I sometimes get lost in my own head and everything gets jumbled. To remedy this I’ve started to consider the different moods as miniatures versions of me in my head. If you looked into my brain you would see a movie theater with a couple different versions chillen eating popcorn and discussing things with the main conscious at the helm. Sometimes when another mood wants to take over they push the other out of the way or a take a more violent approach. This really helps me organize my thoughts on a day to day basis
