Potion Making
Tumblr media
(Draco x reader)
Summary: Draco and reader are paired together in potions, and Draco completely messes with her the entire lesson.
I rushed down to the dungeons adjusting the heavy bag strap on my shoulder and clutching a stack of books, knowing that I was already late for potions.
Unfortunately, as I turned the corner, I ran into none other than Draco Malfoy, sending my books in all directions across the floor.
“Well, hello there L/N.”
I groaned and quickly started picking up my books from the floor. I’d already run into him three times this morning, and I couldn’t say that it was very enjoyable.
“Leave me alone, Draco. We’re late for class.”
“It’s just potions. Boring.” He complained.
“No, not boring. Important.”
Flustered, I pulled the strands of hair out of my face and gathered up my books.
I started heading towards class, however, Draco made this a difficult task by blocking my way, causing me to stop and glare at him.
“What are you doing?” I asked him, running out of patience.
He smirked and opened his mouth to speak, but I cut him off.
“Draco, I don’t have time for this right now, we’re so late.”
I pushed past him and walked into the classroom, hearing him sigh before following me.
As soon as we entered, I was met by Professor’s Snape’s cold glare as I watched his eyes flicker between the two of us.
“Professor Snape, I’m so sorry -”
“The tales of your incompetence do not interest me, Miss L/N.” He drawled coldly.
I heard Draco snigger behind me.
“…or Mister Malfoy,” continued Snape slowly. “Ten points from both your houses.”
“But -”
“Sit down before the both of you end up in detention.”
I frowned but quickly moved to the closest empty table, which happened to be at the very back of the classroom.
Unfortunately, there were two empty seats so Draco followed me and took a seat right beside me.
Snape turned around and started writing today’s instructions on the blackboard.
I could see Draco smirking out of the corner of my eye and I slapped him on the arm with my copy of Advanced Potion Making.
In return he hit me with his copy and I went to hit him back, but then Snape turned around and the both of us immediately turned back to the front, plastering innocent looks onto our faces whilst hiding our laughter.
He seemed to know that we were messing around but he probably didn’t care enough to do anything about it, because he just instructed everyone to start working.
I glance at the board.
Amortentia. In pairs.
Of course we were making amortentia. I couldn’t believe my luck.
Draco seemed to be happy about it, though I doubted that he had any idea how to brew amortentia, let alone any potion at all.
“Would you look at that, Y/N. You and I will be brewing amortentia together.”
I rolled my eyes at him, but I couldn’t help but smile, just a bit.
We got off to a pretty good start, however brewing the potion mostly consisted of me doing it all by myself whilst Draco commentated stupid things.
We were about two thirds the way through when Snape decided to walk around the classroom and observe how everyone was going.
I was adding in the crushed moonstone when I felt a hand along my thigh. My cheeks flushed red, and I found myself accidentally adding a pinch too many into the mixture.
Draco continued to rest his hand on my inner thigh, and I couldn’t do anything about it because at that exact moment, Snape walked by, causing me to draw in a sharp breath.
The potion started to hiss and sizzle, indicating that we’d completely messed it up. I felt my heart drop. No. Steam was supposed to be rising in spirals from it, not hissing and sputtering.
Draco started laughing at the shocked state on my face, however, Snape didn’t find it funny in the least.
I put down the flask of moonstone powder and subtly shoved Draco’s hand off my leg, hoping that Snape hadn’t realized.
“Mr Malfoy, I’m unaware if you’ve noticed, but your potion doesn’t appear to be rising in spirals of steam, which would mean that you have added too much moonstone powder.”
I shut my eyes. Malfoy stop smirking, you idiot.
“I suggest the two of you clean up this mess…”
“Yes, professor,” I replied quickly.
“… in detention.” he finished.
My mouth fell open, but before I could complain, he turned and walked off.
“Look what you’ve done.” I turned and said to Draco.
“Don’t pretend you’re not looking forward to spending a whole hour with me this afternoon.”
“Shut it, Malfoy.”
“Only for you, princess.”
At that I kicked him under the table, which led to him kicking me back, which then led to us having a full on battle under the table whilst trying to hold back our laughter until the end of class.

Prefect Privileges
Tumblr media
(Draco x reader)
Request: hey not sure if your taking requests at the moment but if you are could you please do a Draco x slytherin reader where they're both prefects and have a lot of banter when the patrol and fall in love with each other
A/N: Some of the facts in here aren’t accurate, eg. in this imagine I just wrote it with two prefects per house, but in the books there’s more for each house. But, please enjoy xx
Being a prefect came with its upsides, but of course, it also came with its downsides. And then again, it also came with those things that were both equally good and bad. One of those was Draco Malfoy.
It didn’t come as a surprise to anyone that the both of us were chosen as the two prefects of Slytherin in our fifth year.
After spending so much time together last year due to our duties, I discovered that he wasn’t all that bad in all honesty, once you get past the arrogance and cocky attitude I suppose.
Too bad he was always so annoying and never shut his mouth.
