In the middle of a hot afternoon, Phinks and Feitain where in the middle of Chimera Zoo to kill time.

“Damn, it feels like 104 degrees.” The Gucci blonde complained while wearing a big cobra like hat.

“Well then you shouldn’t be wearing that stupid hat.” Feitain told Phinks

“Says the migget in wearing all black!”

“It’s called handling the heat.” Feitain started to walk off being quickly board of the zoo, in which he didn’t even want to go to. However Phinks practically dragged him to go because the man could not handle be left alone.

Phinks frustratingly followed Feitain to the camels.

Foxes!!! Cute mischievous foxes!!

“Yo Shoot, you know what we need?” Knuckle asked his co-worker as they were on their way to the animals they needed to care for.

“What would that be?”

“I think Apr needs a little buddy. I mean he must be lonely when we’re at work.”

“I just got that tiny robin a few days ago, I think that should keep him company.”

“Yeah, but Lil’ Colt would just-” before Knuckle could rebuttal something caught his eye.

It was a pair of foxes peeking out of their cage.

The punk worker went up to the fence in front of the cage, getting as close as he could to the little creatures.

Knuckle’s eyes started to water at the foxes as they looked at him curiously.

Shoot went up to his friend, putting his hand on his co-worker. “Hey Knuckle, we need to get going or we’ll get behind schedule.”

“But… But it’s like they just want to be free.” The soft zoo worker started leaking tears, feeling like hugging the foxes.

“Knuckle…”

After a few moments Knuckle was already reduced to a treaty mess.

With a sigh Shoot grabbed Knuckle and started dragging him away from the foxes, knowing he will be like this for the next halve hour.

Shoot got up in the middle of the night to get a drink of water. On his way to get a drink, Shoot heard sobbing while passing Knuckle’s room.

Shoot quickly concerned and started to worry about what could have his pompadoured roommate crying in the middle of the night.

Shoot slowly put his hand on the door nob as possibilities started rushing into his mind. A slight nervous sweat started to form as he opened the door, preparing himself for the worst.

What he found was Knuckle crying in front of a computer screen while watching kittens adorably wrestling each other.

It took a moment to realize for Knuckle to acknowledge that his roommate was watching him crying over the kittens.

In a panic, Knuckle just started throwing pillows at Shoot, while still in tears, to drive his friend away.

Shoot just slowly closed the door and started going to his room.

All this time he though Knuckle was a hardcore dog person.

Koumgi was wondering around the zoo aimlessly once again.

Her large family would go the zoo often to celebrate the large amounts of money Koumgi earned from her skills on the game board. However they often lost her at some point in their visit from the family not really organizing each other.

While she was wondering she bumped into someone suddenly.

“I am so sorry mister…” Koumgi apologized as he reached out to touch the head of the person she bumped into. She would often do this to tell workers apart when bumping into them, which happens a lot for her.

Koumgi felt a hard helmet of this person. “Mereum-sama! I’m soooo sorry about bumping into you, I didn’t notice!” She keep apologizing.

“It’s alright, Koumgi, it was more of my fault. Also no honorifics.” Mereum told the blind women in his usual calm tone as he picked up her walking stick for her.

“Hey big brother, feel this sea star, it’s so bumpy!” Alluka told her older brother as her hand was in one of those tanks guests can safely touch marine life.

“It is, almost like goosebumps.” Killua put his hand on the starfish as well.

Alluka looked around the tank to see what else she could feel when she saw a small octopus crawling towards Killua.

Youpi dealing with a lost child who won't stop crying

Youpi was visiting the zoo the pass some time.

He an Mereum were going to hang out after Mereum’s shift was done, so Youpi thought it would be a good idea of making things more continent. It also would lower chances of Pouf butting in to cling to Mereum.

The giant of a man was just looking at the rhinos, until he heard a loud cry.

At first Youpi just ignored the annoying sound, thinking someone would have their kid shut up.

Shoot gets assigned to relocate a supposedly passed out cheetah from the vet to the cage and it WAKES UP

“Are you sure he’s out cold?” Shoot asked nervously the vet as he looked at the cheetah through the small cage on the back of the truck.

“Of course!” Pitou told Shoot “I it some good tranquilizers on Cheetu, so he should be no trouble.

"Ok…” The worker said, slowly getting to the driver’s seat while keeping an eye on the large cat.

What does Morel do in the zoo?

Morle use to only be in charge of taking care of the marine life in the zoo.

