho its no ofc).

and yes he absolutely can get very mad. i mean look at him.

he's enraged at the harming of a loved one. oh and people are like

"oh he's so soft and sensitive-"

pls dont. he was pretty much bullied during childhood as well by groose (i think) and Impa was so mean to him😭 he knows how to handle mean words and actions.

AND there's that whole part about how Sky misses Zelda a lot and while everyone including Time thinks its just "young love", no, its actually trauma. I bet after his whole adventure in skyward sword he would probably be a bit over-protective of Zelda.

so no hate to LU artists and fanfic writers and stuff but please. educate yourself on a character before writing about them.
