Fun fact: this is somewhat canon, worker drones have toe beans

How cute would it be if drones had little tiny finger and palm beans pads. They are used for gripping and holding and made of the same rubber as their midsections. They stick up as a very very slight raised bump and can be seen at the tips of all fingers including the thumb. There is one along the bottom palm just before the wrist and the top of the palm just before where the knuckle joints meet the hand and the fingers begin. They do have some on the bottoms of their feet too! So they aren’t slipping and sliding all over the place.

How are sandy and pumpkin doing?

Their baby is walking on her own now :) getting into things and eating everything she gets her little hands on. Pumpkin is tired a lot of the time and naps a lot and Sandy is cleaning a lot

Tessa first discovered this when she was snuggling with J, and felt a lump, turns out it was a tail

I feel like worker drones have short tails, a bit like a rabbit has, but they lay against the body and are hidden by the clothes, but unlike disassembly drone tails, they are a piece of metal with joints, not a long cable

Yeva’s husband Svetlana was a drone taken from his home in Iceland working as a mining drone and forced to be shipped off to Copper 9 where he was held in Cabin Fevers to be experimented on. There was an attempt to infect him with the solver virus but for an unknown reason male drones cannot become infected like female drones do.

There are small flakes of the solver embedded in his deep coding but he dosen’t have powers like the girls. He does have a few little telling traits like small fangs on both the top and bottom jaws, a small light craving for oil but ultimately dosen’t NEED to consume oil, a very slight hunting instinct thats easy to fight, he does run a tick or two higher on the temperatures scale than most other drones but it’s not a lot.

He has consumed oil many times before. He knows he shouldn’t be doing that but he can’t help himself, the stuff smells so good! It makes his mouth flood with salvia. He ended up making it a normal thing to supplement his normal snack diet with small doses of oil.

Uzi: “no big man it’s me Uzi, your girlfriend”

His tail starts to wag and he smiles real big.

N: “I love my girlfriend! She’s so cool!!”

Uzi: “hehehehe I love you to buddy! Lay back down ok? Your sleep talking ok?”

And he lays his head back down on the pillow. He was asleep the whole time and still had the mind to remind Uzi how much he loves her
