CONCEPT

Guided by the blazing Will of Fire, we built this OA to reignite the shinobi spirit in everyone. It’s more than just a name. It’s a call to rise, to fight, and to never give up. DATTEBAYO! 💥

Our setting takes place during the early days, when Naruto and his friends were still kids. There are no big missions or intense battles yet—just the fun and excitement of growing up as young ninjas. With this OA, we simply want to share that joy and invite everyone to experience the ninja life together.

We chose the name OYABUN—which means the big boss in Japanese—because “Sensei” didn’t quite match our vibe as CTs. Since we’re following the younger Naruto timeline, Oyabun felt more fitting. And, we’re the ones who train hard, laugh loud, and rally the whole squad together! 💥

REGULATIONS

🥷 Rules that every Ninja must follow:

Welcome to our open agency, where the spirit of Naruto lives on! While we embrace the world of anime, we only accept 3D characters. However, for those who use virtual idol face claims like PLAVE, special exceptions may be granted.

Only GENERAL type roleplays are accepted here. Sadly, we do not allow JFB, OOCRP, MVRP, SLOOC, SELFOL WITH NICK, or similar styles for now.

All face claims / stars are welcome, but we do not permit twin or multi-characters. One shinobi, one soul!

Each person may only register one account to join our ninja ranks. Remember, true ninja share the path with others. Don’t be greedy, and let’s keep the balance!

A new ninja will be welcomed under these conditions: your account must follow at least 50 people, stay active for 3 days, and have a minimum of 200 tweets. There is also a maximum following limit of under 600. Make sure your account is clean and ready before stepping into the ninja world.

We strictly enforce the rules for usernames and display names. Make sure your name clearly represents the character you're portraying.

Your muse information must be complete, including their name and date of birth, to ensure the true identity of every ninja is clear.

Every ninja dreams of making new friends and building strong connections. That is why we allow you to join multiple agencies and squads as long as you follow the rules. You can have up to 3 agency slots including us and 2 active squads. Choose your allies wisely.

When it comes to updating your character, only manual updates are allowed. No bots, no fan account retweets. A true shinobi writes their own story with their own hands.

Just a heads-up—don’t overdo it with the brackets, and try not to go too wild with the OOC tweets, dattebayo!

As academy students, we follow the academy rules. Any adult-themed activities are only allowed between 12:00 AM and 4:00 AM. Outside those hours, keep your focus sharp and your kunai sharper.

Our agency runs for 20 days of exciting missions and games. We expect every ninja to take part and give their best in the upcoming games. If you are unable to join, simply send a message to the base account with a clear reason. The village counts on you.

Our agency runs on a fast-paced 20-day mission, so the longest break you can take is 4 days. If you’re doing a temporary swap, you only get 3 days. Time flies in the ninja world, don’t fall behind!

Hiatus right after verification is not allowed. But if you need to change your face claim or switch accounts, we might give you some extra time, especially if you're an enemy of Elon Musk. But if it’s just something minor, you can only switch face claims or move accounts a maximum of two times a week.

Now for the final rule, every member of Covert Corps must stay active and interact with fellow ninja. A minimum of 10 tweets per day keeps the village alive and thriving. Let’s build strong bonds and a true ninja family. Secret cliques hiding in the shadows (CIC) are not allowed here.

🥷If such a deed is committed, the ninja will be cast out from the village, breaking all bonds.

A ninja shall be cast out from the village if they remain inactive for 3 days without any explanation, fail to appear within 24 hours after receiving verification, disappear for 24 hours after their hiatus ends, and become involved in any unpleasant conflict or drama.

Should a ninja violate the rules three times, they will face expulsion. The first and second offenses will result in punishment; however, upon the third violation, their status shall be revoked and they will be stripped of their title.

NOTES: Even if the rules may feel a bit strict, our goal is to build a place where every ninja feels welcome, supported, and surrounded by friends. So let’s have fun, grow together, and protect the bonds we share just like true comrades.
