It’s when your heart is literally beating out of your chest when your phone lights up with their name. You feel it coming up your throat because even it knows you’re ready to give it to them. Your stomach fluttering so much you feel nauseous. Your breathing quickens because you’re so nervous you might not know the right thing to say. Your mind is a tornado thinking of all the possible things they could say, trying to channel any psychic abilities to try to formulate a response before you even open the message. Your face is stiff because you know how much it makes you smile knowing that they took time out of their day to talk to you :-)
