So - What Is it?

Here’s a little snippet about the project! “A new narrative dance production featuring an original jazz score played live by the band Hansu-Tori and live illustration alongside new original choreography.” Drawing inspiration from the 2013 cult anime film Wolf Children (Dir. Mamoru Hosoda), Wolves Are People Too will follow the paths of two half-wolf, half-human children as they mature into society. This unique production is propelled by a collaborative trio of expressive mediums, created by three of Birmingham's most exciting emerging artists. This production is supported by Arts Council England, Birmingham Royal Ballet, Town Hall & Symphony Hall - Jazzlines and Stoney Lane Records. Join us in April 2016 for this exciting new production, propelled by this dynamic combination of creative contemporary art forms.
