How come every post on Tumblr has replies turned off, and like, in general replying to posts isn't really a thing. You're not supposed to reblog someone's post and add your own comments because then you're just told "make your own post", and sometimes if you reply you'll be told that as well. If you DO reply to a post you're guaranteed to get a comment back arguing with you or calling you out in some way. And finally if you reblog something and add your thoughts in the tags that's still too much because you're gonna get anon hate, or you'll be screenshotted on the post and called out or made fun of, or you'll be accused of not understanding or high jacking or "this is exactly what I'm talking about" or "this post is NOT ABOUT X." Truly a hostile environment on here. Nobody wants to talk to one another and any attempts at it are seen as rude.
