It’s about time this blog was given a graceful death.

This was never a big ask blog to begin with, and it never had to be. I made this blog when i was... what? 13? And i never cared about fame, only about a character i loved and connected with and wanted to show my appreciation for. As of today, it is July 12th, 2020. Times have changed. I’ve changed. I’m no longer interested in creepypasta or it’s toxic fandom. I am grateful for all it gave me, all it taught me, but it’s time to lay it to rest. Thank you to everyone who supported me and this silly ask blog i made for fun. I won’t be updating anymore but I’m sure that much was obvious. I will be leaving the blog up, as memorial. And leaving the journal of clockwork’s creator here, if anyone needed further reason why i will no longer be active. It felt inappropriate for clockwork to answer this, so mun is gonna do it

I have not heard of poopsy the killer, so I looked it up and found something extremely shocking and disturbing. Not only did it sicken me to my core, I lost more faith in this godforsaken fandom. 

I found a young artist who was recieving threats of death and rape over an oc, a young artist trying to learn, trying to have fun with the fandom in their own way, and I found people shooting them down for daring to make an oc. People bullying them and saying horrible, awful things about them. THIS PERSON IS A KID. For fucks sake have you no shame!? 

I am so done with the lack of acceptance and tolerance, it's honestly so vile and abhorrent I felt like throwing up. People like them don't deserve hate and discouragement when all they're trying to do is find their way. This is a PSA to the entire fandom. Just let kids have their God damn fun, it's not hurting you. How does it help you to tear down a young girl doing what she loves? What impression are you making about the community as a whole? 

Just stop. It doesn't affect you in any way, and I want everyone to know I absolutely do not tolerate oc hate, no matter how over powered or mary sue they are. Just let them have fun, they'll learn in time but not with shameless harassment of a fucking minor.
