Finally FINALLY I DRAW HIM

I joined artfight this year for the first time and took like a week to make Sev's reference 💀 He's my oldest main oc and I've never nailed down his design, but now he deserves a proper ref. I'll probably make a better one later with expressions and a back ref, but this'll suffice for now. It took me so long to actually be happy with his design and I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out so far! Especially the macaw colours hehehe I'm sure he'll evolve more in the future, but yeah he's my og himbo boy :3 also if you wanna see me struggle on artfight my handle is Cheesier_Crow hehehe (also my original character do not steal meme haha funny but no seriously don't steal my boy-)

Here's what I wrote on his page:

Severin Yord: monster slayer extraordinaire and the sweetest damn guy you'll ever meet.

Nearly everyone in present day Hyrule has had the (mis)fortune of bumping into Sev at one point. You either love him, or you pray to Hylia he'll move on from your village. He goes wherever he smells the enticing scent of lizalfos camps, lynel territories and molduga burrows, needing to scratch that constant itch of danger that constantly gnaws at his insides.

Surrounded by a family of academics and artisans, Sev is the black sheep of his kin, but he is far from an outcast. Sev is abundantly proud of his accomplishments with confidence to envy. His amiable nature and unbounding love for his friends and family is nothing short of sweet. He'd do anything to protect them, and always keeps an eye out for his best friend and closest travelling companion in the whole wide world. He's a gentle giant... if you're not a monster, that is. Although his boisterous attidude gains the favour of many a child in Hyrule, some aren't so pleased by Sev's obnoxiously cheery disposition.

Additional info I couldn't squeeze into my ref-

Sev is deathly afraid of frogs. When he was younger, his mother told him frogs would stick their tongues into his brains and scoop them all out if he kept bringing them into the house. He's been traumatized ever since

He's the most shameless guy in existence. Multiple people have seen him buck naked bathing in rivers without a care of who sees him

Sev can speak both Hylian and Gerudo! He grew up speaking both, but often forgets complicated words in Hylian tongue

He had a major growth spurt when he was young and kept banging his head in doorways... He still bangs his head on doorways

Sev has the alcohol tolerance of a maniac. He's never gotten wasted before, but his father fears that he'll flat out die if he gets to that point. Sev's a freak of nature though and will have drinking challenges with his mom

Sev is very proficent in sewing, thanks to his mother! He always mends his own clothes after a fight, but he'll sometimes make an excuse to go back to Hateno to see his family so his mom can fix it instead

His voice claim is Max Mittelman's Arataki Itto, but slightly pitched down! I created Sev before Itto came into fruition, but they have very similar personalities if you need a reference!

A journal has been discovered from the Rikoka Hills, dating back from before the Calamity struck. It was in surprisingly remarkable condition, belonging to one Yoite Kumatio, detailing his journeys across Hyrule accompanied with his two closest companions (Mikko Koe and Okimisa Yō). Here is one of his excerpts, describing a mysterious sighting of a 'Satori girl':

"I've just come across an extraordinary discovery! I was finding a suitable place to rest my aching bones on Mount Rhoam following my interesting visit to the Great Fairy Fra, when I spotted a small figure crouched down by a small pond. I thought it was a lost child, until I saw the antennae! She nearly broke her neck as her head snapped towards me and scrambled away the instant she saw me! It was almost frightening, the speed at which she fled!"

"I called for Mikko and Oki to hurry, but they missed her by a millisecond. We waited around to see if she'd return, but no such luck. I told them she appeared to be some kind of Satori girl. I haven't the slightest clue how it would be possible! Curse? Blessing? Whatever the case, I would like the chance to meet her one day!"

Silly zelda oc thing I did! Everyone mentioned is an oc of mine that I have yet to draw and/or introduce fully. This is my girl Celestine! I may draw/write a full ref for her later, but she's basically a young girl who got blessed with new life by the Lord of the Mountain after she tragically passed away in an accident. She remembers nothing of her past, hardly speaks, and is mostly feral. I just wanted to do a crossover between a couple of my ocs :3 RAH I LOVE LORE

Doodles of a couple of my Zelda boys while I procrastinate :3 From top left to bottom right:

Kujo- A veteran in the Yiga Clan who's dedicated to their cause. Extremely dangerous, don't piss him off. No one knows his real name or his backstory...

Cael- An ex gladiator Zora from another domain who travelled to Hyrule for a better purpose and was taken aback by the destruction from the Calamity. He now works as a bounty hunter for anyone who is not afraid to approach him. He only cares about earning money so he doesn't appear to be useless before he travels back to his domain.

Calhoun- A medic in the Hyrulean Preservation Guild (a fanmade association created by me). He's shy and typically keeps to himself, but everyone likes Calhoun for his gentle touch and understanding disposition. His ability to keep calm under the most dire circumstances is admirable.

Fra- The fifth Great Fairy of Hyrule and the only brother. He is the middle child with Tera as the oldest, Cotera the youngest, Mija being older and Kaysa being younger than him. Fra gets excited when folks come around to show him their talents, whether that be painting, singing, playing an instrument, dancing, telling riveting stories, fancy combat skills, and even showing off their intellect through math or research notes. He has a tendency to be rather vain and holds grudges against those who don't like him, even family or friends of people who've done him dirty.

Fanmade Zelda totk species: The Mogora ("Mogora" kinda referencing the Mogma from Skyward Sword and the Japanese word for "mole", but slightly tweaked). I based these guys off of those statues in the depths with like... zero explanation. I took some creative liberties here and there (like the rat tail) but otherwise, I tried to stick to the statue's design.

Quick drawing of Zonai OC: Innok

First tumblr post on here uhh here's my boy :D I typically don't make OCs that are directly connected to any canon characters, but I thought what the hell... So here's Innok: younger cousin of Mineru and Rauru, courtier to the king and queen of Hyrule and the sage of earth.

I wrote some notes on him in my notes app and I'll just copy paste them here. If there are grammatical errors I'll change them later I'm too lazy rn-

One of the last known Zonai in existence, Innok is the younger cousin of Rauru and Mineru. He serves as Rauru and Sonia's courtier by attending the royal court and advising the king and queen of Hyrule on what to say and give them guidance. That position was essentially handed to him by his older cousins through...well...basically nepotism, but he proves his worth every day. Innok is also a prominent philosopher and often scribes his findings and theories. He is held in high regard by those who are know him, and often only know what Innoks professional personality is. However, he is fairly laid back apart from when he attends to his duties. Innok enjoys roaming around the royal grounds and attending to his personal garden of trees which he allows people to harvest from when they need.

Innok is a highly emotionally intelligent individual with a professional and diplomatic air to him. Despite his initial stoic attitude, Innok is a confident and charming young man who loves to take on challenges head-on with enthusiasm. He's very broad-minded and clever which allows him to easily make friends (though he's not naive). Although, Innok can come off as pompous and haughty while he acts as the courtier to his older cousin and his queen. He is also temperamental at times when things don't go as he plans and often gets snappy when no solutions are presenting to him.
