Assignment #13
The most useful Information I have learn is about PDF. PDF is a format that allows sharing information to be easy. The way it makes it easy is because when you want to send a PDF to someone the format will look the same no matter what computer you open 聽the PDF file. This information was useful because it鈥檚 a great skill in life to know how to creat a PDF file.
I way I Incorporated PDF into my life was becuase I was applying for a job a couple months ago. In this job they only wanted PDF files. I have to send my resume and cover letter as a PDF file. I was like Oo snap I know how to do that. It was so great to have that knowledge and not stress over it. Yes, I will continue using PDF it鈥檚 such a great tool to understand because you can send any information to anyone and your file will look the same. That鈥檚 great becuase you do not want any information missing if you want sending important information to a person.

Assignment #12
Some of the common errors I faced using spreadsheet and presentation is when you tried to save into save as and then try to open it in a different software. Some of the errors I faced was that the software did want to open into another software. Or if it did open things where not in the correct place as they should be. Lastly, using different colors and different fonts on spreadsheet and presentation was awesome but sometimes when you open your work on a different software the color or font would changed to something you did not pick originally.
These problems will be resolved by us coming back together and talking about why did we face these issues. The many reason why we would face these issue is because each software is made differently and each software doesn鈥檛 all have the same technology. A great way I resolved the issue is I knew that every software didn鈥檛 have the same color so what I did is pick a common color that most software will have.
There were some consistency errors that some software did want to open up in other software but we knew the solution was because of the technology was not that same. It鈥檚 okay because I learn why this happened and it was okay if this was a consistent error.

Im not a computer gamer but I understand why it鈥檚 so popular. I can see why people can get so easy lost playing this game. When you know how to make things on minecraft things are so much easier.聽 My experience playing minecraft was difficult because I had no idea what I was doing聽 but then I got I hang of the game and crafted some things. I mean if I kind of enjoy playing Minecraft because it was a different environment not always being in a class room. Not a lot of kids can say they are playing Minecraft for class.聽聽

I used MS Word for my PDF I talked bout what I will be doing for some of the days in the week . The good thing about using PDF it is easy to send to people and it do not matter what kind of computer they have they will still have聽 the chance to open the PDF file.聽
I had to use PDF to send important information to one of my coworker. It worked great. I like using PDF at work.