As I walked back down towards the common room, I found Draco hanging around in the left corridor on the seventh floor, outside the tapestry of Barnabas the Barmy.
“Oh look, it’s my favorite Slytherin prefect,” he said when he spotted me.
I walked over to him with a sarcastic smile.
“I thought your favorite prefect would be yourself, Malfoy,” I remarked.
“True, I am a pretty good prefect.”
“Yeah, you totally don’t just try and take house points from Harry Potter at all times for absolutely no reason.”
“There is a reason. I hate him.”
I rolled my eyes. I never understood what he held against Harry.
“What are you doing here anyways, Malfoy?"
“Nothing.”
“Just admiring your self portrait?” I asked, looking at the tapestry opposite us.
“Huh, funny, Y/L/N,” he said sarcastically, trying to hide his impression.
Even though we were pretty close now, we still both called acknowledged other on a last name basis.
“Your obviously doing something here, but we have other places to be right now. We’re on patrol tonight, did you forget?”
“No, but I really thought you would forget.”
“Excuse me?”
“Do you remember last year, when you used to always forget to come to potions on time because you had been studying the night before?”
“Shut up.”
“Don’t you remember working with me?” he smirked.
Of course I remembered. Snape had made me work with Draco for the whole year and I pretty much did all the work.
“Yes, I do remember Snape making me your partner when I came in late, but I believe it was because nobody else wanted to work with you. I wonder why.”
“Ouch, Y/L/N.”
I rolled my eyes again at him.
”Come on.”
“Are you sure we have to go? I’d much rather spend the night with you in the common room.”
“No Draco. And who said I’d want to spend a night with you anyways?”
He only smiled and started walking off. I thought I hated it when he did that. So why did my heart just start beating like that?
Patrol that night was pretty uneventful. All the students seemed to be exhausted from today’s quidditch match, so nobody was really wandering the corridor at night.
Strangely, I enjoyed just walking around with Draco at night and being in each other’s company.
“See Y/N, there’s nobody here, let’s just go back to the common room.”
“We can’t.”
“You’re such a goody-two-shoes.”
I glared at him and even through the darkness I could see the smirk. That smirk.
“I am not. And stop smirking I hate you.”
“Only if you come with me.”
“No.
“Y/N.”
“No. Wait. Did you just call me by my first name?”
“Maybe I did.”
“Why’d you do that?” I asked.
“Same reason I’m about to do this.”
Before I could react, Draco had leaned in to kiss me, and I found myself kissing him back. I never knew how much I had wanted him to kiss me until this moment.
“I love you Y/N.”
“I might love you too, Draco. But don’t get all conceited and everything, I said I might.”
“It’s ok I know you do too,” he whispered into my ear.
“How?”
“Your kiss told me.”

Opposites Attract
Tumblr media
(Fred x Ravenclaw reader)
Requested by: @my-unique-mind
Hi! Can you write a Fred Weasley x Ravenclaw!Reader imagine? The reader is a bookworm, and is often found in the library. She and Fred are almost complete opposites. Fred is intrigued by the “different” girl you can say and they start hanging out. Introducing each other to their life, with things the other would never do. Ends with a cute passionate kiss?
A/N: this one’s a little longer than usual, but it was so fun to write and I hope you like it xx
I sat at one of the tables in the library, reading The Tales of Beedle the Bard for the hundredth time. It was a late Friday night, so there weren’t many people. I loved spending my free time at the library. It was definitely my favorite place at Hogwarts.
After a while, I felt someone eyes watching me, and I looked around to find a red-headed Gryffindor boy leaning on one of the nearby bookshelves. As soon as I looked up and caught his eye, he winked at me, then slowly turned a corner and disappeared.
I frowned. That was strange. Was that a Weasley boy?
I was so distracted by what had just happened, that the words on the page weren’t even making full sentences anymore.
Not being able to read anymore, I picked up my book and headed out of the library towards the common room.
On Saturday morning, I made my way to library, as per usual, to study for various subjects.
I headed towards my usual table near the center of the library, but today, it was already occupied by someone else.
He looked up as I approached the table with a stack of books in hand.
I recognized him immediately as the Gryffindor beater. Fred? I think that was him. Although, it could very well be George…
“Is it alright for me to sit here?” he asked me.
“Um, yeah, sure, no problem,” I replied, still a bit confused.
He smiled, making his brown eyes shine, which I totally got lost in for a moment.
I sat myself next to him, dropping my books onto the table.
Although I usually liked to read alone, I found that I didn’t actually mind having him sit by my side.
“I’m Fred, by the way.”
“Y/N.”
“Well, that sure is a beautiful name.”
As much as I tried to hide it, I felt my cheeks turn warm, and when he smiled, they only blushed harder.
“What are you reading?”
“Just some stuff that Professor Snape made us read for homework. We have to write an essay on non verbal spells. It wasn’t even his class and he gave us homework,” I complained lightly.
He laughed.
“I have a better idea.”
“Pardon?”
“Come with me, Y/N. Leave your books, we can come back.”
