My Date Everything Oc Carolyn!

“You had been gifted a full set of cooking instruments when you had first moved in. However, your love for food delivery has made them go untouched. The woman standing before you seems to not hold it against you. She’s dressed like a 1950s housewife and is completely in greyscale, reminding you of an old cartoon. If you had to imagine what your cooking utensils would look like, this would be pretty close.”

New Dateable unlocked: Carolyn Cook, your cooking utensils 

Location: Knife block, egg timer, silverware in drawers

Carolyn’s a 1950s housewife who had married her high school sweetheart Buck Crocker. To outsiders, their eleven year marriage was perfect until he mysteriously died in his sleep. According to the other kitchen dateables, Carolyn was a wreck after she became a widow, snapping at anyone that her husband was gone with a crazed look on her face. 

Facts!

She is completely black and white. She does have a color sprite, but that’s only unlocked once you get her love ending. This is a reference to how even though color TV was invented in the 50s, it wasn’t popularized until much later. 

All she wants is for the player to eat a home cooked meal once in a while. She will call the player dear if you select she/her and darling if you select he/him or they/them. 

Skyler’s content aware feature would pop up when you first meet her. Her route is pretty locked into friendship unless the player lays it on thick. 

Ending Dialouge

Love: “I guess I could give love a second chance.”

Friendship: “Please come back to cook with me dear!”

Hate:” If I were you, I’d smell my food before I eat it.”

Relationships with Dateables

Hate: she hates Mitchel because he gave her a negative review, killing her dream of opening a restaurant. She hates Scandleabra and Maggie because they both ask too many questions about what happened with Buck. 

Like: She enjoys spending time with the main kitchen counter people. They have weekly potlucks with plastic dishes in order to force Daisuke into relaxing for an evening. 

Love(?): She finds Sinclaire adorable, but he’s terrified of her

Headcannon that Eddie and Volt have matching scars all across their bodies from when Eddie split himself, similar to the scars people get when electrocuted or struck by lightning. I imagine Eddie's cover his left side and Volt's cover his right side, i just think thats neat
