United Kingdom of Portugal, Brazil and Algarves (1815-1822)

I got inspired by @doremile to do this, because this was a brief event before Brazil's independence (that was also messy), where Brazil stopped being a colony and became a kingdom together with Portugal after the Portuguese Royal family started living in Brazil (Napoleon's fault).

I made two versions because I wanted to make Portugal more historically accurate to men in paintings in the 1800s (old).

I consider this an espiritual successor to my Iberian Union posts. Their divorce will be amazing lol

Fantasy AU, part 2: more characters.

Part one with the background and Alfred, Arthur, Francis and Sadik

Character descriptions below:

- Elizabeta Héderváry (25): former mercenary, was made a knight after saving Prince Roderich from a dragon.

In her childhood, she was part of Sadik’s mercenary group, when she admitted to him that she was a girl, Sadik abandoned her in a temple. He never told her his real reasoning for such an action, wanting her to feel anger for him, so Elizabeta would not try to come back.

This worked, but also made Elizabeta feel extreme hatred for Sadik, wanting revenge for his actions. She wanted to prove him wrong, prove she was better than him in everything she did. Once Elizabeta became a knight, she used her influence to make Sadik a wanted man to ruin his life.

- Basch Zwingli (18): mercenary of the solitary kind, with a single exception. He is money hungry, always doing things to feed his sister and himself. He is very versatile with all types of weapons and prefers daggers. Basch doesn’t trust anyone besides his sister.

Sometimes he works for a dragon (not the same dragon from earlier), protecting her treasure while she is away.

- Lily Zwingli (16): she was found by Basch when she was younger, and he basically adopted her, so she even uses his surname. She is a kind girl that likes collecting flowers, but she has eventually learnt the mercenary life to help Basch in missions.

- Kiku Honda (???): undead Dark Mage, wants nothing but to live in peace after managing to revive himself. He is immortal and powerful, yet he got captured by Basch and Lily, who caught him by surprise to turn him in to the Paladins and get a prize.

He could have killed both of them, but didn’t, he is amused by their courage, so he just goes along to see what is going to happen.