And with that he smiled so widely that I found myself unable to do anything but take his hand and wonder about the adventures that were about to take place.
It felt strange. Walking out of the library after having entered so soon ago. Strange, but good.
“Where are we going, Fred?” I laughed as I was led down the tapestry corridor.
“Snape’s storeroom,” he smirked back at me.
“What?” I asked, still laughing.
Before I knew it, Fred had broken us into a room lined with jars, all containing ingredients to be used in potions.
“Incredible, isn’t it?”
I looked around. It was actually quite a strange feeling to be standing there in Snape’s storeroom with Fred, who was smiling like a smug idiot.
“Come on, Y/N.”
I opened my mouth to ask what we were actually doing in here, but Fred answered my question by taking out random jars and placing them in another position, rearranging multiple shelves at once.
“Fred!” I hissed, indicating for him to stop and looking around nervously.
“It’s fine, George and I do it all the time, he never knows who it is.”
Fred took out a jar of dried nettles and handed it to me. I took it slowly, still cautious.
“Go on, Y/N,” he smiled. “You may place it anywhere that your heart desires.”
I stepped forward and moved it to one of the top shelves. Fred smiled, causing me to smile back.
Soon, the entire cupboard was rearranged and we walked back outside trying to act casual as though nothing had happened, though we were both terrible actors.
When we passed Snape near the library, both of us were struggling to hold our laughter, and the moment he turned the corner, we both burst out laughing.
I found that with Fred I had had a surprisingly good time.
“Will I get to see you again, Y/N?” he asked.
“I would like that.”
“Then I shall see you around, m’ lady.”
“What a gentleman,” I laughed and waved goodbye.
“I knew I’d find you here.”
I looked up to find Fred Weasley standing opposite me, in a gorgeous red and gold beanie.
“Hi Fred,” I smiled at him.
“How is my favorite Ravenclaw witch on this frosty winter morning?”
He leaned against the table and crossed his arms, with a smile warm as a hug.
Unfortunately I was so lost in the book that I didn’t even have time to reply before he started speaking again.
“It’s the weekend, what are you doing here in the library on the weekend, come on.” he teased.
I rolled my eyes playfully and extremely dramatically, which made him laugh.
“So, what are we reading today?” he asked.
“The Tales of Beedle the Bard,” I replied, glancing back down at my book.
He let out a light chuckle.
“Do you wanna sit?”
“Why yes, thank you, Miss Y/N, I would love to,” he grinned. “Except, let me get a book first, so that I can read beside you.”
He dashed off and in only a matter of seconds, was back with two books in his hands.
“I brought two, just in case I got bored.”
“You’re an idiot,” I joked.
“Yes, but a very cute idiot, hey?”
He wiggled his eyebrows before sitting down, which made me laugh again.
I think I actually heard someone shush us from another row, which surprised me a bit, because usually I would have been the one telling others to be quiet, but I didn’t really mind that much.
Fred sat by my side as I read my book, and it was nice having a friend. I enjoyed his company so much, I didn’t even realize how long we had stayed there.
“Y/N, you’re really beautiful, and I love reading next to you, but we’ve got to go eat dinner.”
I checked the time. Wow. I didn’t realize it was that late already.
“Wait, you think I’m pretty?”
“Not pretty, beautiful.”
I blushed, packing away my books.
“Were you actually reading just now, or were you just watching me?” I asked with a tiny smirk.
“Why couldn’t I do both? I mean, I don’t feel there is any reason as to why I should deprive myself from such a beautiful view,” he replied with a wink.
“You absolute idiot, Fred,” I laughed, and slapped him on the arm.
“Y/N?”
“Yes, Fred?”
“Meet me at the astronomy tower, midnight?”
I nodded before I could stop myself, and with that he walked off.
I lay awake in my dorm, waiting for midnight. The time was passing excruciatingly slowly tonight, and I constantly found myself checking the time.
As I laid in the dark listening to the soft breathing of a fast asleep Luna, my mind was all but calm.
It was crazy to think that I could have fallen for the ginger Gryffindor. Maybe what was even crazier was that he seemed to have fallen for me too.
Our worlds were so different, but maybe that’s what made us so close. Maybe it was the fact that Fred was the only person who had bothered to notice me when I was sitting alone in the library, or maybe it was the way that he loved sharing his tricks and pranks with me.
In only these short few days I had laughed more than I had ever thought humanely possible, I had felt levels of adrenaline like never before, and I also definitely spent less time alone in the library. I laughed softly to myself.
Before long, I found myself creeping out of bed, careful not to trod on any of Luna’s scattered personal belongings, which she had said ‘were not to be moved otherwise it might mess with the circulating energy’.
Slowly I made my way out of the common room and headed towards our determined meeting spot. My heart was pounding, and I could feel the adrenaline racing through my body.
Even though I was absolutely terrified of being caught, something kept me going. Never before had I done anything like this, and to think that Filch and Mrs Norris would be lurking around the castle ready to catch ‘students out of bed’ was terrifying.
