Pacat said it would still happen when she was asked after dark rise was published but we've had no news and I've lost hope

Given Laurent's tongue is a weapon in itself, how come he doesn't get gagged more often??? Why do they give him a chance to speak.
You take away his ability to speak and he'd be far less dangerous. And considering he has some huge control issues, I bet he hates it SO MUCH too.
Unless it's Damen and they're playing around, of course. I feel giving that up would be the ultimate sign of trust for him.
