Asking for tips to control my temper and do better pls

My lovely mother encouraged me to physically and verbally abuse animals and small children my whole life so I never really learned how to control myself and not beat animals when they mess up and I've been having to teach myself. (Not that I'm not at fault too, I totally am.) I have not hit or yelled at my baby brother at all since around December when I realized I was fricked up and started trying to do better, and since the March Character Development™ I have only had an outburst at an animal once- about 5 minutes ago and I feel awful. She got so scared she peed herself and I just feel so so so bad I wanna shove myself in a meat grinder I'm so sorry. I'm trying to do better, please please don't yell at me or get mad at me pls I'm genuinely sorry. So far my methods are leaving the room and/or listening to music, petting and kissing the animal that's ticking me off, and thinking about my mom and how I'm trying to show her that behavior isn't normal. I've tried breathing and it doesn't work for me.

This is super vague and I'm sorry but.

Does anyone know of a wattpad wings of fire fic centered around this Sandwing who has like, multiple tails? I started reading it literally THREE YEARS AGO and this is the only detail I can remember. I think the sanding might be trying to kill someone? Idk. Does anyone know of this fic??

Interest check: Wings of fire, Nightwing rebellion/independence RP (discord + roblox, long term)

I am currently working on a roleplay server, but I need to know how many people would be interested, before dedicating more time to it + writing lore. The server will be 16+, for moderation sake. (No nsfw.)

The roleplay takes place approximately 50 years after current (canon books) events.

The nightwings are now living in the rainforest, with the rainwings. Queen Glory retired and the new Queen is paranoid of the nightwings, especially growing up hearing stories of how one day a giant nightwing tried to declare yet another war and had magical power beyond comprehension. This new Queen imposed a lot of new, strict, segregating rules towards the nightwings. A complete ban on fire, vegetarian only died, and the worst of all, all eggs must be kept away from the moons, stripping once again the nightwings from their powers.

A whisper of a rebellion grew louder over time, and it is now time for the nightwings to fight for their rights. They once were the pioneers of knowledge, and are now reduced to a mere joke. It is finally time for the nightwings to fight for independence, and to finally rebuild their long-lost city.

That's the basic plot of the roleplay!

Obviously the RP will be centered around the Nightwings and Rainwings, but other tribes are welcome as allies (either sides) or visitors.

It will take place mostly on Discord, as a long term roleplay, and will occasionally have events and sessions on the Roblox Wings of fire beta game (completely free to play).

The server is currently a work in progress, and this is why I am making an interest check, because I do not want to dedicate more time on it if turns out noone is interested, especially since motivation is hard for me so writing a whole lore document for it to be useless would... Really hurt my health. If enough people are interested, I might open the server sooner, but keep the RP closed until I am done with the writing.

Instead of Winter talking his friends out of babyifying Darkstalker at the end of book 10 to find a better punishment and Qibli apologizing for saying he wished he could change him with magic, they send Winter back to the Ice Kingdom with the rest of the IceWings where anything could happen to him, likely execution, and just shrug and go "Lol he'll be fine anyway Moon wanna make out?" And then they turn Darkstalker into the baby dragonet, except they also replace his IceWing side with RainWing just for craps and giggles. Then the plot just moves on like the whole Jade Winglet didn't throw away Winter at the end of book 10 and he starts acting completely different in the next arc because he had "character growth" or something
