X-Men and Anastasia crossover. My sister had the Broadway soundtrack on repeat for the first couple years and the songs are engraved into my soul now. The Broadway show was really good though. Probably my favorite Broadway show I've seen live.

tired of seeing people try to sweep ethel cain's racist past under the rug & tell black people how to feel about it tbh and obviously it's been said better by black people directly affected by it but it's really sick and not normal that white people are treated with kid gloves for going through a "racism phase." like of course people change and it seems like she's a genuine example of a person who has grown for the better, but it's not some nothing rite of passage to run around using the n-word, and it's really pathetic to act like she was just a product of her environment at 19 years old, especially when she isn't even making that excuse for herself. it's not even just run of the mill fandom culture celebrity worship either. i think this reaction is actually telling of something deeper, which is just the genuine refusal to view racist attitudes and the use of cruel, racist language as actually, materially harmful to black people.

Is it just me or is it sometimes hardest to share drawings that you absolutely adore? Something about it feeling like thet have part of yourself woven into it.

Originally I planned on making this a two piece set. One drawing with Rogue and one with Gambit. I got a bit annoyed trying to figure out Gambit's pose so I might come back to it later.
