Okokok so here’s the thing are we going after crystallized??

Because it’s canonical that after crystallized she was there to help them rebuild the monastery (a fact I will scream about until the cows come home)

BUT as to how she’d jive??

Lloyd would be excited, if a bit wary about how much she’s actually changed. There’d be lots of flirting for sure.

Kai and Nya would be VERY hesitant about her being there, if not downright opposed to the idea. They’re very protective of Lloyd and after she tries to murder them in crystallized?? Heck no, get that lady awaaayyyyy. It would take Lloyd constantly insisting that she’s different for either of them to warm up, and I think Kai would warm up to her before Nya would.

Cole would feel similarly to the above, with the only difference being that he’s not as vocal about it. He keeps a REALLY close eye on her and really only tells Lloyd about his worries because bringing it up to Harumi feels like a… bad idea. Again, he’s protective of his little brother.

Zane and Pixal would actually be more for it than just about anyone else besides Lloyd. They’re better at thinking logically than the others are and honestly her actions have proven that she’s different. Again, they’re protective, but also trust Lloyd’s judgement of her.

Hot take, but I actually think Jay would be for it.

he’d crash out about it a few times, sure (and that would be totally fair). But he’s also gotten really good at seeing people who are scared and don’t know what to do and end up lashing out because of it (case in point: Unagami.)

Does he still not really like her? Sure. But she’s not so different from them overall, beyond being more down with murder and trying to end the world a few times, and I think Jay would see that and try to help her as much as he can.

BONUS WORMS:

Wu: Would see a girl who’s a mirror of his nephew (what Lloyd could have become) and would try his damndest to help her. He keeps a really close eye on her, but in the end, he’ll still do whatever he can to set her on the right path.

Skylor: Would absolutely vibe with it. She’d see a lot of herself in Harumi and would recognize this for what it is (trying, even if she’s not very good at this).

Harumi herself: would soooo chafe against it but would ultimately keep trying. She’s smart, she’d recognize that there’s only so many more chances she’d get and would be determined not to ruin this. She’d also flirt with Lloyd at every possible opportunity. This would eventually morph from just trying to tick him off to trying to get him to kiss her (which is silly because he already wants to do that and just won’t because he’s trying to be cautious and guard himself)

It’s actually funny that you’d ask this because I have multiple iterations of this idea that OLS and I have written over the years (*cough* it was called Polished Jade) and MAN the angst is sooo there we love it sm

Sidenote, I wonder if I ever came up with a reason in my LEGO canon as to why all of the ninja but Lloyd have a letter on their headbands. I mean, the IRL reason is because I bought the set that had Forbidden Spinjitzu Lloyd for cheaper, which didn't come with his headband, so I had to sub in a Legacy headband, but I never thought about coming up with a canon reason for it...
