Are you not peeling your kiwis when you eat them or were you talking about the acid? Kiwis have microscopic spikes that wound your mouth in the skin, they’re still pretty sour and can hurt your tongue and teeth and the seeds can really hurt in cavities but you’re not supposed to feel like you’re being stabbed or chewing fiberglass eating kiwis
