Simon paced back and forth, trying to control his breathing, rose and chocolates in one hand and his head in the other. "Okay okay, calm yourself, you can do this.." ...no he can't. He doesnt feel ready. "i have to do this, they're kinda forcing me.." he wasn't wrong.

He heard Jack approaching and panicked a bit, quickly trying to make himself presentable and trying to find out where to put the chocolate and rose. Jack entered the room, looking around before spotting Simon, who was practically sweating bullets. "Uh.. Hello there..?" Jack spoke up, catching the attention of Simon who quickly turned to face him, putting the given gifts behind his back. "o-Oh! Hey there J-Jack..!" He nervously spoke, causing Jack to tilt his head as he approached. "You look nervous, like you were expecting me." Jack audibly noted, causing Simon to chuckle nervously, "W-Well uhm-, Yeah, apparently that little robot fella went talking to ya..!" Simon tried to figure out what to say next.

"H-Hey uhm, I really really need to tell you something that's uhm-.. Very important.." Simon came up with, and Jack responded cautiously. "I'm listening.." Simon sighed, trying to figure out the words. "I-I uhm-.. I needed to tell you that I.." He stammered and paused, trying to figure out how to speak because apparently he had forgotten. "I just-.." Jack cut him off. "You love me?" Simon suddenly was redder than Jack's uniform. "w-Well I uhm-.. Y-Yes.." he admitted, hoping Jack wouldn't be mad. Instead, Jack simply giggled. "I love you too!" Aaaand Simon was about to pass out. Jack quickly caught Simon before he could, and noticed the gifts. "Woah-! Is that..?" Jack began to question. "o-OH! RIGHT! Someone gave me this and told me to give it to you when we talked so I uhm-.. I felt like you should have this..!" Simon handed the box of chocolates and rose to Simon, earning Simon a smile from Jack. "I love it, thank you!" Jack stated, before getting closer with a smirk and continuing. "I couldn't possibly love it more than you though.." aaand Simon was out. Jack laughed a bit, but then helped Simon up. "S-So are we uhm-.." Simon cut himself off. "Are we what? Dating? Well, I don't know, are we?" Jack questioned. "Y-Yes.." Simon answered, and Jack got a bit closer to Simon. "Well then, I guess you wouldn't mind if I just.." Jack gave Simon a quick kiss on the cheek, causing Simon to smile widely.

Suddenly, the controller reconnected, as Simon hugged Jack as tightly as he could. Or well.. Almost. If he hugged as hard as he could Jack's back would certainly break. "Oouf-!" Jack chuckled, hugging Simon back. "Love ya too, Simon.." Shortly after, Simon released, sighing. "What now?" Simon wondered out loud. "Well, how about we go on a date?" Jack asked, and Simon quickly responded. "DiVine gardens, because I know you love em." Jack smiled, adjusting his scarf. "You know me so well.. DiVine gardens it is!"

The two left, heading towards the Oxygen gardens to do whatever it was they'd do. How nice.
