I’m fasting till wednesday or thursday, i picked up extra shifts at my 2nd job and im working my first job all this week so ill be distracted and too tired to even think abt food.
Im also on my way to the gym, im going to do full body along with cardio
cw: 134lbs, can’t weigh again till friday im already going crazy i just wanna be in the 120s i miss my lw. i will do anything to get there again idc.

Before a fast...
Before your fast, have a nutritional small meal when wanting to eat as less as you can! Make sure to drink a ton of water before and afterwards.
Have an app to track your time without food, this will help you get competitive according to your last PR.
Activities to distract.
When trying be distracted in order to not think about food, you may become so focused on not eating that it makes yourself hungry. So here are some things you can get sucked into to kill time.
Body Health :
YOGA!! The amount of health benefits that yoga has is amazing. So when you're ⭐️ving yourself, you can do digestive, calming, flexibility, and inner peace exercises. Imagine as soon as you reach your full potential, you'll have a flexible slim body and a calming and peaceful experience.
Drink Tea! Without sweetener tea can still be very enjoyable. I'm sure you'll learn to love it after drinking only water for most of your days. Also tea is very very good for those who smoke. Smoking causes weight loss but you don't want to sound trashy because your throat and lungs are damaged.
Work out... honestly I hate doing this. Along with that r3stricting is going to make your body weak and you'll be dizzy even standing up. So, try a dance workout. These are alot more fun, and if anything you can try a tiktok dance or something. Just get your body up.
Walk. Please just go on a walk after you've been done eating. Walking as soon as you start your fast is very very good for you. And if anything, go on a jog, or a run!
Productive :
Laundry. I'm sure now that the seasons are changing you have some summer clothes you don't need or don't fit. So make sure every item of clothing you own is washed and gather it all. With the pace that you're at, you won't even fit in them next year, so pick and get rid of clothes you don't/won't wear. Sell them!!
Daily Maintenance. When you are a teenager or young adult that is ⭐️ving be sure that you are taking care of yourself. Make a new morning routine if you feel lazy or rubbish. This will reset you completely and make sure you are doing the most you can to smell, feel, and look good.
Clean. Make your space tidy and neat, because if any mysterious tall sexy man knocks on your window to come in, your room and space looks and smells like heaven. JUST IN CASE.
Entertainment :
Read. Reading has gotten to be the best source of entertainment if you're on the road to full potential. You will develop an amazing vocabulary and that's gonna make you sound so sexy and educated.
Watch aesthetic movies. Get inspiration for your personality, and new you. Like let's all be for real, everything you're done watching a movie you're convinced you're different. Romanticize this time you have. And movies give you more ideas to talk about. (+th1nsp0 in edgy 2000's movies is crazy)
Game out. Everyone has a go-to game, so get addicted. Make the most out of your time and start a new project on minecraft/stardew/animal crossing/etc. and make progress in your game.
Most of all, don't forget where you came from in this process. Be sure to appreciate your past, present, and future.