Knov, the owner of Chimera Zoo, decided to promote him to be the manger and look over the workers. He noticed that Morle had a good ability to reason and talk to people that he would be perfect for the job. However Morel still wanted to take care of the marine life.

After a long, LONG night of discussing what the smoker’s job would be, Morel coaxed Knov that he could do both jobs and has done both ever since.

Knuckle was leaving the wolf exhibit from just feeding them.

“Damn, Welfin is one picky pup.” He said under his breath.

“Just because one of his parents was an Alpha he thinks he’s already hot sh-” Before Knuckle finished his sentence someone caught his eye. It was a man in a tracksuit like hoodie. The man lit a cigarette before entering the Reptile House.

So for my first darbble for this blog, I thought about how Shoot started working at Chimera Zoo. I hope you all enjoy! ———————————————-

Just like any other day, Knuckle slammed open the door to his apartment after a good day of working at the zoo. As usual his tiny puppy, Apr, was waiting behind the door eager for his pompadour wearing owner to return. Knuckle spent a few minutes petting and adoring the small dog before moving on.

When Knuckle reached the living room he saw his roommate, Shoot, on the couch with a mess of newspapers on the coffee table.

“Still looking for a decent job?” Knuckle asked as he jumped on the couch, taking a set next to him

“Yeah… Apparently it’s hard to find good jobs involving animals.” Shoot replied as he got a bit sweaty as he looked through job opportunities in the paper.

“Oh?” Knuckle could tell by Shoot’s sweating that something was up; sweating was like Shoot’s sign of being nervous. “What about that pet training job you saw a few days ago?”

Only a guilty silence response came from Shoot.

“How about working in animal control? Being a vet? Or a breeder? What about the God damn pet store in the mall?!” Knuckle was getting up to Shoot’s face.

After a moment or two of silence Shoot admitted “I wimped out… On all of them…”

Out of a frustrated rage, Knuckle stood up and yelled as he ran towards his room.

Shoot was paralyzed from nervousness and internal panic of the fear of getting kicked out.

However Shoot was snapped out of it when felt something soft hit his head. He looked back and grabbed what hit him.

The thing was an ugly looking purple cat plush.

Shortly after picking up the toy cat Knuckle came back and say next to Shoot again, still clearly pissed.

“Knuckle, what is this?” Shoot asked as Apr jumped up on the couch and started to tug lightly on the cat.

“It’s Bankruptcy, Apr’s favorite chew toy!” Knuckle told Shoot “You have to Bankruptcy on you at all times for 30 days, unless if you get a job. If you don’t get one in 30 days, I’m dragging your ass down to the zoo to work with me. You are like my bro and I don’t want to kick you out because you’re scared to do a little job interview. Understood?”

Shoot gave a smile smile and nodded.

The 30 days passed and Shoot didn’t get a job. So as Knuckle said, he dragged his roommate to the zoo and got him a job.

That is how Shoot became a worker at Chimera Zoo

Hisoka: I'm actually feeling quite STABle

Do I need an exorcist if I cackle madly because I can't stop thinking about a pun war between Hisoka and Feitan?

Okay first of all, HOW WOULD THIS WORK

I feel like hisoka would totally be into it, coming up with these stellar, cringe worthy puns, and feitan would just glare angrily at him

Hisoka: “what’s wrong feitan, you’re looking a little down~”

Hisoka: “you know, sometimes I feel like me and you just don’t see…eye to eye~”

Hisoka: “i guess I shouldn’t be surprised that you’re temper is as short as you are~”

Feitan: *pulls out sword*

Feitan: *stabs a hole through hisoka’s stomach*

Feitan: *hisses* “how about you just die”

Machi: *throwing cash* yassssss

HxH au where everything’s the same except leorio acts and dresses like your stereotypical gangster; baggy sweats, ripped sleeveless shirt, and carries around a baseball bat with nails in it and carries his medical tools in his pockets

Leorio: “the hell you lookin at, bastard? I’ll beat your ass, patch it up, and beat it again.”

Leorio: “who let the sass clown out of the circus? Yea, i’ll fight you, ora ora oraaaa”

Leorio: “rock paper sciccors? Nah, bat, scalpel, fist are your only options, douchbag.”

Leorio: “why are your eyes that colour? You want shit for pinkeye, ya freak?”

Leorio: “tch, why don’t you stop talking and just blow me, chrollo.”
