Been w3!GH!ng myself on and off the last few days and I was 120, went down to 118, stayed 118 today and I officially started my period. I normally gain 2 lbs and since I still havent gone up from 118 I'm gonna say I'm sitting around 116. I sure h0p3 anyways lmao.

preparing and sharing a meal with someone is an act of love and care.

i never say no to food given to me/prepared by someone i love or care about, because i’d be turning down their love. i rather work my ass of exercising and ⭐️ve while being alone and only eat when around people i love than turning down something they clearly put effort/money into specially for me.

i see a clear difference between the “food” i have while i’m alone (pretty much non existent) and the actual food i have when im around others.

i will not let this disorder turn me into someone who wastes food or demonizes it or the people who make it for me. i won’t let it turn me into an asshole.
