Mickey was going through a bad breakup, so bad that he was giving up. He didn’t normally drink but here he was, at a local bar, on his 3rd beer. Someone approached him and he shook his head, “no, that seats not taken. go for it.”

“Awesome, thanks.” Avalee had just come back from a rather taxing photo-shoot and honestly she just needed a little unwind time. Ordering a beer for herself, she looked at the boy biting her lip a little. Ava wasn’t the best at reading people, but she could almost see the sad radiating off him. “You okay?” Maybe it was a weird thing to ask a stranger, but sometimes you just needed somebody -- anybody to ask.

“You know I really don’t give a fuck.” Avalee shrugged and took a big old cheesy bite of the pizza on her plate. She used to care too much when she was younger and it almost killed her. So now she ate whatever she wanted, whenever she wanted. “Why don’t you have a slice and live a little girl.”