“Y/N,” a voice whispered and pulled me around the corner.
Before I had time to react, I recognized my kidnapper to be a certain Weasley twin.
“Fred!” I hissed. “Bloody hell, you scared me so bad.”
He let out a soft laugh.
The moonlight illuminated his smile, and all I could really think about in that moment was being there with him.
“Well, how about I make it up to you then?” he asked, tucking a piece of my hair behind my ear.
I looked up at him, expecting him to say more.
But in only a matter of seconds, he had leaned down and his lips were pressed on mine. Soon I was kissing him back, running my hands through his hair. A kiss had never ever felt so special.
Neither one of us wanted to stop, but we broke apart at the sound of footsteps. Instantly, Fred pulled my hand and we ran down the corridor. My heart rate picked up and a smile lit up my face.
It was strange, but I had to admit that sneaking out with Fred and running away from Filch in the dark was probably the funnest thing I had done since I had gotten to Hogwarts.
And as we ran down those corridors, laughing like complete idiots in love, I knew that my life had forever changed upon meeting Fred Weasley.

Holidays at Hogwarts
Tumblr media
(Draco x reader)
Imagine: Draco finding out that you’re staying at Hogwarts during the Christmas holidays, so he decides to join you…
An almost relaxed atmosphere fell upon the school, much needed after such a long term, as the students reminisced over the last night’s banquet and chatted eagerly regarding upcoming plans.
The school was filled with students bustling about, all in a hurry to get home to their families. Even the teachers were grateful for a holiday after the recent events.
As the snow fell outside covering the grounds with white, one lonely Gryffindor girl sat in the Great Hall watching Professor Flitwick enchanting the decorations to hang themselves on the Christmas tree.
“Bye Y/N! Have a Merry Christmas, okay?” called Fred, causing me to turn my head away from the floating baubles.
“And find a way to annoy Snape for us, will ya?” added George as he ran out into the snow after his brother.
I smiled and then laughed. These two always knew how to make me smile. They had even given me tips on how to annoy Professor Snape, who was always around the castle during the holidays.
Not long after, the trio came by, saying their goodbyes and wishing me a Merry Christmas. After a quick chat, with them reassuring that they’d write to me and a final group hug, I watched them depart, out into the snow just as Fred and George has just done not long ago.
I sat back down at the wooden table. It was just going to be me, myself and I for the holidays.
My parents had decided that it would be best for me to stay at school for the holidays, because things weren’t going so well at home. At first I was quite disappointed, but in the past week I’ve had just enough time to brainstorm ways to pass time.
For starters, I could go to the library, I could search for the Room of Requirement that the twins had told me so much about, I could chase down Professor Snape knowing that he couldn’t deduct house points as school hadn’t started.
I let my mind wander until I was interrupted by an abrupt shout from behind me.
“Y/L/N!”
I turned around to find Draco coming up to me, pulling a brown luggage with a bag slung over his shoulder. I sighed. It wasn’t that I didn’t like him, but the trio definitely did not approve of him constantly turning up wherever I was.
“Hi Draco,” I said slowly, as he climbed into the bench opposite me.
‘Happy Christmas, Y/N,” he said, overly cheerful.
“What are you doing here?” I questioned him.
“Well, I was about to get on the train, but then I found out that you would be staying here over the holidays, and since there’s basically no one else here for weeks, I decided I should join you.”
“You’re not going home?”
“No, I’m not.”
“And it’s too late for you to go back home now, since the train’s left?”
“Yes, of course, so you have officially become the luckiest witch in the school, because we’re spending the holidays together.”
I frowned. “That’s not…”
“And you don’t need to worry about my parents, Miss Y/L/N, they’ll understand. Now you get to spend time with me without Potter being around” he grimaced upon pronouncing my best friend’s name, to which I had to laugh.
Even though Hermione, Ron and especially Harry were completely against me being friends, if we even were, with Draco, there was nothing I could do to stop myself from laughing sometimes. He could be such a drama queen.
Although Draco wasn’t exactly the best company in the world, at least some company is better than none, I guess.
“Hang on, Draco,” I said slowly, “You couldn’t possibly be jealous of Mr. Potter, could you?” I said with a smirk.
“What? No!”
I raised an eyebrow at him.
“No, of course not, Potter has got nothing on me,” he added arrogantly with a hint of agitation.
I laughed, got up and walked around to his side of the table.
“Well, I have a lot of things to do these holidays, so, let’s get started.”
It took him a moment to process my sentence, but then he replied, “Right, ok, just let me go and unpack and then we can do whatever you like, babe.”
“Ok wait, if we’re going to be hanging out, we need rules. And rule number one, do not call me babe.” I said as he got up and placed a hand on his luggage.
“No can do,” he smirked. “Now stay here and I will be back in five minutes, babe.”
I rolled my eyes at his retreating figure and sat back down. For some inexplicable reason I was actually quite glad that he would be staying with me, though I wasn’t going to let him know that.
In a few short moments, the blonde Slytherin ran back into the Hall with a small package in his hand.
