I have now read all of the Jojo's Bizarre Adventure manga

the last arc of Jojolion… hm. well. ok then. Sof warned me the final antagonist of this part was underdeveloped and he was painfully right - the two of us have developed a theory that Araki wanted to add more flashbacks which would've made that character's role in the story feel more natural, but his editors were in a rush to move on from... well, 2020 and into Jojolands so they told him

...that being said, I'd be lying if I didn't admit the very last chapter and especially the last page made me tear up… I love stories of found family but also of huge messed-up biological families and JJBA is a big, beautiful ball of both. thank you for getting me into it, @zappsbrannigan, I love you and this series so much 🥹💗💗💗

I watched Tokyo Crisis for the first time today since I'd seen on the wiki that it takes place at the end of July/beginning of August... but when I was done watching I realised something

The defintion of hell is knowing a show is incredibly well-received in its first season, but if people don’t become machines churning out tweets, content, and rewatching 24/7, there’s no likelihood it’ll get a chance to tell its whole story. This shit is madness. Shows in different genres shouldn’t have to pit-battle for dominance. First seasons are MEANT to be baselines establishing worlds and characters, not complete storylines. The idea that this golden age of television has turned into “get it done in one or get out” is revolting.

Disney Streaming Services Blasts Release Date For "Futurama" Season 10 For September 15th With New Stills Released, Confirms 10 Episode Drop As Opposed To Weekly Releases.

Futurama fans can prepare to go back to the future when Season 10 (branded as Season 13) blasts off on Hulu and Disney+ this fall.

The streamer today unveiled first-look images from the upcoming season, which it was announced today will arrive September 15 at 5 p.m. PT / 8 p.m. ET with all 10 episodes dropping at once. (Season 9 & 10 rolled out one episode weekly on the streamer).

Additionally, S10 will launch the same day at 8/7C on FXX, with two episodes airing weekly.
