One way I think landlords could benefit and stop harassing the dignity of their tenants is
1.) learn communication skills
2.) Upgrade your apartments interior designs to increase the aesthetic value and systems without the tenant needing to text you first so that we really can have a reason to be afraid of you.
(I already don’t complain because of the lack of trust being invested in my “home”)

what an extreme time has been since I’ve updated this… I’ve been thinking about this, and money and how the root of evil truly is money.
I want to build a safety net or network of people that get what warm bodies huddled together could possibly mean.
One where the individual feels no shame or worry or fear connected to the paper that lands everyone in insanity or suicide at one point.
The loss of finances creates societal and non existential, unnecessary dread.
The image of money is nothing. The system created to separate and control and manipulate people is nothing in the grave.
When I ran out of funds my family was there to help. Nothing felt better than receiving $200 worth of groceries for free. From my loved one. And nothing beats the feeling I will get when I can see her some clothes.

What would happen if this community of people all agreed on recycling and using garments that totally did not affect your skin, OK?
At this point, this is just a fantasy, however, how cool would it be to stumble upon a group of people that had the same interests as you?

What makes a good leader?
In this type of environment, what would a good leader be considered as? What sort of rules would you have in mind or in place in order to find peace and solutions within the home?
What type of approach would you take when it comes to handling tough situations with other people so the function of things goes smooth?

Communism normally does not work with higher source of power like government. But maybe it would work with a small group of people who get it. People who don't mind sharing and pooling in. "Equal opportunity" doesn't work for everyone, which is why its important to look at it from the perspective of a small group. Sharing wealth should be for people who need it and understand that others ARE just important as you are.

Do you think that a possible trade-in collaboration within the home could work? If one person knows the skill of technical things, and the other one knew art would they be able to trade knowledge in order to make better income?
“ you know I really like your drawings and I wish that I could tattoo like you’re doing…”
I really like the way that you are able to make money by taking surveys or some thing for Pinterest and make money”
are you willing to teach me?

What would you and your community do to build income? Are there talks of investing, a joint account, a collective collaboration of the same jobs? What would happen if that one lost their job? Would you leave the doors open to them or would they be #EXILED

The Benefits of Sharing a Pooled Savings Account
This can be a complete separate. Individuals are entitled to their own accounts and savings, but if a community who lives in a larger home and with two leaders who regulate the priorities in the home, and with 3 or more other people live in the home, a pooled savings can be beneficial.
Maybe you can save for a nicer pool.
