Okay so I bought a physical version of the Dead Poets Society DVD because I live for them I don't know why

Since I live in France the DVD's cover is in french instead of english and since it's in French it doesn't have the same exact name

Like it's not a literal but literary translation, but this also sound and feels poetic

The french name for this movie is "Le Cercle des Poètes Disparus" which result in english as "The Missing Poets' Circle"

And I don't know why but I think that's it's as beautiful as the name "Dead Poets Society"

Like if you think about it it's talks about a circle, a circle is a round shape, soft without rough edges, referring as a small community, creating some kind of a comfort

Then we have the poets mentionned ofc, and then the word "Missing" which refers to missing someone but also loss, like when Neil looses his life. It just has some kind of a metaphor to it

I don't know if I'm onto something or if I just sound like those teachers that over analyze everything, but I thought it might've been something to share