“Open it,” he said, dropping it onto the table.
“Is this for me?”
“Just open it.”
I looked up at him once more, before carefully opening the wrapping to find a beautiful necklace with a single diamond rose.
“Draco, I… I don’t know what to say,” I stuttered, looking back at him.
He had the usual smug little smirk on his face, but this time, I didn’t feel the urge to want to wipe it off his face.
“Here, I’ll put it on for you,”
“You really shouldn’t have, Draco.”
“No, no, I wanted to, Y/N.”
“Now you can think of me, even when I’m not around and you’re forced to look at Potter all day.”
I laughed and allowed him to put the necklace around my neck.
“Merry Christmas, Y/N,”
“Thank you, Draco. Merry Christmas. I think we’re going to have a lot of fun here at the castle.”

Capture the Flag
Tumblr media
(Eric x reader)
Requested by: @jasonmccannsgirl8699
Imagine: Being on Eric’s team for capture the flag during initiation…
The train rumbled steadily along the tracks, as the sky outside darkened. Not more than 15 minutes ago, we were being yelled at by Eric to put on vests and jump on the train, with the threat of being cut if we missed ‘war games’. I guessed it was probably a team game or something, with some sort of crazy Dauntless twist.
“Alright everyone! Listen up!”
“The game is simple, it’s like capture the flag,” Four’s voice boomed through the train compartment, forcing me to turn around and listen.
I watch as Eric picks a gun, holds it up, and then proceeds to shoot one of the other initiates in the leg, after she had whispered something to her friend. She collapsed to the ground and sweared in an almost comedic way, and I might’ve laughed had I been able to focus on something other than the pain this dart could cause. Were they trying to kill us?
Eric started to explain the gun, which was designed to ‘simulate the pain of real gunshot’. When he started to explain the rules though, I kind of tuned out. My mind was racing so fast I couldn’t even listen, and I wondered if anyone else could hear my heart, beating with adrenaline.
“… Two teams, Four and I are captains.”
Before Four could even open his mouth, Eric spoke again.
“Y/N. You’re with me.”
What? I raised an eyebrow at him, confused as to why he would pick me first, but there was almost no emotion on his face, except for that tiny smirk that formed on the corner of his mouth. I hated that and he knew it.
He just turned back to face Four, allowing him to choose his first initiate.
I wasn’t expecting Eric to pick me to be on his team. Usually, he would just yell at me whenever I was doing something wrong, or make me run extra laps, and then when I pointed out that it was unfair, he’d add more.
But I guess it was better to be on his team, because that way he wouldn’t be aiming that gun at me. Thank goodness.
Soon we hopped off the train, and Four led his group away.
“Gather ‘round,” Eric ordered us in a hushed tone.
An initiate spoke up, only to be interrupted by a impatient Eric.
‘We need a strategy, maybe we could -”
“You, do not get to decide the plan of attack, initiate. The plan is simple. We hide our flag up at the top of that tower,” he paused to point at a tall building a few meters away, “and we split up into offense and defense.”
“Aren’t you even going to listen to what he was going to say?” I spoke up. After all, these were our games to play as well.
Eric looked at me. And he started pacing towards me, causing my heart to skip a beat. Everyone else watched in silence and anticipation.
“Are you questioning me, initiate?” he whispered once he was standing so close we were almost touching.
I tried not to let his intimidating figure or strangely calm voice scare me.
“No, I just think that you should at least hear him out, don’t you?” I replied, standing up a little straighter. I was not going to let him scare me.
After a moment of silence, that dragged on to feel like a minute, he spoke again.
“Fine. What’s your strategy, initiate?” He asked turning back to the boy.
While the initiate was talking, I frowned. I didn’t actually expect Eric to listen to me, or him for that matter.
“Ok, let’s go with your plan.”
What? He was acting so out of character tonight. Almost nicer. Maybe war games bring out the best in people like Eric.
“But if we lose, the weight is on your shoulders, Y/N.”
“Me? What, why?”
“Because you were the one who said I should listen to other people.”
I sighed. And here I was, thinking Eric was nicer tonight.
“Let’s go!”
The team started splitting up and I just ran after them, until Eric grabbed me by the arm.
“Where are you going?”
It was just the two of us left standing there.
“Um, following the team?”
“Were you not listening?” He hissed. “You’re with me.”
“Why?”
“That was the plan. Why do you never listen?”
I rolled my eyes.
“Well I would have listened if I knew I had to be paired with you.” I shot back at him and pulled my arm out of his grasp.
Eric turned around and started running and it took me a split second to react and then start following him.
He ran so fast it took me so much effort to keep up with him. I didn’t even know where we were going.
“What’s the plan?” I whisper-yelled at him in the dark, if that’s what you call it.
He stopped so I could catch up with him, and he stopped so suddenly I nearly ran into his back.
“We’re going to get Four’s flag.”
“How do you know where it is?”
“They always hide it there. It’s a bad hiding spot.”
