True DID culture is having to block 90% of system blogs you find, including ones you used to follow, because the blatant misinformation, encouragement of malingering and active promotion of delusional thinking makes you want to shove your head through a fucking wall and you lose all sense of tolerance and benefit of the doubt

it is kinda fascinating how DID/OSDD is the biggest mental illness with people actively wanting to have it/ actively trying to demedicalize a mental disability...like. I would rather deal with someone who thinks DID doesn't exist than an endo system try to explain to me how trauma doesn't apply to systems...Endos who are actively attacking and trying to manipulate the medical definitions/data and care for systems are a bigger threat to systems than any fake claimers.

DID is more than just having parts. Its also,
• amnesia
• confusion
• headaches
• nausea
• repeated childhood trauma
• anxiety
• spikes in fear. Anger. Or shame
• mood swings from parts
• body dysphoria
• depersonalization
• derealization
• self puzzlement
• loss of control
• flashbacks
• dizziness
And more.
DID is not "friends in your head" its traumatic, scary and uncomfortable. Its not fun it's a terrifying TRAUMA BASED disorder. And it should never be romanticized - Vesper

Do things for your system offline.
Being a system affects life more than just online. (contrary to endo beliefs) While having some amazing resources online to help organize and track things, there are a million reasons to have your physical life have resources set up as well.
you'll never know if an alter might not even know what a phone is yet, and gods forbid if for some reason a new alter is alone without help. Trust me, we had a new alter try to just up and leave our fiance on a vacation. We have also had alters who definitely needed a picture guide on how to use the system discord lol.
Here are some ideas we do to help ensure our system is safe, but also helps alters feel more grounded and present with themselves!
Fronting Kandii bracelets, it can really help when you can't use your phone for switches, but also good for systems with significant barriers between alters and memory, so you can see who was here last!
a physical notebook labeled in bold for "if confused/lost read this" and inside keep important information; (what is a system, what the body name is, what your job is, and how to open and use a phone just in case, and also what to do to contact a gatekeeper or what to do if they can't, such as how to call out of work or avoid the family/friends asking what's wrong.)
another notebook might be helpful for alters to have fun decorating an 'about page' but also having your system journal individually as alters is REALLY IMPORTANT TO HAVE IN CASE YOU WANT TO TALK TO A DOCTOR ABOUT GETTING DIAGNOSED. It can really help the doctor see a track of things. We started our first journal in 2017, even outside of doctors, it's good for a physical medium for alters to express in.
these next ones are focused on alters having their own space and grounding in the real world!
having a small box or basket or something like that to keep their favorite or 'personal' items. our system likes having our own individual space and items, and for us it helps not only keep the peace, but also help us ground when we have our own things like clothes, comforts, snacks on hand, personal notebooks, etc.
remember kids, if your system is affecting you irl, when no one is looking then you are not faking! no sys doubting here pookies <3

“why are you being so exclusionary”
because you either exclude yourselves via demedicalising your own CDD because you think disorders are icky
or
you invaded our space to begin with and demand to be given the same resources for people with CDDs

“Pro endo is punk” No sorry, appropriating cultural beliefs, harassing people with stigmatised disorders and forcing people out of their own spaces is, in fact, not punk.

Hey, you! You who suspect you might have PTSD, DID or another trauma disorder, but you think you didn't experience trauma "bad enough" to have developed a mental disorder from it? Let me suggest looking at it differently:
"If there's smoke, there's fire"
Do you experience symptoms of PTSD, such as hypervigilance, trouble sleeping, flashbacks, memory problems, dissociation, ect? Then yes, it was "bad enough". Maybe you don't remember anything "really bad" happening or you don't "feel like" it affects you, but listen to your body. The body remembers and the body doesn't care if you think it is "stupid" or "weak" to have a panic attack when someone touches you or that you still have nightmares about that thing you saw when you were 4 years old
Trauma isn't what happened. Trauma is the reaction to what happened. So what I'm trying to say is that if the reason you think you can't have PTSD/DID/OSDD/ect is because you didn't go through anything horrific enough for that, then maybe forget about what happened to you for a moment and just look at the evidence your body and mind are showing. And then, most importantly, be compassionate with yourself. You're going through a lot and it's gonna be okay in the end. Take it easy, okay? <3

to endos this shit is a game. We mean it when we say that they are a danger to victims and a threat to some of the most vulnerable people out there dealing with trauma. Why the fuck would I feel bad for hating them with everything I have? What the fuck would be 'too much'? enjoying seeing karma? glad to see that the people who refuse to let people with mental illness have our own spot away from them, that I don't want to see that they are paying for it in some karmatic way? I am the fucking cage of atonement. My entire belief stems from people facing what they have done.

Stop treating Simply Plural as a system social media app, it's not
And worst if you put a lot and detail information about you, your system and alters, that can be very dangerous for your integrity
Is ok wanting to have more friends and see other's people systems and alters, but you really have to be careful to who you give your simply plural, people online can be shitty some times and you don't know what will they do with your information
So please, don't use Simply Plural as a social media app, and also don't ask for a chat between systems function, that could be very dangerous for systems
If you're gonna pass your Simply Plural make sure you know the person you're giving it

"The future is plural" movement from endos is CONCERNING
regardless of the fact they do not believe you require trauma to be a system (medically impossible) this proves they want to groom kids into identifying as endo and spread their medical misinformation further.
as well as causing real systems to believe they dont have it bad enough to be "traumagenic" (the only "genic you can be. this language is bullshit im just using these terms to explain their shit), preventing them from getting real help. they are WIDELY anti-recovery.
their misinformation has ALREADY endangered real systems medically as they have made professionals skeptical of a medically proven disorder, a disorder that is already very stigmatised.
outside of just endogenic misinformation, this statement leads to the idea that they want to traumatise kids to make more systems.
ENDOS ARE FUCKING DANGEROUS

edit: this is primarily addressing minor systems!! any system can be put in danger by doing this, but minors are especially at risk.
this point has probably been made 700 times already but can we please stop normalizing putting every crumb of alter information into your intros/descriptions. i'm really tired of seeing people list their trauma holders & let their littles roam free online & minors listing their sexual protectors publicly, PLEASE stop putting targets on you. yeah your intro or pk description might look pretty but someone is going to take advantage of that information eventually and/or publicly blast you.
^ this also applies to triggers btw, even positive ones. you may think you're preventing something, but if you tell the internet not to do something then they're just gonna do it more, especially if your triggers are more obscure/"weird".
i say this as someone who used to do all of this too, i thought it was proving a point and showing the fakeclaimers that i really AM traumatized!! yeah no it doesn't work like that. don't try to prove yourself to people who will never listen to you, protect yourself please.
