I think there is a place for anybody to be apart of the new Gotham and order should be properly returned to Gotham."

how are your DC boys celebrating Jason's birthday today?

Well in personal cannon, Draven and Jason are dating so dinner, rough sex, anything else Jason would want to do whether that be going to a gun range, sparring and training in the bat cave, spa day, staying in bed all day and watching shitty b rated euro movies, whatever.

Harley would probably offer free therapy sessions to Jason every year for his birthday in case he wants to ever talk about anything he's been through before and after dieing.

Oak might send Jason a bouquet of Jason's favorite flowers or just revitalize any plants Jason may be trying to take care of.