“Well where is this ‘bad hiding spot’?” I asked, quoting Eric.
“Stop asking so many questions. Just follow.”
“Eric, I thought this was a team game, not ‘Eric vs. Team Four. How is this a team game if you don’t even tell me where the flag is?”
“Excuse me?”
“Tell me where the flag is or I’m not coming with you.” I said, folding my arms across my chest.
“I don’t think you’re in the position to make demands, Y/N.” Eric said, and as he did, he held up his gun in one hand and smirked.
“You wouldn’t shoot me. I know you wouldn’t. Because I’m on your team, and you need me to beat Four.”
He faltered for a second.
Just when I had seemed to outsmart Eric, there was loud yelling in the distance.
I couldn’t distinguish whether the yelling had come from our team or Four’s, but nevertheless, my heart-rate picked up again. Adrenaline was pumping through my veins and any fear had long gone now, probably because I felt so excited about leaving Eric speechless.
“Go!” I hissed at Eric.
“What?”
“Go! Go! Where’s the flag? Go!” I whispered, making an hurried gesture with my arms for him to go find the flag.
Not a moment too soon, he started running and I followed him.
We got to a tall building with ladders, that were surrounded with smaller structures.
When he stopped I was going to ask where the flag was again, but I heard the yelling of Four’s team, and this time it was much, much closer.
So close, that 3 initiates started shooting in our direction.
All 3 of them started yelling out things that I couldn’t even hear because of the noise, and I pulled out my gun and started shooting as well.
However, Eric stopped me and nearly pushed me into the ladder.
“The flag is up there. GO!” He yelled at me, then turned around and started firing bullets at Four’s team.
Not wasting a moment, I started climbing the ladder. My legs were burning but I kept climbing until I got to the top and hopped on to the top of the building.
I sighed in relief, having avoided any darts, but my victory was short-lived.
Standing right in front of the flag was another initiate. As soon as he saw me his gun was up in the air so fast, I didn’t even have time to pull out mine.
I panicked. Of course they were going to have defense guarding the flag. Why hadn’t I thought of this?
“Give me one reason not to shoot you.” He threatened menacingly.
Before I had time to speak, he suddenly jerked forward and yelled in pain. As he crumpled to the ground and dropped his gun, I looked over and saw the figure of none other but the Dauntless leader standing with his gun slung over one shoulder.
“You’re welcome initiate.”
“Thank you, Eric.”
He shrugged but I knew that meant he’d heard me.
“Told you I knew how to win.” He smirked again, and pointed at Four’s flag.
“I can’t believe you shot him!” I shouted. “Isn’t he your favorite initiate?”
“Yes. He is at the top of the scoreboard. But I think I like our 2nd ranked initiate better.”
I rolled my eyes. “Oh really?”
“Yeah, her name’s Y/N. Except she never listens and she can be really stupid, and -”
“Yeah, yeah I got it.” I said sarcastically, but smiled.
The feeling of winning Capture the Flag felt great, winning with Eric felt even greater, but him calling me his favourite initiate was probably the nicest thing he’d ever said to me, and it just made everything so much more incredible. And that was enough for me.
“Take the flag.” I smiled at him. The yelling and sound of guns in the distance faded. All I could focus on was the gleaming amber flag waving in front of us.
He didn’t move.
“Eric, hurry up and take the flag.”
“No, Y/N. It’s your initiation.”
“Don’t you want to beat Four and his team?”
“Hurry up and just take the damn flag before I shoot you.”
I laughed. He really hadn’t changed at all. I stepped forward and lifted up the flag. The feeling of immense victory overcame me and all I could do was celebrate the moment.
Our team cheered below us, others clapped, and I heard the distinct groans of Four’s team. The feeling was sensational. Just standing there, with Eric, and feeling as though I was on top of the world.

Giving you a hard time
Tumblr media
(Eric x reader)
Imagine: Eric giving you a hard time at Dauntless
A/N: Sorry this one’s a little short, I just wanted to post something because I haven’t written in a while xx
I walked along the dim empty stone corridors, heading quickly towards the infirmary. My right arm was throbbing with pain after sparring with one of the guy initiates that Eric had paired me with, so I had left to get some help.
I heard rough, heavy footsteps coming from behind me and I turned around to find Eric walking towards me in the distance.
“Y/N!” he called out, eyeing me angrily.
I really didn’t have the energy to deal with him right now, so I quickened my pace and walked away in the other direction. He had been giving me a hard time ever since I transferred to Dauntless and I really didn’t need to see him right now.
Luckily, I seemed to lose him as the footsteps faded.
However, as I turned the corner, about to head into the infirmary, I felt a strong hand close tightly around my wrist, pulling me away in the opposite direction.
The tight grip bruising my wrist could only belong to one person: Eric.
He stopped me abruptly, causing me to wince as I felt my body being shoved into the stone wall. Without releasing the tight grip on my wrist, he placed his other arm against the wall, trapping me between him and the wall.
I felt my breathing hitch as I pushed myself further into the wall, ignoring the pain digging into my back, as I tried to create more distance between him and myself.
