I would to say something special too, but you do have a point, Ronnie, I’d probably repeat myself as well, so... just know that I’m extremely glad to be able to call you my friend! And that scaredy-cat one-year-ago-me found the courage to actually write to you, because this website wouldn’t be the same, if that hadn’t happened ♥

I was looking for something in my archive and then I found out that on this day one year ago, @daybreaksims and I talked for the very first time! I wanted to say something special, but I’m fairly sure I’d repeat myself, so just…thank you for our friendship, it means a lot to me. Even if you’ve been gone for a few days now, but that’s okay, we have talked about that ♥

Before it’s time to head to school, though, there’s yet another birthday gift that Yelena wants to test out: the swing set.

The following morning, Yelena is feeling more positive towards the whole school deal. Even if not in her class, there will be a few people there that she sort of knows and, well, school means learning and she can’t wait to do that.

Yelena: “I’m a bit worried for tomorrow, Diana. What if I don’t fit in? I should have asked my aunties how school really is...” Diana: *meows* Yelena: “You think it’s going to be alright? Thank you, Diana, I don’t know what I’ll do without you”

Although tired, Yelena can’t seem to resist the temptation to test out one of her birthday gifts before heading to bed.

Back at home, the two of them can enjoy a late but extremely appreciated dinner.

Yelena: “Ooh, this is SO good!” Roslindis: “Right? Your grandma always had a thing for cooking, between all her science stuff. I really miss her home-made meals, sometimes”

Now that the party is finally over, I can officially present you our heir!

As it’s getting late, it’s finally time for Yelena to open up her birthday presents!

If there’s someone not particularly happy, at this party, that surely is Diana. She isn’t exactly... appreciating Saffron’s attention.
