There are no official unused executions for Super Danganronpa 2. Every single one is completely fan made. Spike Chunsoft has not acknowledged or approved of any fan executions. Every official source material(DR2 Artbook and DR1&2 Artbook) don’t mention any unused executions because SDR2 was written with a clear story in mind, unlike DR1 which was supposed to have multiple stories and endings before the direction of the game was shifted.