He only leaned in closer. The closing gap between our two bodies made my heart race, but I was determined not to show the effect he had on me.
“Where the hell do you think you’re going, initiate?” he hissed.
“To the infirmary to get my arm patched up. I’m sure you saw what happened in there, Eric.” I said looking upwards at the Dauntless leader. I would not let him get to me.
The angry expression on his face did not change in the slightest.
“Did I tell you to go to the infirmary?”
“No, I let myself go.” I replied as I tried to pull my arm out of his grip. It unsuccessfully resulted in him gripping my wrist tighter and me shutting my eyes to block out the pain. I hated it when he did that - it just proved how much power he had over me.
“You don’t get to make the rules around here, initiate.” he said, emphasizing the word initiate.
“Training isn’t finished yet. Get back inside. You can go to the infirmary later” He ordered and released me as though nothing had happened.
As he disappeared into the shadows, I didn’t even realize I had been holding my breath this whole time until a sigh escaped my lips and the pain in my wrist from when Eric had grabbed me was now throbbing more than my injured arm.

Imagine: Inviting Barry Allen to a ball, but at first he’s reluctant to go.
“There’s not gonna be dancing, is there? I’m just not too good on my feet.”
“Of course there’ll be dancing, Barry! It’s a ball!”
“Y/N..”
“Come on, it’ll be fine, I’ll teach you!”
“Ok,” he reluctantly replies, followed by his goofy smile.

Training to be a leader pt. 2
Tumblr media
(Eric x reader)
Imagine: Eric training you to be a Dauntless leader - part 2
part 1
I dragged my tired self into Eric’s office for the second time this week. My eyes scanned idly around the room. I had never really realized how organized everything was. Of course it would be. Ex-erudite, I thought to myself.
A cough brought my attention back to the man sitting at his desk with the usual scowl on his face.
“I need you to go and get something from Tori. She’s up at the control room, you have 5 minutes,” he said, before turning back at his computer.
“Excuse me?” I asked, questioning the relation between this task and my leadership training.
He looked back up at me and raised an eyebrow. I could tell he wasn’t expecting me to respond back to him, but now that I was almost a leader, I felt like I had a newfound confidence, which allowed to me to say whatever I liked to Eric. And I liked it.
I stood there with my hands on my hips, while we both waited for the other to say something.
After a while, he looked at his watch and replied, “You have four minutes left.”
I rolled my eyes, let out a sigh and walked back out the glass doors that I had entered less than 5 minutes ago.
“It’d be smart to run, Y/N,” he called out after me and I waved a hand in dismissal.
When I made my way up to the top of the control room, Tori was sitting there with a large cardboard box at her feet.
“Hey, Y/N, have you seen Eric?” she asked me.
“You mean the devil? Yeah, I just had training with him and I was left lying on the floor in the gym for 10 minutes.” I complained, knowing she would understand.
She gave me a sympathetic look and I replied with a shrug.
“Oh well, I’m ok now, but he sent me up here to get something from you?”
“Yes, well he was supposed to collect these from me, but I didn’t know he was sending you to get them,” she replied uncertainly, “the box is quite heavy, are you sure you’ll be able to carry them? I would help, but I’m supposed to be...”
‘No no, it’s fine, you can go, I’ll be fine” I cut her off, knowing that a grumpy Eric would be waiting for me downstairs. She smiled with a slight sign of relief and headed down the stairs.
I motioned towards the box and tried to lift it. Wow. It was real heavy. Thanks Eric. There was no way I was going to be able to get this huge box back to his office in less than 2 minutes. So I didn’t even bother trying. It was nice to finally be able to not obey Eric without fearing the consequences.
After what felt like an eternity, I dropped the box of who-knows-what in front of Eric and collapsed onto the floor again.
“I thought I asked for it in 5 minutes. Not 25.” He stood up and walked over to me with a disapproving look.
“Well, I’m so sorry,” I snapped back at him. “What in the world is in this box?”
“None of your business.” He turned back to his desk. “Get up, you have things to do.”
At first I was surprised. He let it go that easily? I was sure nothing good was going to come out of this.
I pushed myself up and sat on his desk as he turned around to reach something behind his desk.
‘Get off my desk.” He said turning around and handing me a large stack of papers in a cream colored folder.
I slid off to grab the folder, but not before eyeing him with a look of defiance and rebelliance that I knew he would hate. And I was right. The moment he realized I was messing with him on purpose, he seemed to snap. I smiled. But not for long.
“File these in alphabetical order,” he ordered. “And you’re not leaving until you’re finished and I’m happy.”
Before I could say another word, he huffed and walked right out of the office, leaving me utterly confused, tired and speechless all at the same time.

Studying with Draco
Tumblr media
(Draco x reader)
Imagine: Draco annoying you while you’re trying to study in the library
I dropped my stack of books onto a desk in the back of the library and sat down. Everyone had been celebrating in the common room after the quidditch match, so I had sneaked out to study in peace.
