Ciao a te 🩷 sei un tesoro! Sono felicissima che i miei disegni ti piacciano, quindi grazie per questa domanda. Ho studiato all’accademia del fumetto e successivamente mi sono iscritta a un master in concept art, ma sinceramente gran parte delle cose le ho imparate disegnando e scambiando pareri con la mia migliore amica (infiniti pomeriggi trascorsi a disegnare e ad aiutarci a vicenda)! Quello che posso dirti (in base alla mia esperienza) è che l’importante è avere sempre il coraggio di sperimentare e rompere un po’ le regole (importantissime, ma se seguite alla lettera potrebbero rendere i disegni un po’ troppo rigidi). Naturalmente è solo il mio punto di vista e molti artisti potrebbero dirti il contrario, ma “segui l’istinto” è stato uno dei consigli migliori ricevuti durante la mia formazione, e infatti da quel momento in poi ho imparato ad amare le mie illustrazioni! Ti auguro tanta fortuna con la tua arte 🩷

Some time ago, I sketched out this dust jacket design for the AFTG trilogy, inspired by a girl who’s always supported my work. I’ll probably never finish it, and I never really planned to print it anyway.

Still, I love creating covers, and this one in particular was turning out to be a lot of fun, and honestly, I was really liking how it was coming along.
