Calling all fandom artists!

The FC team is always looking for more ways to help include our fandom's creators and would like to know if any of our artists would be open to allowing their work to be utilized to create future FC banners.

The artist would keep all rights to their work, would be given appropriate credit, and would have the ability to opt out/pull their work at any time.

Previously, we have included this option in our voting forms, but wanted to extend the offer beyond that since not everyone votes each term. For those who have already given consent, you do not need to fill out the form unless wanting to submit particular artworks.