I pulled out my copy of Advanced Potion-Making to continue where I had left off last time, but before my eyes even reached the first line, I was interrupted again.
“Y/N!”
Draco. I sighed. He just always seemed to know how to annoy me at exactly the wrong time.
I looked up and saw him walking towards me with a smug look on his face.
“I knew I’d find you here,” he said, helping himself to the seat opposite me.
“Studying again are we?”
“Draco, don’t you have somewhere else to be or something?”
“No, not really, don’t mind me, you just keep reading, nerdogriff,”
I rolled my eyes at him.
“I hope Madam Pince kicks you out.”
“Why would she do that?”
“Because you’re annoying me.”
“The library doesn’t revolve around you, Y/N, even though you probably think it does.” he laughed to himself while I glared at him.
“I’ll hex you,” I replied, while trying to simultaneously read my notes.
“I’d like to see you try, actually I think that would land yourself a detention from Snape. And besides, I’m just sitting here. This is a public library Y/L/N.”
“Don’t call me that, my name’s Y/N.”
“Oh, I’m so sorry, your highness,” he said in a mocking voice, to which I replied by kicking his leg harshly under the table, causing him to whinge in pain.
“I’m hurt. I’m hurt. Oh nooooo” he wailed dramatically and then laughed again.
“You’re not even funny Draco.” I replied.
I wasn’t looking at him, but I could see him fake an offended expression from across the table.
“How long are you going to stay here for?” I asked him.
“As long as it takes for you to stop studying for once and have some fun.”
“Well then, that could take a while, but in the meantime, I guess you could study with me,” I said, sliding him a textbook from the top of my pile and returning back to my potions, to which he groaned.

Water fight
Tumblr media
(Kai Parker x reader)
Imagine: Kai and you have a water fight in the real world, right before your exam.
I closed my eyes as I lay on the soft green grass with a floppy hat placed on top of my eyes. A light breeze rustled the leaves in the trees around me, allowing me to relax a little before my business studies exam.
I yawned, ready to just sleep, however, I felt a sharp cold blast of water hit my cheek. Quickly, I lifted up my hat to find Kai leaning over me with a water gun in his hands and a mischievous grin on his face.
“Kai!” I shouted, while trying to wipe away the water that was now dripping onto my neck.
“Hi Y/N,” he replied, tilting his head and looking down at me with a smirk.
I looked around. No one seemed to notice that he was now standing on top of me.
“Kai, what are you doing here?” I demanded and sat up, “And why the hell do you have a water gun in the middle of spring you psycho?”
“Don’t worry, Y/N, I’m not going to hurt anyone. We’re just going to have some fun.”
“What kind of fun?” I asked skeptically.
He just smiled at me and shot me with another blast of water making me scream.
“Kai! Stop it!”
Of course, he didn’t listen but instead aimed at my shirt and started laughing at my failed attempt to get up.
“Oh Y/N, come on, didn’t you miss me?” he asked, reaching out a hand to help me up.
I narrowed my eyes and glared at him. He just smirked again so I motioned forward as if to grab his hand, but instead, I grabbed the gun out of his other hand and took off.
I ran a meter, trying to put some distance between Kai and myself so that I could turn back and shoot him, however, when I turned around he had disappeared. I was completely confused and started look around for him.
“Y/N, looking for me?” came a voice behind me, making me jump.
I turned around to find he had another gun in his hand and was pointing it at me. Instinctively, I raised my gun at him too.
“Y/N, Y/N, Y/N,” he tutted, “are you really pointing my own gun at me?” he asked playfully.
I gave him a cheeky look and pulled my arm back, ready to shoot. However, I wasn’t fast enough.
I was immediately shot by Kai, making me scream again. He laughed at my reaction and continued to shoot me.
I pointed the gun at him and shot him, however, no water came out. I was confused because I could feel that there was still water in the gun.
“Kai! What did you do to the gun?” I yelled at him.
“I may have done a little spell on it to stop you from being able to shoot me.”
“That’s so cheating!”
“Actually, I call it winning,” he said moving closer to me and lowering his gun.
I made a face at him and took the opportunity to throw my gun, well, his gun, at him, however, he just caught it in his free hand. He smirked again and I rolled my eyes at him.
Then he dropped the two guns on the floor and pulled me close. My eyes widened in shock as he lent in close to my face. He tilted his head as though he was about to kiss me, but then something in him seemed hesitant and he pulled away and stood back up straight quickly.
I stared back up at him, searching his eyes. I could tell he was probably still feeling confused about any emotions he had recently started to feel.
Without thinking twice, I tiptoed up and kissed him, as he kissed me back.
When we pulled apart, I smiled at him, and slowly he smiled back at me.
However, slowly the smile turned into another smirk.
“Hey, Y/N, I think you might want to get changed before your exam. Unless, of course, you like the cold.”
I looked down at my white shirt that was now almost see-through. Shit. I checked my watch. I had 5 minutes.
He took one look at my exasperated expression, picked up the guns and ran off before I could even say anything else.
