Dressing Rooms Mod

Sometimes you just want your sims to go shopping and have actually feel like, and what better way to experience that than a dressing room!

🧵 FEATURES

In the new pie menu on these functional dressing rooms, sims will be able to try on randomly generated clothes! Find an outfit you like? Simply click on the sim while they are wearing said outfit and click the Keep Outfit interaction. From that point sims will stop trying on outfits and newly bought outfit will be added to the sim.

💸 PRICING

Prices are fixed per category and balanced relative to each other. Sleepwear? Cheap. Formalwear? Gonna cost you more. When downloading, choose one of the two pricing versions below to install:

With the addon from the purchase outfits mod, sims will now also be able to perform the Purchase Outfits interactions via the dressing rooms!

Last row, Michelle Dermond and her Aunt Persephone with husband Chadwick and son Vermillion: despite being a witch, Michelle lived a normal, non-magical life until her parents mysteriously disappeared. Then, Aunt Persephone and her family came to Brindleton Bay to care for Michelle - but it's been hard for them to leave Glimmerbrook behind and their zany magical lifestyle had been creeping into Michelle's average life.

I've had this build made for a minute, I originally made it for my crossed wires short story, and then I realized I wanted to make it cc-free for download. Honestly that ended up being WAY more of an effort than I anticipated because the open roof is such an important part of this build, and we don't have a non-cc way to change the undersides of roofs (EA please I'm begging). Did I end up TOOLing a random fence debug asset up there? Yes. Yes I did. So be careful with the roof friends its a little sensitive. Move objects on is a necessity.

Yes, this is based on Red Dead Redemption 2, let's be real many of my builds are. Even has the gaming table at the end, but at least you don't have to work on the gambler challenge there, that's a real blessing.

I hope all you guys enjoy this and get some fun play out of it. Honestly it also works great as an open-air museum for a modern save, when I was taking photos I had it on triple speed to get the lighting right and watched a ton of sims just like wander around and I felt like I was absolutely watching them visit a little museum. So this one REALLY pulls double duty.

As always please tag me if you use it, seeing my builds in action is one of my favorite ways to get serotonin these days.

Fully playtested, but this is probably more of a screenshot lot than not, there's not a ton to do. I do not think the easel is functional, I think I may have sacrificed that for aesthetics. If you delete the box/crate under it will work fine.

Welcome to my very first Simblr post!

I’m excited to start sharing my current builds and storylines here. I was inspired by the talented @piixxa and @coolpuppy12 to create my own personal New York-inspired save.

This is the very first house I built for it, modeled after classic Queens, NY rowhomes.
