Quick TFC sketch for his late birthday!

I thought that it would be nice to draw him for his birthday, but I just checked and it was on June 29th. I'm a bit late, but here he is. He would have turned 66 this year.

hey!!! What’s your favorite Crane Wives song or songs?? My favorite is Ribs💛 I went to their concert last night and they sang all the hits and it was so amazing!!!

Ohhhh it's so hard to choose one, but my favorites have to be Here I Am, Canary in a Coal Mine, Can't Go Back, and Once & for All (there are so many others though)

9. It really depends on how much inspiration and/or motivation I have. If I don't have something that I absolutely must draw right now, then I usually don't, but I'd say on an average motivation day, about 2-4 hours.

10. Hehe...nope. Not in the slightest. I'm actually very self-conscious about my art and my art style, so seeing y'all's comments always make me happy :)

15. Usually, a casual sketch without coloring takes me 30 (thirty) minutes to an hour, but a full colored piece can take anywhere from one and half to ten hours, depending on the complexity. (Ex. My dragon series is about one to one and a half hours each, but my longest drawing has been about ten and a half hours.)

24. Honestly? A bit of both. It's a combination of "wow, that's a cool concept, I should go draw now!" and "wow their art is so cool I was I was that good :("

Mumbo dragon

The whole time drawing him, I had vampires and bats (and vampire bats) in mind, hence why his wings are shaped like that and why his front teeth are so sharp.

Now, that being said, he barely has any teeth because, as much as he tries to be intimidating, in reality, he is just a little guy.

His mustache is actually a very rare natural marking. The whole mustache-stealing shenanigans come from Grian doodling over it with permanent marker while he was asleep and Grian drawing it onto himself. Mumbo has never been exposed to permanent marker because he never dares to use anything that can't be erased when planning out redstone, so he panicked and thought that Grian had somehow actually stolen his mustache. Grian was cackling the whole time watching Mumbo freak out over the shocking discovery of permanent marker.

The red markings on him are actually where the redtone dust has settled between his scales, causing a constant soft glow that can't be washed away.

Detail ramble :3

At first, I was going to literally just make her an Ender Dragon but decided that wouldn't make her distinguishable. Instead, I incorporated a few elements of them into her design, hence the void-like wings and hat.

The braid around her neck is supposed to represent the way she has her hair growing throughout the season.

(if you recognize what I based the design of the braid off of, bravo)
