I've already begun the smut portion because truly that's all I actually wanted out of this writing experience...

The 1st time you didn’t need John Walker…

It was your turn to make dinner, and you were happy to do it. Something you’ve come to enjoy is the occasional domestic moment amongst you and your teammates. Your illusion of solitude however was shattered, the whisper of a chuckle escaping the intruder.

“Need some help with that?”

John ignored that of course, making his way down the hall, only to catch you humming softly before you began your struggle to open the sauce. His offer was genuine, but he couldn’t help but laugh a little at your attempt and quick defeat, almost cute. He couldn’t help but let that arrogant tone slip into his voice when offering his help, it was almost a flirtation the way it came out. 

That sentiment however seemed lost on you as you rolled your eyes and shooed the super soldier out of ‘your kitchen’, concealing a playful grin as you turned back to your task.
