Hannigram- Why is it called that?

Why is the ship called Hannigram ? I understand that it combines Hannibal’s and Will’s name, his last name, but Will’s last name is spelt Graham not Gram. So technically, if we were going for accuracy right now, it should be spelt Hannigraham. Is it just me who is thinking about this ? Let me know.

So I forced my girlfriend to watch the first episode of BBC Sherlock and the whole time she was like "Oh my gosh, they have to be gay for each other, no straight person just does that" 😭 Now she wants to watch the whole show and has told me to bring all the dvds- I own every season of Sherlock on DVD- so that we can binge watch it, I guess that means she likes it, which is a good thing, I hope.

I recently went onto Google and searched ‘Hugh Dancy’ into the search bar, obviously going to images, I saw a large amount of interesting photos. Then, a picture of Hugh Dancy with no facial hair appeared, actually, quite a few pictures of him with such an appearance appeared. WHY DOES HUGH DANCY LOOK SO WEIRD WITHOUT FACIAL HAIR ?

So, I was talking with a recently made friend who also happens to have a passion for the TV series Hannibal, we were specifically talking about relationships between characters. I obviously, said that Hannigram was my favourite ship (as it is so blatantly canon, who wouldn’t ship it?) They said, I kid you not, “What? Hannibal isn’t gay?” Mind you, coming from someone who supposedly has seen the whole series. MA’M, DID WE WATCH THE SAME SHOW?
