•Frenchie's dad is an abusive drunk

•Butcher's and Lenny's dad is an abusive drunk that shows no remorse for what happened to Lenny

•Annie's dad went to get the milk

•M.M.'s father overworked himself as a result of grief and trauma

•Kimiko's and Kenji's parents were killed by Shining Light

•Hughie's dad dies after Hughie's mother injects him with Compound V which ends in him developing super dementia and killing a bunch of people on accident before Hughie puts him to rest

The supes

•Homelander didn't even know who his real father is up until season 3 and if you want to count Vogelbaum and Marty as his "adoptive fathers"... They humiliated and tortured him throughout his entire childhood, imprisoned him and never let him be a proper child

•Soldier Boy's dad called him a disappointment and belittled him for shooting up V which was still very unstable at the time and could've had awful consequences

•Victoria Neuman's parents died in an accident related to her powers

•Ryan hasn't had a father in the first eight years of his life and once Homelander finds him, he's constantly torn between trusting Homelander or putting his faith in Butcher since both of them are very unstable and say things to him that hurt him very deeply

•Mesmer lost custody of his daughter after unspecified events (but I also have absolutely no sympathy for this guy so)

Others

•Ashley only ever mentions her mom so I'm assuming something's wrong with her dad too

•Collin's parents (and the rest of his family) were killed by Frenchie when he was still working for Little Nina

•Zoe was raised by Victoria Neuman and Stan Edgar, and Stan ends up in prison after the crimes he committed as Vought's CEO were uncovered

Summary:

Kessoku Band has been through a lot together, and slowly but surely, Bocchi realizes that she has developed feelings for Kita. As their relationship grows in its complexity, new challenges arise.

Luckily, they do not have to overcome them all by themselves. Pairing: Bocchi/Nijika/Ryo/Kita, also known as Polykessoku This fanfic aims to discuss relationships and poly dynamics, as well as the challenges that come with them.

The fic isn't finished yet and I update every two weeks, but I'm trying to update every ten days or so!

What I love about Detroit: Become Human is that everything is tied together and that there are consequences to all sorts of player choices, no matter how minor those choices may be

If Connor saves the police man on the roof in the first chapter, he later reappears in "Public Enemy." But if Connor dies at least once before this chapter, he doesn't recognize the police man anymore when he tries to talk to him

I find that very interesting because it actually shows that data is lost during the memory transfer (just like Amanda mentions) and while this doesn't contribute to the overall plot, it serves as a great reminder that even small "failures" can have consequences in later chapters. Basically, it can be seen as a warning

It also begs the question of how much Connor would actually forget if he dies as many times as possible in the game and how much it'd impact his ability to continue solving the case

Would it only be very minor things, like Hank liking jazz music, or would he potentially forget major events that are important to the investigation?

And if he goes deviant after dying a few times, how would he cope with the memory loss from an emotional perspective?
