“do you ever wonder what would have happened if you didnt do something that caused everything to fall apart?” Stella asked as she looked up at the stars.

“like I could have stayed in the circus. I could have not been a jerk to Kinger. I could have given Queenie space.”

“Queenie?”

“Yeah-” she looked at Jax with a blank expression. “Ya’know Kinger’s wife?”

“Oh yeah totally~” Jax replied sarcastically.

Stella looked back up at the stars in silence. A moment passed before she spoke again. “I think I would be relatively happy. Even if my only friend abstracted..." She paused. "I would have been happier without this scar.”

Jax coughed to break the tension. “You also had a friend who abstracted?”

looking back at Stella’s story that i made ever since the first episode came out… i fear she is exactly how Jax is.
